NAI Partners Leaves NAI Global, Plans To Expand Into DFW And Beyond

A Houston-based commercial real estate firm is severing ties with NAI Global and plans to open a new office in Dallas.

NAI Partners, now known as just Partners, has rebranded and will offer its brokerage, investment, development and capital services under one umbrella at its offices in Houston, San Antonio and Austin. The firm also intends to launch new offices both in and out of state.

A spokesperson for the company said Partners brokers are already stationed in Dallas, but a physical location has not yet been determined.

The choice not to renew its affiliation with NAI Global will enable Partners to expand into more areas, including Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Colorado and Arizona, Managing Partner Jon Silberman said in a company release.

“As a firm focused on always seeking better ways to serve our clients, the company’s rapid growth, highly talented team and ambitious strategic plan necessitated moving on from our previous affiliation so that we can continue to grow geographically,” he said in a statement. “This evolution will unequivocally enhance the breadth and depth of how we can partner with our clients and investors.”

NAI Partners was founded in Houston 25 years ago. It is the fourth-largest CRE brokerage in Houston after JLL, CBRE and Transwestern, according to the Houston Business Journal.
