Move over creative office, industrial owners and developers are getting into the amenities game.

Once the bottom end of the commercial real estate totem pole, the industrial sector has undergone a massive transformation and resurgence in popularity.

Deindustrialization has led to many industrial buildings formerly used for heavy industry, factories and manufacturing being renovated and repurposed as hip creative offices, movie studios and high-tech e-commerce warehouses and research and development facilities. Even industrial buildings meant for manufacturing and distribution companies have high-end amenities, including gyms, kitchens and ping-pong tables.

Much like creative office, industrial owners and developers are seeing a need to amenitize buildings to attract a new generation of tenants and workers.

Bisnow wants to know your thoughts on the rise of creative industrial properties. Is this a fad or a must-have? Are tenants demanding these types of amenities for their industrial space? What kind of impact is this having on the industrial sector?

Take this survey, and let us know your thoughts.
