Eric Tracy serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he oversees Carr’s finance and accounting functions and is responsible for capital raising, treasury management, portfolio valuation, risk management, and financial strategy. Prior to joining Carr Properties in 2016, Eric was a Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group of Eastdil Secured / Wells Fargo Securities advising public REITs. Eric began his career in the Assurance & Business Advisory group at Arthur Andersen LLP. Eric received his Master of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina and his Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Steven A. Grigg is President and Chief Executive Officer of Republic Properties Corporation, and was a co-founder with Mr. Kramer. Previously, Mr. Grigg served as Senior Vice President of Western Development Corporation and he was a partner with Mr. Kramer before founding Republic Properties. Successful completion of several major development efforts by Western in the Washington, D.C. market are attributed to Mr. Grigg’s ability to successfully negotiate and resolve issues critical to public private partnerships; most notably Market Square, Washington Harbour, Republic Square and The Portals. Prior to joining Western Development in 1985, Mr. Grigg was Vice President of Development for Blake Construction Company, where he was responsible for a variety of office and other projects. Additionally, he spearheaded marketing and bidding new construction projects in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, Florida, Georgia, California, Maryland and Virginia. Mr. Grigg holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Architecture from the University of Illinois. He is a licensed and registered architect in the District of Columbia and several states. Mr. Grigg is a past President of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association and a past Chairman of the Washington Metropolitan Builders’ Council.

Mark Sullivan is a native of Metropolitan Washington, DC, whose experience in the commercial real estate industry allows him to lead the Colliers International DC agency team to success. Mark offers clients the highest quality service through a strategic, thoughtful and proactively analytical approach. He began his career in 1994 with Cushman & Wakefield’s predecessor(s) (DTZ, Cassidy Turley and Cassidy & Pinkard) as a market analyst covering downtown Washington, DC before moving to brokerage in 1996. Prior to joining Colliers, Mark served as an Executive Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Washington, DC office where he specialized in office leasing.

D’Juan O’Donald’s career has spanned Commercial Real Estate, Structured Finance, Institutional Investment Management, Capital Markets and Distressed/Special Situations. Currently, D’Juan is responsible for investment strategy, acquisitions, redevelopments, and dispositions across JPMorgan’s balance sheet-owned real estate & REO portfolio ($20B). Prior to JPMC, he was sourced and executed equity, debt, and structured capital solutions ($2B) in the private market for institutional and middle market investors at Ackman Ziff. Before Ackman Ziff, he was employed by H/2 Capital Partners ($12B AUM international fund manager). While at H/2, D’Juan underwrote, managed, sourced, structured, and acquired CMBS, CDOs, senior mortgages, NPL’s, corporate loans, secondary equity fund LP interests and net-leased real estate, plus participated in investor relations activities. D’Juan began his career at LNR Property Corporation, a subsidiary of Starwood Capital Trust, in the Real Estate Investment Management, Finance & Servicing Group, where he amassed a breadth and depth of experience by remaining active in every part of the economic cycle by rotating through each revenue generating business unit. Highlights include directly facilitating the acquisition of subordinate, unrated bonds from CMBS pools ($16B); distressed loan restructures/workouts ($500MM); assisting in the partnership formation with FinTech company Ten-X (f/k/a Auction.com) and evaluating B-Notes, mezzanine loans, REOs, NPLs, RPLs, distressed, special situation and other opportunistic real estate equity and high yield credit investments ($10B). D’Juan holds an M.B.A. from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School (Finance & Management), is a CAIA charterholder and obtained a B.A. in Mathematics from Duke University. On campus, D’Juan competed on the Football and Track & Field teams and was a member of the Duke Investment Club. Subsequently, D’Juan was a professional athlete in the Arena Football League. As an active member of the community, D’Juan served on the Advisory Board of the Robert F. Michael Terrigno has over 16 years of experience as a principal, project manager and electrical engineer. As Director of Syska Hennessy’s Washington, D.C. office, Mike has led the engineering design teams for many of the firm’s significant and complex Critical Facility projects in the NoVA region. Through both design/build partnerships and traditional bid-build construction projects, he has managed and designed engineering projects to provide safe, secure, functional, and resilient facilities for numerous Cloud, Colocation, and Enterprise clients. He is actively involved with various mission critical facility clients working with them to increase reliability and to integrate new technology within their business. As Director of Development & Construction, Ari serves a pivotal role in driving AREP’s success through its core philosophy to identify opportunities, manage risk, and create value. He leads construction and repositioning projects totaling over $30 million, and his responsibilities encompass over two million SF, about 20 percent of the company’s 10 million SF portfolio. Ari’s management style builds consensus to align capital partners, designers, and AREP team members on design and budget decisions to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently. Prior to coming to AREP, Ari managed commercial interior construction projects with D|Watts Construction, where he served as a Project Manager and was responsible for due diligence and pricing support, among other responsibilities. Philanthropic stewardship is a critical part of Ari’s life both personally and professionally. Ari is an active participant and fundraiser for the JDRF Real Estate Games and a former site supervisor for AmeriCorps, where he taught volunteers and worked on the St. Bernard Project in New Orleans to rebuild homes damaged by Hurricane Katrina. Ari has also worked with Habitat for Humanity to create residences where families find their future. As Managing Director and a member of the DC region’s senior leadership team, Andy Eichberg is responsible for leading the regional brokerage platform; providing senior leadership across other regional business lines; further establishing the Stream brand throughout the Mid-Atlantic; and executing various principal and service-related undertakings and assignments. Andy has more than 25 years of experience in the DC commercial real estate industry, the majority of which has been dedicated to the leasing, acquisition and asset management of institutional-grade office buildings. Prior to joining Stream, Andy served as Managing Director for Tishman Speyer where he oversaw the leasing and marketing efforts for Tishman Speyer’s 4.0M square foot Washington, DC real estate portfolio. In this role, he led leasing efforts for new and redeveloped trophy projects such 2000 K Street, 2050 M Street, 900 19th Street, 1099 New York Avenue, 1775 Pennsylvania Avenue and 1155 F Street, as well as existing assets such as 2550 M Street, 1717 Pennsylvania Avenue, 1919 Pennsylvania Avenue, 1201 F Street and 1110 Vermont Avenue, among others. As a member of the senior leadership team for the region, he was actively involved in the region’s asset management, property management, development and acquisition efforts. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer in 2007, Mr. Eichberg was a Vice President of Leasing at Akridge, a local owner and developer. He also worked for Grubb & Ellis/Smithy Braedon as a landlord and tenant representative for 3rd party clients, as well as an Asset Manager and Portfolio Analyst at the Archon Group, an asset management and investment subsidiary of Goldman Sachs. Mr. Eichberg is a past President of CREBA, the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington DC, and is also the President and founder of the James L. Eichberg Foundation (JLEF), a charitable foundation supporting numerous local charities. Mr. Dooley originally joined Tishman Speyer in 2001 to lead its regional leasing efforts in the DC Metro area. Since rejoining in 2019, he has been responsible for leading leasing and asset strategy for our DC Metro portfolio and our expansion markets in the Southeast: Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham and Nashville. Prior to rejoining Tishman Speyer, Mr. Dooley was the Chief Operating Officer with Carr Properties where he ran their Leasing, Marketing, Property Management, Asset Management and Construction Management groups. With over 35 years of experience in real estate, Mr. Dooley has also held roles with Trammell Crow, JMB Realty Corporation, LaSalle Partners/JLL and Savills.  Mr. Dooley currently serves on the board of CREBA, the regional association for commercial real estate brokers.  He is also active on the programs committee with CoreNet. Previously, he served on the board of Jubilee Support Alliance, an affordable housing non-profit located in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington, DC.  He also serves as a mentor for the Rubenstein Scholars Program, an affiliate of the Economic Club of Washington, DC and CREBA.  He graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Finance.  He holds broker’s licenses in DC, MD and VA.

Evan Behr is one of the leaders of JLL’s DC Agency Leasing team, who solely focus their attention on the representation of DC’s downtown office building owners. Evan joined JLL in March 2012 and co-heads, along with Doug Mueller, an agency portfolio currently totaling approximately 10 million square feet of DC office buildings in various product types and locations. Evan’s diverse background inasset management, acquisitions, agency leasing and tenantrepresentation provides a unique perspective to office building owners in Washington, DC. Prior to joining JLL, Evan was a key member of Tishman Speyer’s Washington, DC officewhere hewas responsible for leasing a portfolio of approximately 4.5 million square feet. Evan also gained in-depth asset management experience on Tishman Speyer’s 28 building, 6 million square foot office portfolio in DC, Virginia andMaryland, as well as underwriting experience in the acquisitions department. Prior to Tishman Speyer, he focused on tenant representation at CBRE. Evan graduated cum laudewith a B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University’sMcDonough School of Business, where he double majored in finance and management. Katie focuses on leasing as well as maintaining broker and tenant relationships at Meridian. She has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, including leasing and market research. Prior to joining Meridian, Katie was a vice president with Boston Properties, where she oversaw the company’s Reston Town Center portfolio totaling more than three million square feet and completed over 115 transactions with a diverse mix of tenants including tech companies, law firms, government contractors, and Fortune 100 companies. She began her career with Lincoln Property Company, where she focused on research and brokerage in Washington, DC. Katie received her B.S. in management from Georgetown University.

Kyle Schoppmann serves as the President of CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Division, which includes offices in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C. Kyle oversees the day-to-day strategic direction, performance and growth of the Mid-Atlantic Division for all CBRE lines of business. She holds responsibility for the development and management of our professionals, directing the creation and implementation of tools and training that drive their success. Kyle joined CBRE as Managing Director, Brokerage Services, in 2007, assumed responsibility for Capital Markets as Senior Managing Director in 2009, and in 2014 was promoted to Executive Managing Director. She served as the head of Occupier Services and Executive Managing Director for CBRE’s Tri-State region prior to leading the Mid-Atlantic Division. Kyle has more than 20 years of experience in sales strategy, training and professional development. She was previously a Consulting Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and then IBM, where she worked closely with C-level executives on complex change initiatives. Prior to IBM, she held various sales and marketing positions at the Dow Chemical Company. Kyle currently serves as a member of CBRE’s Executive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council. She is also a member of Leadership Greater Washington (Class of 2019), Federal City Council and the Economic Club of Washington, D.C. Kyle has been named to the Washington Business Journal’s first-ever “Greater Washington’s New Guard” list, the Power 100 List and is a Women Who Mean Business Honoree. Leading Transwestern’s Government Services advisory group in Washington, DC, Lucy Kitchin represents owners and investors of government leased real estate on both regional and national levels.
