Brendan Coleman is responsible for investment activity for Realterm across the West region of the United States. Since joining the firm in 2020, he has helped expand the firm’s acquisitions

platform, driving investment activity across key logistics markets including Phoenix, Southern

California, and the Pacific Northwest. A Phoenix native, Mr. Coleman holds a B.A. from Amherst

College.

Bryan Cullen is Managing Director with Hunt Mortgage Group, a wholly-owned

subsidiary of Hunt Companies. Based in Tyson’s Corner, VA, he is responsible for

national loan originations for the Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac, and FHA product lines.

Prior to joining the firm in 2004, he originated agency and FHA loans for American

Property Financing (now Wells Fargo) beginning in 1994. Over his career he has

originated more than $2.5 billion in Agency loans. He began his career servicing FHA

loans at AMI Capital (now also Wells Fargo) and later became an underwriter for the

fledgling Fannie Mae DUS product from 1991-1993.

He has served on various boards for Catholic Charities including the Board of St. Martins

Apartments, which oversaw the $50 million construction of 178 affordable apartments in

Washington, DC, and for 12 years on the Board of the Annual Golf Classic, which has

raised more than $2 million for local charities.

Mr. Cullen graduated from James Madison University in 1987 and never needed a

post-graduate degree due to nepotism and excellent timing.

Sean is the Senior Managing Director, Mid-Atlantic, where he manages the company's development activity for the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to this position, Sean served as a Managing Director. During his career, Sean has been involved in the entitlement, development and construction of over 3,000 multifamily units.

Prior to joining Mill Creek, Sean was a Managing Director for Trammell Crow Residential where he was responsible for all phases of the development process for both rental and for-sale multifamily communities. Prior to joining Trammell Crow, Sean was a Senior Project Manager with the civil engineering firm of VIKA, Inc. In this role, Sean’s responsibilities included the design, coordination, management, and approval of multiple development projects throughout the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area. Projects varied from 500 unit multifamily development projects to 200,000 sf commercial redevelopment projects.

Sean received his Bachelor of Science Degree from George Mason University in Civil Engineering and his MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He is a member of the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA), the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He also has served in various capacities with the Northern Virginia Chapter of Habitat for Humanity.

Mr. Paul was a director, as well as Chairman of the Audit Committee, of Republic Properties Trust, a New York Stock Exchange-listed real estate investment trust, until it was sold in 2007. He is active in private investments, which includes serving as Chairman of Bethesda Investments, Inc., a private venture capital fund. As President of RDP Management, Inc., he is also engaged in the business of real estate management.

Very active in several charitable organizations, Mr. Paul serves on the Board of Directors of the Washington Hospital Center Foundation and, since 1987, on the Board of Directors of the National Kidney Foundation of the National Capital Area (“NCA”). Mr. Paul’s involvement with the National Kidney Foundation began in the 1980’s when he was diagnosed with kidney disease; he received a kidney transplant from his brother, Steven B. Paul, at the Washington Hospital Center in 1990. Nineteen years later, he received a second transplant from Kathy McCallum, Chief Financial Officer of Ronald D. Paul Companies. Mr. Paul served as Chairman of the Board of the National Kidney Foundation of the NCA from 2002 – 2003, and he also chaired the National Kidney Foundation’s Annual Kidney Ball—the largest one-day fund-raising event of the Foundation—in 1993 and 2000. In 2002, Mr. Paul founded the National Kidney Foundation’s Annual Ronald D. Paul Companies Kidney Walk, which has grown from approximately 40 to over 900 walkers and has raised over $900,000. While attending the University of Maryland, he was active in many community events and became the youngest member ever to serve on the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society. As Chairman of Eagle Bancorp, in 2005, Mr. Paul founded the EagleBank Foundation, which annually raises funds for breast cancer research, patient services and education. To-date, the Foundation has raised in excess of $2.1 million.

Ross Draber is the chief operating officer of United Bank, a subsidiary of United Bankshares, Inc., a $19.3 billion bank holding company. He is responsible for the performance and profitability of the Bank, directing commercial and consumer banking sales and service operations throughout the Washington, D.C. metro area. Draber oversees the region’s market presidents and works alongside them to drive growth and develop business strategy and execution plans.

Draber has played an integral role in United Bank’s expansion since assuming the role in 2015. During that time, United Bank has grown to over 70 branches in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. It has the number one deposit market share among community banks in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Statistical Area. Draber is highly involved with the merger and acquisition team and was instrumental in the Bank’s successful acquisitions of Cardinal Financial Corporation and its subsidiaries George Mason Mortgage, LLC and Cardinal Wealth Services, Inc. (2017); Bank of Georgetown (2016); and Virginia Commerce Bank (2014).

Draber previously served as a senior vice president of treasury and corporate finance. In this role, he managed the capital adequacy and regulatory risk of United Bankshares, Inc., serving on the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) and stress test development team. He oversaw the mergers and acquisitions analysis and supervised commercial loan pricing and term sheet structuring within United Bank. Prior to that, Draber held several positions in treasury and credit administration.

Draber is a CFA® charterholder and a 2017 Washington Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree. He graduated from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration.
