As President, Christopher Wein leads the senior executive management team for

all residential community, housing and high-rise development initiatives at Great

Gulf, including construction and property management.  With more than 20 years

of senior leadership in the design and development industries, including projects

throughout Canada and the United States, his work focuses on utilizing new

technologies, sustainable eco-friendly building solutions and engineering

ingenuity in the industry. He sits on various boards including The Design

Exchange, Prostate Cancer Canada, North York Hospital and has spoken at

industry conferences in Shanghai, Dubai, New York, Dallas, Toronto, Calgary,

Vancouver and Edmonton as well as colleges and universities. He plays a key

advisory role in formulating housing policy at municipal and provincial levels of

government and participates as an expert guest on numerous housing and

environmental panels. Mr. Wein has been recognized for his accomplishments

and received many awards including Calgary Inc’s “Top 40 Under 40”. Under his

leadership, Great Gulf has been recognized as 2016 "Home Builder of the Year" as

well as receiving many top community and high rise development awards.

Shamez is the President of CentreCourt, one of the most active high-rise residential developers in the GTA. Shamez has been with CentreCourt since its inception and is actively involved in all areas of the business. Shamez has played a key role in a number of the most successful high-rise residential developments in the GTA and has played a key role in the development of over 3,000 residential units.

Shamez holds an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from Columbia Business School and an Honors Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario.

Shamez’ prior work experience includes working in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs.

Shamez is a Board Member of Hold'em for Life Charity Challenge, a non-profit organization that has raised approximately $30 million for cancer research and other worthwhile charitable initiatives.

Mr. Rogers has 25 years of successful transactional, development, asset and portfolio management experience in all commercial real estate asset classes. Prior to joining Timbercreek, Mr. Rogers was Executive Vice President, Investments for Minto Developments Inc. where he lead the commercial property and apartment real estateinvestment and development programs. Mr. Rogers’ previous experience also includes roles with GWL Realty Advisors and First Gulf as Senior Vice President respectively ad Executive Vice President.

Mr. Rogers has a Bachelor of Business Commerce from the University of Manitoba and an MBA from Dalhousie University.

Jordan is a Co-Founder and Partner of North Drive. North Drive specializes in contextually responsive developments in Toronto’s classic neighbourhoods with active condominium projects in Summerhill, Forest Hill, Yorkville, the Annex and the Kingsway. Jordan is involved in all aspects of acquisitions, finance, entitlements, marketing & sales and guides the firm’s growth and strategic initiatives.

Prior to North Drive, Jordan worked in acquisitions for a leading Canadian investment management & private equity company.

Jordan is a graduate of the London School of Economics where he was awarded the Ormsby Prize for his dissertation on land economics.

Geoffrey Matthews, Great Gulf Senior Vice President of High Rise Development has been an integral member of the High Rise Development Team specializing in high density

mixed-use projects. Since joining the organization in 2006, he has managed a variety of urban land redevelopment processes both locally and abroad and oversees the development of High Rise Projects across Canada and the United States. This includes acquisition and underwriting efforts, working collaboratively with local government officials and directing the design team members to create internationally acclaimed award-winning projects.

Geoff holds an engineering degree from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business with a specialization in Real Property and Infrastructure.

A results-driven real estate professional, Steve has established himself as a trusted source for commercial real estate advisory across the GTA with a focus on the downtown Toronto market. Steve is a key leader within the multifamily redevelopment and intensification vertical in the GTA. Acting on behalf of an ever-increasing number of private and corporate urban real estate owners to maximize the value of their property(s), he brings certainty and a focused and diligent approach to process while establishing highest & best use for a given asset. He is able to guide property owners through the redevelopment process to align value expectations for sale as well as Joint Venture projects.

Adrian Rocca is the CEO of Fitzrovia Real Estate, a vertically integrated development manager which focuses on the purpose-built rental sector across the GTA. Previously, Adrian served as the Head of Tricon Luxury Residences Canada, Tricon Capital’s purpose-built apartment platform and Tricon Lifestyle Communities, a manufactured housing business in the US. Prior to joining Tricon, Adrian was a Director with AREA Property Partners (formerly Apollo Real Estate Advisors) in London, U.K., and also worked with Credit Suisse First Boston as an investment banking associate in Toronto and London.

Joined the Company in 2016. Previously, Senior Vice President, Planning and Development of RioCan REIT. Mr. Robins brings to the Company over 20 years of extensive experience and a proven track record in many facets of retail real estate including development, leasing and acquisitions. Mr. Robins holds a Master of Science degree in Facilities Management from the Pratt Institute.

Trish MacPherson joined Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust

(CAPREIT), a TSX listed company, in October 2005. CAPREIT is a growth-oriented investment

trust owning interests in 50,624 residential units, comprising of 44,168 residential suites and 31

manufactured home communities comprising 6,456 land lease sites located in and near major

urban centres across Canada and The Netherlands. Trish is the Executive Vice President

Operations with responsibility for commercial operations, new development, customer

satisfaction, pricing programs and marketing initiatives all with the goal of maximizing

revenues. Trish has over 20 years of various integrated sales and marketing experience and has

her BScH and MBA. Before joining CAPREIT, she worked for a Canadian software analytics

company, and prior to that held marketing, sales, and public relations positions at a top

accounting/consulting firm, a public relations agency and a pharmaceutical organization.

Ms. Lizaine Wheeler was appointed Vice President, Residential Operations, of Northview Apartment REIT in October, 2012. Northview has over 25,000 units in 8 provinces and two territories making it the only property management company to be truly coast to coast. Previously, Ms. Wheeler was the Senior Vice President, Operations of Mainstreet Equity Corp. from 2010 to 2012, and at Boardwalk REIT from 1998 to 2010, progressing to VP Operations. Ms. Wheeler is currently furthering her education by undertaking her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Athabasca University.

Daniel is Country Head of Raymond James Bank’s Canadian subsidiary, specializing in Real Estate & Corporate Lending solutions. Commitments to Canadian sponsors total $3 billion Prior to brokering the sale of Allied Irish Bank’s Canadian platform to Raymond James, he held a similar role at AIB, where he started and successfully managed that business between 2007 and 2012. Prior roles includes TD Securities, Sun Life and Travelers. Daniel’s education consists of a Bachelor in Architecture from Ryerson and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business. He is a graduate of the Directors Education Program from the Rotman School of Management and currently sits on the board of directors of West Park Hospital.
