Mr. Neil started his career 28 years ago as Electronic Technician at the US Navy, he worked nearly a decade at MAJIQ, before he took on the role of GIS – Infrastructure Platform Services Manager at Expedia where he succeeded for 6 years. He then became promoted to Manager, GIS – Infrastructure Capacity Management, Service Delivery Sr. Manager and now Director Data Center Services for Expedia Inc. With nearly three decades of solid track record, serving some of the most mission critical applications.

Mr. Neil brings valuable expertise to IDCA’s Technical Standards Committee. As Co-Founder, Chief Strategy Officer and a Director of Telx, he pioneered the carrier-neutral Meet-Me-Room and the development of carrier hotels and data centers in the United States leading to massive value creation and economic development throughout the Country. Since the sale of Telx he has been and continues to be a founder, developer and investor in the creation of multiple network-neutral infrastructure businesses all across North America.

Mr. Newby is a recognized authority in the network-neutral interconnection and data center industry. He has served on multiple company boards, is a published author, public speaker and has been quoted in several publications including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and USA Today. He has also been the recipient of numerous awards including being named to the Global Telecoms Business Top 40 Under 40 in 2010.

Jason C. Reed brings more than 20 years of real estate experience in complex global real estate transactions, law and management to Carter Validus. As Chief Acquisitions Officer and Senior Vice President, Data Center Investment Management, Mr. Reed provides the strategic vision to turn business goals into actionable plans with appropriate risk management. As acting Principal of Longview Real Estate Advisors, a full service advisory firm to the data center and telecommunications industry with a focus on mission critical real estate assets, he was responsible for the firm’s acquisitions, leasing and management strategy. Formerly the Senior Vice President, Global Real Estate at Equinix, Inc., Mr. Reed was accountable directly to the Chief Development Officer and Real Estate Committee of the Board of Directors for the allocation and investment of $2 billion annually across 22 countries and 44 metropolitan areas. Notably while at Equinix, Mr. Reed successfully implemented a global real estate administration program with coordination across several stakeholder groups including the regional Presidents, Tax, SEC accounting and Audit.

Prior to Equinix, Mr. Reed served in various roles at Level 3 Communications, most recently as Vice President, Global Real Estate and Facilities, where he was responsible for the strategic planning, investment and management of 23 million square feet of global real estate consisting of over 10,000 properties across North America, EMEA, and Latin America.

Mr. Reed received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, followed by earning his Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation at the University of Denver.

Prior to Infomart, Mr. Sheputis was Co-Founder and CEO of Fortune Data Centers. Dan Stoll is senior vice president of Dark Fiber Solutions West Region at Zayo. Dan joined Zayo as part of the company’s Electric Lightwave acquisition in 2017. At Electric Lightwave Dan led the company with a focus on delivering network solutions to large enterprise, government, education and wholesale customers, while driving the company’s strategic fiber assets and differentiated support model. Michael Boyle

Dave spent eight years in commercial construction as an Estimator / Project Manager for shell and core construction, civil development and tenant improvements and the following 19 years working for owner-developers in the property management roles of Construction and Property Manager.

Dave is Past Chairman of the Building Owners & Managers Association Seattle King County, and a member of NAIOP, AFCOM, 7x24 Exchange, and Cascadia Region Green Building Council.

Previously, Steven had management responsibilities at Equinix, McAfee and Cisco.

Immediately before joining Infomart Casey spent 10-years with ViaWest where he was instrumental in building the Oregon market and was the lead solution engineer for the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. With more than 30 years of experience, Sean works with DPR business units on the west coast to

enhance overall project delivery and quality of service for the company’s mission critical

customers, which include industry leaders such as Digital Realty, Equinix and CoreSite. Sean

monitors all aspects of the projects, from preconstruction through construction. He also develops

and strengthens relationships with current and new customers.

His previous 23 years of experience working for a design/build data center contractor (overseeing

both design and construction) gives him a unique understanding of the construction, renovation

and commissioning of complex data center projects.

Sean received his Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from the University of

Washington.
