As a native of Tennessee, Don attended Herff College of Engineering as well as the Fogelman College of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis. Don owned and operated a engineering company designing and installing large sound reinforcement systems as part of the commercial contracting industry. In 1983, Don joined the family’s residential construction company Bowden Building Corp. as COO responsible for accommodating growth from constructing 100 single-family detached homes per year and increased that business to over 500 homes per year. The company acquired, implemented and maintained the FAST software solution for homebuilders across our entire organization, as well as an internal Argos CAD department. In addition, the company implemented one of the first “command post” scheduling operations in the country at our construction company and leveraged that to build over 500 homes a year. In March of 1999 the company was sold for $11 million. Since then Don founded a real estate company in operation today and has been an active member of the blockchain community in his town of residence, San Francisco.

Sandy Selman co-founded CPROP to develop practical blockchain-powered solutions to

address pain points across the real estate industry. CPROP’s initial product is a

blockchain-powered transaction management system designed to remove anxiety and

inefficiency associated with long-distance transactions by providing blockchain-

Hitesh Kshatriya serves as Vice President of Technical Sales and is responsible for design, training, and

sales engineering for the Americas market. Hitesh has over 15 years of experience in the wireless

network densification industry spanning such disciplines as RF Engineering, Sales and Operations. His

Manuel Fishman focuses his practice on representing real estate developers and owners in the acquisition, sale, and financing of commercial properties. In addition, he has an active leasing practice representing owners of several major office buildings in San Francisco, including the Transamerica Pyramid, as well as tenants in lease and sublease transactions. With over 15 years’ experience in the architectural visualization industry, Carlos has helped Neoscape streamline not only traditional 3D production processes, but he has also pioneered new technologies and incorporated them seamlessly into the studio’s offerings. As the studio’s Rad Lab Director, Carlos leads Neoscape’s efforts in research and development. In this role, he explores and implements new creative technologies, products, and ideas, bringing them to life to solve real client problems. Sara Neff is a Partner and General Manager of Sustainability for Microsoft's Cloud Operations + Innovation team.

Prior to joining Microsoft, she was Head of Sustainability, Lendlease Americas, where she provided leadership and management oversight in developing, implementing and driving Lendlease's corporate sustainability framework in the Americas region.

Prior to that role, she served as Senior Vice President, Sustainability at Kilroy Realty Corporation. Under her leadership, Kilroy was recognized as a leader among publicly traded real estate companies on sustainability in the Americas by GRESB for seven of the last eight years as well as being recognized by NAREIT, and achieved carbon neutral operations at the end of 2020. She is a LEED Fellow and holds a BS from Stanford and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Matt Man is the co-founder and CEO of indus.ai, a construction intelligence company. Before indus.ai, Matt co-founded a mobile technology company GreenOwl Mobile and had deployed 40+ smart city products across three continents and over 25 cities. GreenOwl Mobile was acquired by one of the largest architecture and design technology firms in the world, IBI Group. Kristy Davis is the Business Development Manager for Truebeck Construction. Truebeck
