Stacy graduated with both a Bachelor in Architecture and MBA from Cal Poly SLO by completing the programs concurrently. Today she is a Licensed Architect, Studio Director and Senior Project Manager in Gensler’s San Diego office. A licensed architect with more than 17 years of experience, Stacy focuses primarily on workplace and corporate projects in the San Diego market. Stacy has become a leader within the local market working for large corporate clients, developers, and brokers to support projects ranging from small interior work to large build-to-suit ground up headquarter buildings.

Outside of the office, Stacy is a member of and attends many local industry association events such as NAIOP, CREW, IFMA, the Downtown San Diego Partnership, Junior Achievement, and MOVE San Diego. Stacy helps strengthen our region’s business community and provides opportunities for children through her involvement with South County Economic Development Corporation (SCEDC), Border View YMCA, and local STEM programs. In the past she also served as Redevelopment Director for the Chula Vista Redevelopment Agency.

Todd leads entitlement, design and construction for Lowe in Southern California, currently leading the redevelopment of the 950-room Town & County Resort in Mission Hills. He has played a primary role in some of Lowe’s most successful projects including Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes and the San Diego County Operations Center. Previously, Todd was with Design Workshop in Jackson Hole, designing and entitling complex mixed-use and hospitality developments. Todd sits on the NAIOP San Diego Board of Directors and Kearny Mesa Planning Group. He was chosen for the CCASLA Award of Merit and the SBBEC Southern California Environmental Developmental Leadership Award. Todd enjoys surfing and spending time with his family enjoying nature. Hitesh Kshatriya serves as Vice President of Technical Sales and is responsible for design, training, and

sales engineering for the Americas market. Hitesh has over 15 years of experience in the wireless

network densification industry spanning such disciplines as RF Engineering, Sales and Operations. His

multidimensional experience enables him to understand the customer needs and implement processes

to improve upon technical aspects of the project, provide industry relevant training and streamline the

order fulfillment process thereby improving customer satisfaction. Prior to joining SOLiD, Hitesh was an

RF Engineering manager at Rizzo Consulting, Inc., a national wireless engineering firm.

As the president of the newest addition to the MFG consortium, Manchester Texas Financial Group, Douglas W. Manchester represents Manchester Financial Group and all Texas holdings in the capital city of Austin, Texas. Manchester earned his BA in Political Science with a minor in Business from Wake Forest University. Following graduation, he has applied his business knowledge in all aspects of the hotel, insurance and real estate industries. This career path has led him to Austin to engage the firm in commercial real estate ventures and hotel development.

Martin L. Togni is a partner in the San Diego office of Allen Matkins with a practice focusing primarily on Life Sciences, representing a variety of landlords and tenants in the development and leasing of Life Science and Biotech projects. He has successfully completed major leasing transactions totaling more than 40 million square feet in California, the Midwest, and East Coast over the past 25 years, representing some of the nation's leading real estate and end-user companies. Martin also represents a wide variety of clients in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and ground leasing of shopping centers, industrial projects, office buildings and other commercial and mixed-use projects throughout the country

Mr. Loiacono oversees property acquisition, financing, and disposition. Prior to founding Harbor, Mr. Loiacono was a Vice President of Investment Management at BlackRock where he was responsible for identifying and closing acquisitions, negotiating joint venture structures, overseeing dispositions and asset management. Mr. Loiacono has acquired $625M in assets in 7 US markets and coordinated $285M in dispositions in 4 western markets. He's acquired office, industrial, retail and multifamily assets ranging from core, value-add, and land development. Mr. Loiacono asset managed a $930M portfolio of 20 office, multifamily, industrial and retail assets throughout the West Coast. Prior to BlackRock, Mr. Loiacono held an acquisitions role at The Bascom Group.

Mr. Loiacono holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin. He is a member of the NAIOP Young Professional Group and WREAA Southern California chapter. He has volunteered and offered career advice at a local Orange County charter high school.
