Helena Finely is a seasoned multifamily executive with more than 25 years of experience in development and construction. She leads EMBREY’s construction division and has oversight for all residential and commercial buildings in the company’s portfolio.

Before joining EMBREY, Helena was on the founding leadership team of Vero Sade, which develops, builds and operates Class-A residential real estate. Helena’s previous experience includes leading multifamily construction for Morgan Group Development, Trammel Crow, Gables, and Post Properties. Her portfolio includes construction of 29 multifamily and mixed-use projects with more than 6,800 units and combined budgets of more than $830 million.

Helena was recruited from South Africa on a full swimming scholarship to the University of Houston, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. She has competed in many ultra-distance events including the Colorado River 100-mile kayak race, the Leadville 100-mile mountain bike race, Ironman Texas, and a variety of adventure races, triathlons and marathons.

She and her husband, David, have three children and four grandchildren.

Brett is a dedicated leader with 25 years of experience and a proud San Antonio resident who is deeply engaged in advancing both the local economy and community spirit. As the driving force behind the iconic University Health System (UHS) project, Brett has played a pivotal role in shaping one of the city’s most impactful healthcare initiatives, enhancing access to quality care for residents across the region.

With a strong industry excellence, Brett actively participates in key professional organizations across San Antonio, including Greater San Antonio Chamber and the San Antonio Chapter of Associated General Contractors of America.

Known for his collaborative approach, Brett builds partnerships that reflect a deep appreciation for San Antonio’s unique culture and values, while championing projects that create opportunities and long-term impact for residents and businesses alike.

Chandler Tucker is Director of Client Services at Bob Moore Construction, a leading general contractor with nearly 80 years of experience in industrial and commercial projects. She leads business development and client strategy, drawing on a background in CRE advertising at the Dallas Business Journal and industrial sales at Uline. Named Business Developer of the Year by SMPS, Chandler also serves in leadership roles with TREC, ULI, NAIOP, and on the NTCAR Board of Directors.

Steven Haemmerle is the EVP of Development Advisory Services at Hunden Partners. He joins the Hunden executive leadership team as a senior real estate professional with over 30 years of public, private, and not-for-profit real estate experience, including strategic planning, the development of high-profile mixed-use projects, large-scale project management, architecture, and real estate operations. Steve has a unique understanding of real estate strategy, is skilled at organizing and completing complex projects, leading experienced teams of professionals, and developing projects in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.

Steve is the former Managing Principal of Strategic Redevelopment Advisors, a company that he formed in 2019 to provide advisory services to public sector, commercial, and not-for-profit clients enabling them to conceptualize and realize their real estate development objectives. Services include strategic planning, project implementation, program management, and design and project management.

Steve served as Executive Vice President of Navy Pier, Inc. from 2011 to 2019, and was responsible for all real estate development at Navy Pier. During Steve’s tenure there, he worked with the Urban Land Institute to gather recommendations for the redevelopment of Navy Pier; helped form the not-for-profit, Navy Pier, Inc.; directed the creation of the Centennial Vision, the framework plan for the redevelopment of Navy Pier; and hosted an international design competition that resulted in the hiring of James Corner Field Operations, who gave shape to Navy Pier’s Pierscape. Much of the transformation of Navy Pier has been completed, including its exterior public spaces and the retail portions of the interior. Steve negotiated agreements with the architects, consultant, and contractors for the project as well as leases with Chicago Children’s Museum and Chicago Shakespeare Theater that allowed them both to expand their presence at the Pier. Steve sourced and negotiated a complex air-rights lease with a private entity for the development and operation of a hotel and rooftop venue at the Pier’s historic East End. All told, nearly $375M has been invested in Navy Pier since 2010.

Steve graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
