3 World Trade Center
Designed by Pritzker Prize–winning architect Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, 3 World Trade Center brings a dynamic, modern presence to Downtown Manhattan, seamlessly integrating with the surrounding streetscape.
Completed in June 2018 by developer Silverstein Properties, the tower at 175 Greenwich Street stands as a premier office destination. In August 2019, the building introduced the city’s largest tenant amenity office terrace. Today, it is home to 15 industry-leading companies, including Uber, Hudson River Trading and GroupM.
The building features a reinforced concrete core surrounded by a steel superstructure, all expressed through an external structural steel frame. Floor-to-ceiling glass, column-free corners, and floor plates create expansive, flexible workspaces - an ideal environment for innovative, knowledge-driven businesses. 3 World Trade Center is LEED Gold–certified, reflecting its commitment to sustainability and high-performance design.
Street-level retail and underground pedestrian concourses provide direct access to 12 subway lines and PATH trains, offering exceptional connectivity throughout New York City and the surrounding region.

What to Know about the 2026 New York Power Women Event
Link to Nominate an Honoree for the 2026 Event
This year's event will honor women who challenged the status quo across multitude sector headwinds. New York continues to innovate and lead from the front during this market cycle, especially compared to other markets. Whether it is navigating working with the new Mayoral team, geopolitical hurdles, policy changes, an incoming new Federal Reserve Chair, there were plenty of reasons to stay complacent. New York did the exact opposite, with women leading from the front with a robust office leasing market, competitive acquisition market, innovative conversion outcomes, paving the way for technology and AI advancements and much more. 2026 continues to challenge all aspects of commercial real estate, including development, ownership, investment, asset management, brokerage, lending, capital markets, design, build, engineering, policy, law and more. We want to hear from you about honoring top performers across all sectors of commercial real estate.
We encourage you to honor anyone in the industry who continues to achieve new levels of excellence in their respective fields despite the capital challenges facing the 2026 commercial real estate industry.
