Sean Reimer serves as a Managing Director for Walker & Dunlop’s New York Capital Markets practice, bringing 13 years of principal side investment experience in both debt and equity transactions. In his role, he focuses on sourcing and structuring debt and equity solutions for all commercial real estate asset classes across the country.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Reimer served as a Principal at Square Mile Capital Management where he led the firm’s highest-producing origination team. During his tenure at Square Mile, Mr. Reimer was responsible for the origination of more than $8 billion of debt and equity transactions, resulting in over $2 billion of retained principal investments by the firm. Mr. Reimer gained valuable experience with transaction types such as value-add bridge loans, construction loans, stabilized loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and JV equity across all asset classes and major markets in the U.S.

In his previous roles, Mr. Reimer was a Director at Cantor Fitzgerald in the company’s CMBS lending group, Partner of RL Realty Partners, and Senior Financial Analyst at CBRE.

Mr. Reimer earned his Bachelor of Science in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan with magna cum laude distinction.

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Columbia Property Trust,

Adam Frazier is responsible for the Company’s overall business

strategy, capital allocation, operations, and the performance of its

portfolio of investments.

Mr. Frazier has two decades of experience in real estate asset

management, development, and investments. Prior to joining Columbia

in 2022, he served for eight years as Vice President at Oxford

Properties, most recently as Head of New York. In this role, he

oversaw leasing, operations, and development for the company’s New

York region, covering some of New York City’s most transformative

developments, such as St. John’s Terminal and Hudson Yards. Prior to

Oxford, Mr. Frazier spent nearly seven years in leadership positions at

Boston Properties in Development and Leasing. He started his career

in real estate at Edens & Avant (now EDENS) as a Development

Manager, leading the development of large mixed-use projects and

acquiring shopping centers in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Mr. Frazier began his career as an equity trader, trading NASDAQ-

listed technology stocks for Salomon Smith Barney/Citibank.

Mr. Frazier earned a BSBA degree from Bucknell University and an

MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-

Flagler Business School. He is a member of the Bucknell University

Real Estate Advisory Board, a board member of the National Board of

Directors for Autism Speaks, and an Advisory Board member for VTS,

a leading CRE software company.

Michael Tortorici

Michael A. Tortorici is one of the Founding Members of Ariel Property Advisors. Serving the company as Executive Vice President in the Investment Sales Group, Mr. Tortorici is responsible for originating and executing the sale of commercial real estate transactions throughout the five boroughs.

Since beginning his career in commercial real estate in 2004, Mr. Tortorici has participated in the sale of over 600 transactions worth more than $2 billion in gross consideration.

Mr. Tortorici has represented many institutional and non-profit clients, including The Catholic Archdiocese of New York, The Watchtower, L+M Partners and Two Trees. He serves as a regular source for various publications, such as The New York Times, The Commercial Observer, The Real Deal, Real Estate Weekly and the New York Daily News.

The Commercial Observer named Mr. Tortorici one of Commercial Observer’s 30 Under 30, which recognizes emerging commercial real estate professionals, and the Real Estate Forum has identified him as one of Tomorrow’s Leaders: New York, as well as naming him and his partners Top NY Brokers in 2013 and 2014.

Mr. Tortorici is involved in various non-profit initiatives, including The Inner City Scholarship Fund and The Futures in Education Program, both of which support educational measures for K-12 students throughout New York City.

He is an active member of industry organizations such as the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors (BMAR).

Prior to forming Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Tortorici spent seven years at Massey Knakal Realty Services, now Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Tortorici graduated with honors from New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he earned a B.S. in economics and management.

Josh Oberman has been practicing law for over twenty years. He provides holistic legal advice to contractors, developers, and high net-worth homeowners throughout the New York Metropolitan Area and Long Island’s East end.

Josh focuses on achieving practical and efficient solutions for his clients who include some of the City’s largest trade contractors and developers. Steven Parrinello has been active in the commercial real estate market since 2003 and has a long track record of successfully

executing on a number of differentiated strategies and financing products. During his career, he has originated, underwritten and

managed over $3.00B of real estate transactions.

Beginning in 2020, Mr. Parrinello has been the Managing Director of Investments at Pennybacker Capital, a real estate private

equity manager which is active across the United States in both equity and credit real asset strategies. He is responsible for

investments in senior loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity and distressed note acquisitions and financing.

Previously, from 2014 to 2020, Mr. Parrinello was a Managing Director, Originations at Guggenheim Partners. In that position, he

originated life company CRE loans, CMBS, bridge loans as well as construction and agency financing on commercial real estate

assets on a nationwide basis. Transaction sizes typically ranged from $10.00MM to $120.00MM.

Prior thereto, from 2011 to 2014, Mr. Parrinello served as a Director of Originations at Hudson Realty Capital, an integrated

commercial real estate investment management firm which provides financial solutions to mid-market sponsors across the United

States. While specific parameters were employed on a loan-by-loan basis, generally loan sizes ranged from $20.00MM -

$100.00MM.

Andrew Dansker is the CEO and founder of Dansker Capital Group, a national mortgage brokerage firm with six U.S. offices and one international office. He oversees a team of 30 professionals originating commercial mortgage debt across all major asset types, with a particular focus on retail and multifamily properties. The firm primarily arranges bank and credit union financing while also executing agency, CMBS, life company, and bridge loan transactions as appropriate. Since its establishment as an independent company in 2020, Dansker Capital Group has placed well over $3 billion in commercial real estate loans nationwide.

Gideon Gil serves as a Vice Chairman in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group focused

on raising debt and equity for client properties and development projects throughout New York

City, and has led assignments on industrial, multi-family, student housing, self-storage and

development projects nationally. Mr. Gil leads the New York City Debt Capital Markets practice

working with C&W’s Institutional and Private Capital Investment Sales Teams. Mr. Gil has been

an advisor to or a principal investor in over $30.0 billion of commercial real estate transactions

throughout his career. Mr. Gil joined C&W in 2012.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Mr. Gil began his real estate career at Clarion Partners, working in the Acquisitions and

Development Group rising to the level of Vice President. From 2004 through 2008, Mr. Gil was a

Portfolio Manager and Lead Originator at RCG Longview (now CenterSquare), a private equity

fund focused on high-yield debt positions in commercial real estate. Mr. Gil was a Managing

Principal at Madison Realty Capital from 2008 through 2010 focused on purchasing distressed

debt from financial institutions and originating high-yielding mortgage loans. In 2010, Mr. Gil co-

founded Columbia River Capital Advisors (“CRCA”) an advisor to Family Office clients and

advised on the investment of over $100 million of equity into opportunistic debt and equity

investments in commercial real estate.

Ken Wood serves as Regional Manager, Northeast, for Red Oak Capital Holdings

in Norwalk, Connecticut. In this capacity, he will serve as Red Oak’s primary point

of contact for all strategic relationships across multiple states throughout the

Northeast. He will help to generate and grow the company's commercial real

estate lending business by cultivating and maintaining new and existing client

relationships in the region.

Prior to joining Red Oak, Ken ran the Northeast origination operations first for

Money360, and then for Verus CREF. Over a six-year period, he handled an

average of 80 to 100 loan originations annually through a network of national

and local commercial brokers as well as direct clients. Elsewhere in his 30-year

career, he has worked on originations for firms including MC-Five Mile Capital,

Column Financial, Patriot National Bank, and Hometown Commercial Capital.

A certified general appraiser, Ken has authored numerous articles of commercial

real estate analysis for local and national trade publications. He is also a former

Zoning Commissioner for the City of Norwalk and earned a bachelor’s degree in

finance from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut.

Jonathan Adelsberg focuses his practice on complex real estate transactions, including sales, acquisitions, large scale developments, financings, workouts, restructurings, leasing, joint ventures and construction projects. Clients, including prominent real estate owners and developers, international retailers, large financial services firms, investors, major corporations and high-net-worth families with significant real estate holdings often call on Jonathan because of his ability to amicably resolve multi-party transactions, and his ability to navigate sophisticated matters involving a governmental component.

As the chair of Herrick's commercial leasing practice, Jonathan advises tenants and landlords in millions of square-feet of office and retail leases throughout the U.S. While his leasing transaction experience spans the entire country, Jonathan frequently advises national and international retailers in prime New York City retail locations, including Times Square and Fifth Avenue. His ongoing clients include two of the five largest U.S. banks, and major retailers including LVMH Moët Hennessy and its subsidiaries. Jamil Lacourt is the COO at L&L Holding Company where he focuses on developing methods of sharing information across projects, establishing uniform practices for reporting, bidding and budgeting, contractor and subcontractor relationships, technology, and the execution of construction efforts throughout the portfolio.

Previously, Lacourt served as Principal and Director of Project Management for OC Development Management, where he led the firm’s project management team. Notable projects include the repositioning and expansion of 150 Fifth Avenue, the base building redevelopment of 368 Ninth Avenue (a.k.a. 21 Penn Plaza) and 695 Sixth Avenue, and the redevelopment of 780 Third Avenue.

Prior to OC Development Management, Lacourt served as Vice President at JLL, Associate Director of Construction at Stanford University, and Senior Vice President at Citi. Throughout his career, some of his notable projects include the Row Houses at Stanford University, BBVA Bancomer’s 50-story corporate headquarters in Mexico City, pre-construction services for WWE and Madison Square Garden, and construction at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn.

Lacourt received a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from the State University of New York (SUNY) Farmingdale. He also obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification as well as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accreditation from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Having moved to the New York metropolitan area over two decades ago, Erik has been helping shape its skyline since 2001, even before he co-founded Madsen Engineering (now DCI+Madsen) in 2010. Prior to moving to New York, Erik worked at a civil engineering design firm in Chicago, focusing on bridges and roads, before moving to New York and reorienting his focus toward buildings. Erik has taught as an adjunct professor at a number of schools and universities in New York City, including NYU Schack, Pratt Institute, NYIT and NYCCT.

During his career, Erik has designed numerous new high-rise buildings including residential, office and hotel projects. He has performed significant design with concrete flat-plate buildings as well as steel-framed, masonry, wood and cold-formed steel. Working in New York, Erik is also known for his work on renovation projects, from buildings constructed in the 1830s to the present, and working with all different materials including historic concrete, steel, cast iron, wrought iron, rubble, brick, terra cotta slabs, wood frame, etc.

Erik has been involved with the Structural Engineers Associations of New York (SEAoNY) where he served in 2022-23 as President and previously as the New York State delegate to the National Council of Structural Engineers Associations (NCSEA) for almost 20 years, as well as participating on the Code Committee and other committees.

Erik has been honored to contribute to the building codes. After serving in 2014 and 2022 to assist with the NYC Building Code editions, he is continuing as a member of the current NYC Department of Buildings Code Revision Structural Technical Committee and the potential new NYC Existing Building Code. He is happy to serve as vice-chair of NCSEA’s Code Advisory General Requirements Subcommittee, as well as a member of the upcoming ASCE 7-28.

Erik is the recipient of the NCSEA's 2024 Robert Cornforth Special Award for his dedication and service to a member organization and to the engineering profession.

Kelly Dougherty

Kelly’s passion for bridging the gap between capital planning strategies with decarbonization has energized her teams throughout the organization.

As an industry thought leader, Kelly is frequently sought after and quoted by The New York Times, was named a 2020 Woman of Influence by GlobeSt. and has served as a keynote speaker for high-profile industry events hosted by Urban Green Council, REBNY, and The Council of New York Cooperatives & Condominiums (CNYC). Gregory Wolf is part of one of the oldest construction families in NYC (1905) and a fourth-generation leader of Wolf Construction Corporation. Prior to starting in the business, Greg was one of the top United States professional cyclists who lived and competed throughout the world on his trade teams as well as being part of the US National Team/Olympic Long Team. Starting in the business as an assistant superintendent, Mr. Wolf’s abilities to build were noticed early on as he won many awards including the famed AIA award/NY Constructions Best Award for the Trinity School and Hispanic Society Museum and Library. Gregory’s ability to understand and envision projects while working hand in hand with the design team sets the precedent that a client is in good hands. Thinking outside the box is what leads to successful projects and we strive to hold to Charles Wolf’s (2 nd Generation) motto of “a punch list is not acceptable”. A graduate of Pratt Institute’s Construction Management Program (School of Architecture), Gregory is a member of the school’s board of directors. Ashley Doukas is a Partner and Chair of Adler & Stachenfeld's ("A&S") Land Use & Zoning Practice and Co-Chair of the New York City Development Practice.

Ms. Doukas represents clients in a broad range of real estate development matters with an emphasis on land use, zoning, and related environmental issues. Her practice focuses on guiding developers, investors, and property owners through the intricacies of New York City's evolving zoning policies.

Ms. Doukas has specialized in land use and zoning in New York City for nearly a decade and has successfully led some of the largest private land use applications presented to the City in the past five years. She has experience preparing and presenting applications before the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals, the New York City Department of City Planning, and the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission. She is well-informed on city-wide land use initiatives, such as City of Yes, and works closely with clients in analyzing sites for new developments, conversions, lot assemblages, and entitlements, and analyzing and interpreting the New York City Zoning Resolution, the New York City Building Code, the New York State Multiple Dwelling Law, and other administrative agencies’ rules and regulations.

Mr. Doukas frequently speaks on topics related to urban development and serves as a trusted resource for developers and investors seeking to capitalize on the City's latest opportunities.

Before joining Adler & Stachenfeld, Ms. Doukas was at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP in their land use and zoning practice group. She is admitted to practice in New York.

Since founding Alchemy, Kenneth has been directly responsible for the acquisition, strategic development, financing, construction, renovation, marketing and conversion of over 3,000 apartments, including the ground-up or rehabilitation development of more than 25 residential and retail buildings in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Kenneth has personally overseen the sale of over $2 Billion of real estate. Kenneth's most notable acquisition to date is the conversion of the tower floors of the National Landmark Woolworth Building. He has lectured at the Yale University School of Architecture, the University of Pennsylvania, the Wharton Graduate School of Business and is a former Professor at New York University's Master's Program in Real Estate. A graduate of Brandeis University and the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Kenneth is a member of the New York State Bar. He is also a Board Member and former President of The Catalog for Giving, a non-profit organization that distributes funds for after school programs to New York City school children.

She was also previously a Senior Product Manager at Amazon. Michael Rudin is the Co-CEO at Rudin Management Company. He has been with the firm since 2008, and together with his sister Samantha represents the fourth generation to work at the family business. Michael focuses on multiple areas within the company including new developments, capital markets, commercial and retail leasing, sustainability, and technology. Michael also helps lead the family’s venture capital business, Rudin Ventures, which focuses on early-stage startups in the real estate technology sector.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design and Planning with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master’s of Science in Sustainable Real Estate Development from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.

Michael is also Managing Partner of Rudin West Development, based in Aspen, Colorado. Rudin West Development has built two mixed-use projects totaling 50,000 square feet. Recent projects in New York include The Greenwich Lane and Dock72, a 675,000-square foot class A office building in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

Michael is a member of a number of industry-related organizations that include The Real Estate Board of New York Real Estate Technology Committee, The Real Estate Round Table Sustainability Policy Advisory Committee, the WiredScore Advisory Board, the NYU Furman Center Advisory Board, and the Urban Land Institute.
