New York City State of the Market

There's no doubting that New York has an international appeal. Many consider it the cultural and financial capital of the world. But Amazon's decision to leave forced the city to question its ability to lure businesses. Regardless, 2019 has been another banner year for New York City. At this event we'll examine how the city can stay competitive, what it needs to do to drive the market. We'll also talk about the biggest projects and the biggest deals that have defined 2019.

New York is not alone in facing a critical affordable housing crisis in the five boroughs. When and how will the CRE community be able to find creative solutions that add value to the market and help mitigate the current affordability crisis in NYC?

Questions We'll Examine:

·      Will the Lower Manhattan office resurgence continue into 2020?

·      What role will the Garment District play in the office leasing market?

·      What are the ripple effects of major sales of trophy office buildings in the smaller deal landscape?

·      What asset classes are driving the market and which are lagging behind?

·      How has the city fared since Amazon's Valentine's Day departure?

·      Has is the rise of e-commerce playing out in both traditional brick-and-mortar and last-mile distribution?

We'll be sure to touch upon the dynamic factors across the major assets classes as well as the hottest topics facing the Big Apple. Join us for the annual -- DON'T MISS OUT -- NYC Full-Day State of the Market!
