Jared Zolna is Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Charney Companies, where he oversees portfolio operations, strategic initiatives, leasing performance, and capital execution across the firm’s portfolio. With more than 15 years of experience managing national real estate platforms, he brings full-cycle expertise in asset management, investments, and operational leadership. Over the course of his career, Jared has overseen more than 30 million square feet across family office, private equity, and institutional environments, driving initiatives that strengthen cash flow, optimize portfolio positioning, and enhance long-term asset value.
Prior to joining Charney, Jared held senior roles at SkyREM, Faropoint, and CenterPoint Properties (a CalPERS-owned REIT), including oversight of a 16 million square foot, $2.5 billion national industrial portfolio. He led more than $300 million in financings, executed over $480 million in dispositions, and negotiated leasing across multi-market portfolios. Earlier in his career, he managed multifamily assets, building a strong foundation in property-level operations, capital project execution, and value creation.

Jared holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Science and Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Matt Harnett is the Regional Director, Strategic Accounts – NY Metro at Parity, an HVAC Optimization as a Service company focused on multifamily residential buildings and hotels. He works with owners, operators, and asset managers to reduce operating expenses and emissions by optimizing HVAC systems through automated control strategies to deliver guaranteed energy savings.

Matt brings over 15 years’ experience spanning commercial real estate, building technology, and energy management. At Partiy, he advises owners and investors on how to reduce operating costs, support decarbonization goals, and translate operational data into improved NOI, reduced risk, and stronger long-term asset performance. Earlier at Altus Group, he worked with institutional investors, REITs, and private equity firms deploying ARGUS software for real estate valuation and asset management, and later advised clients at Schneider Electric and Demex on smart building technology and climate risk.

Matt holds an MBA from Cornell and an MFA from School of Visual Arts.

Under Hal’s direction, Fetner Properties has become one of the most well-respected

real estate companies in New York. Always on the forefront of the residential real estate

industry, Hal has earned the reputation as one of the most sustainable builders in the

city, with multiple LEED® Gold residential buildings to his name. Hal focuses on mixed-

used residential housing with an emphasis of affordable and market rate homes and

has been very active building their portfolio across New York City.

A proud alumnus of Syracuse University, Hal serves on the Executive Board of

Syracuse University’s Board of Trustees, is Chair of the Facilities Committee at the

University, and a member of the University’s Whitman School of Management Advisory

Council and the Whitman Real Estate Advisory Board. Dedicated to providing

opportunities for future generations of Syracuse students, Hal established the Fetner

Program fund, a scholarship at the Whitman School for students pursuing sustainability,

and created the Fetner Sustainability Series as well as the Fetner Prize in Sustainable

Enterprise. Hal sits on the Board of Governors and the Executive Board of the Real

Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and is on the Board of Trustees of the Citizens

Budget Commission — a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization pursuing constructive

change in the finances and services of New York City and State.

Hal graduated from the Whitman School of Management, and subsequently earned a

Juris Doctor from New York Law School. In 1988 Hal took on the role of CEO at Fetner

Properties as the third generation to take the helm. Prior to joining the firm, he served

as a law clerk for the Honorable Joe Hynes, special prosecutor of the State of New

York.

He and his family reside in Sag Harbor, New York.

Brian Ray is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners as well as ABR Partners, LLC, a New York based real estate investment & development company. Brian is responsible for sourcing, equity raising, financing, deal structuring, and asset management for the company’s acquisition and development activities. Throughout his twenty-year career, Brian has acquired, developed, and managed properties with a value exceeding $3 Billion. Prior to founding ABR Partners in 2006, Brian spent

Andrew Staniforth is Co-Head of Development at MAG Partners, where he leads development across the firm’s growing portfolio of projects in New York and other major markets.

Staniforth brings deep experience managing large-scale, complex urban development projects across the real estate, technology, and construction sectors. Prior to joining MAG Partners, he served as CEO of Assembly OSM, the modular construction company spun out of SHoP Architects focused on bringing advanced manufacturing techniques to high-rise housing.

Before Assembly OSM, Staniforth led the 1.2-million-square-foot redevelopment of Terminal Warehouse at L&L Holding Company and worked on Sidewalk Toronto at Sidewalk Labs, one of the most ambitious urban innovation initiatives in North America.

Staniforth began his career at Forest City Ratner Companies in 2011, where he worked on the modular high-rise residential tower at 461 Dean Street adjacent to Barclays Center. He later rose to Vice President of Development, overseeing projects across Pacific Park Brooklyn, Barclays Center, and the Nassau Coliseum renovation.

He is a graduate of the M&T Program at the University of Pennsylvania.

Andrew Barrocas has enjoyed success as a dominant force and respected authority in the New York City

real estate industry for many years. In his accomplished career, he has sold over $10-billion worth of

property, and managed, trained, recruited and collaborated with the city's top agents and brokers. As

CEO and Founder of MNS, Andrew currently oversees more than a billion dollars’ worth of real estate, as

well as an exceptional team of talented agents and project managers focused on providing the utmost

level of client service.

Andrew entered the real estate field after graduating from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona

State University. He went on to achieve instant success and recognition as one of the "Top 30 Brokers

Under 30", according to The Real Deal. Over the years, Andrew has been a continually sought-after

expert on real estate who has been featured in The New York Times' "The 30-Minute Interview", quoted

in all major New York publications, and spotlighted on The Stoler Report.

Since founding MNS in 2006, Andrew has grown the company substantially in terms of its revenue and its

team, which is now over 125 people. He also serves his industry as a licensed teacher through the State

of New York, passing on his knowledge and array of professional experience of real estate sales to real

Housing Improvement Program (CHIP), Young Jewish Professionals (YJP) and Young Presidents

Organization (YPO). He and his wife Rachel are the proud parents of three beautiful girls – Cayden, Ella

and Zoe.

Isaac is a native New Yorker whose love of the city brought him back more than 20 years ago after time on the West Coast. He brings nearly 30 years of real estate development experience, beginning his career at BRIDGE Housing Corporation developing affordable housing and later leading large-scale, mixed-use, and mixed-income projects across New York City as a managing director at L+M Development Partners, Lendlease, and Rockefeller Group. Isaac has a bachelor’s degree from Grinnell College and a master’s degree in urban planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He serves as Head of the Board of Trustees for Friends Seminary. When he is not building housing, Isaac is an avid runner who has completed nine marathons, including eight New York City Marathons; enjoys seeing live music with his family; and spending time with his West Highland Terrier, Toaster.
