Greg joined Granite Properties in 2000 and oversees operations, development, human resources and corporate administration company wide. He also focuses on development, leasing and growth opportunities for the Dallas office. Prior to joining Granite, Greg was vice president of business development and corporate marketing of Paric Corporation, a design build and construction firm where he also served on the Executive Committee. Previously he was a senior associate with CB Richard Ellis and a national sales representative for IBM Corporation. Greg served as a past president and is a current board member of the NAIOP Corporate. He is a board member of The Real Estate Council and member of Downtown Dallas, the Dallas Chamber of Commerce, a board member of Plano Economic Development Board and Stars Children\'s Charities. He is a general associate of SIOR and CCIM designee.

Greg received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his MBA from the University of Dallas.

Mr. Chismark is a Partner with Morrison & Head, a Texas based property tax consulting, due diligence and appeals practice. He oversees the Dallas office working with institutional owners of commercial real estate through acquisition, development and property tax protests. Mr. Chismark’s team represents $14.5 Billion in commercial real estate in DFW. Morrison & Head is the fastest growing tax consulting practice in Texas and was recently named one of DFW’s 100 fastest growing companies for 2020. Ryan grew up in Syracuse, NY before relocating to Texas in 2012. He lives in Dallas with his wife Chelsea and his labradoodle Dwight.

As Senior Vice President of Investments and Build to Suits for

Billingsley Company, Marijke Lantz Flowers is responsible for the

office build to suit transactions and major leases. Additionally, Ms.

Lantz leads the acquisitions of investment properties for Billingsley

Company.

Mrs. Flowers has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate

including asset management from acquisition to disposition. Before

joining Billingsley, she was Senior Vice President and Acquisitions

Officer at Valencia Capital Management and before that Managing

Director responsible for the Asset Services Group for Cushman &

Wakefield in Dallas. This role included project leasing, property

management and facility management for more than 19 million

square feet with properties located throughout the U.S.

Prior to her time with Cushman & Wakefield, Mrs. Flowers was a

Vice President at the Archon Group (a Goldman Sachs Company)

and was responsible for the dispositions and operations of the

commercial asset management group. This included more than 180

commercial assets located throughout the United States totaling

over 32 million square feet and dispositions totaling more than 2.5

billion.

Mrs. Flowers earned her Bachelor of Arts from Western State

College in 1982. She graduated with honors from the University of

Dallas with a Masters of Business Administration in 1985.

Will joined Granite in 2003 and is the market leader for Dallas, responsible for growth, performance and value creation of the Dallas platform. Previously, as Senior Director of Investments, he was responsible for leading and coordinating Granite’s investment activity in Atlanta, Austin, Denver, and Houston. Will is a NAIOP North Texas board member, an Uptown Dallas, Inc. board member and a ULI national council member.

Carlos Vaz is the Founder and CEO of CONTI Capital, a real estate investment company which offers capital solutions to acquire, manage and sponsor multifamily properties throughout the U.S. He has been involved in over $1.25B of real estate transactions and is passionate about building a solid vertically integrated company with strong core values, proven systems, and an adept team.

Carlos has been recognized with numerous honors. He was named a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award, to the Dallas Business Journal’s 40 under 40 list and highlighted as a Most Admired CEO. He has helped CONTI earn a place on the Inc. 5000 list seven times, the Dallas 100 list seven times and the Middle Market 50 list four times. As a recognized thought leader in the multifamily industry, he is a regular guest speaker at many events such as MFE (Multifamily Executive), Crittenden Multifamily, Marcus & Millichap, IMN Conferences, among others.

Carlos is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), the Real Estate Council of Dallas and a board member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). He is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management (OPM) program, a board member of the Harvard Club of Dallas, and an International Advisory Council Member for Fundação Dom Cabral, one of the world’s leading business schools.

Born in Brazil, Carlos came to the United States with $300 in his pocket, a penchant for hard work, the desire to learn, and an unrelenting drive to “Make It Happen”. As a dedicated family man, Carlos enjoys health, faith, family, and country. His passions include spending time with his family and friends, as well as reading, traveling, and anything outdoors. As a family, he, his wife and three children are actively involved in several charitable organizations and enjoy time learning together, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.

Prior to joining CONTI, Christian was involved in principal investments at L&B Realty Advisors and gained extensive disposition experience during his tenure at C-III Capital Partners. Christian has over $5.5B in transaction experience that spans 35+ U.S. states and all major product types.

Derek Alley

As CEO of VCC, Derek Alley is the senior officer responsible for implementing the strategic plan for the Company. After growing up in Little Rock and learning many roles on jobsites and projects, Derek went to Stanford University to earn his BS in Management Science and Engineering, Derek then started his career in investment banking. Afterwards he moved to BlackRock, Inc in their Private Equity Real Estate Acquisitions Group based in San Francisco, CA. Under his guidance, VCC is consistently listed in the top 100 contractors by the Engineering News Record, largest contractor in Arkansas, a top 15 multifamily contractor, and recognized as the largest retail contractor in the Country. Derek is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, ICSC, ULI, the Texas Real Estate Council and sits on multiple boards including the Encore Bank Board of Directors and the Variety Charity of Texas.

Justin is a Principal and Design Director in Gensler’s Dallas office. He delivers practice area expertise to office developers, culture & museums, and mixed use & retail centers projects, offering artful designs while remaining technically rigorous as demonstrated in his base building architecture and building repositioning expertise. Justin leads his practice area, and the firm, with a creative flair for conceiving groundbreaking designs with a methodical discipline and attention to detail. Signature projects include Amerisource Bergen Headquarters, Frisco Public Library, Metrocrest Services, SRS Distribution Headquarters, and Toyota Music Factory. Justin is a member of the American Institute of Architect, is a registered architect and interior designer in Texas, and holds both a Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architecture from Judson University.

Susan Arledge, SIOR, currently serves as a Senior Managing Director in the company’s Dallas office. Arledge has over three decades of experience advising corporate clients on location decision-making, having worked with notable companies to identify and establish real estate locations including headquarters sites, distribution/e-commerce and manufacturing centers, customer support/shared service centers, back office and tech support operations.

Susan specializes in securing real estate locations for clients globally, focusing on a proprietary Total Cost Analysis model that identifies all labor costs, transportation costs, incentive opportunities, and real estate costs. She focuses on finding locations that reduce attrition, increase productivity and allow clients to remain competitive by finding a labor force that meets their unique needs.

Arledge has received numerous professional honors throughout her career. She was the recipient of the prestigious “Stemmons Service Award,” given annually to a Dallas commercial broker that best represents the industry’s standards for business success and community service. Arledge has served as President of the SIOR North Texas Chapter, the Board of Directors for the American Heart Association and as Chair of the Go Red for Women Luncheon in Dallas. She maintains the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation and has been honored as one of the Dallas Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters.” Arledge is a frequent speaker and author whose insights are often highlighted in publications including D CEO, D Magazine and Bisnow.

Prior to joining Newmark, Arledge served as Executive Managing Director at Dallas-based commercial real estate firm ESRP. Arledge’s prior experience included being the Managing Principal for Cresa Dallas and The Staubach Company.

Adam Jackson is Stream’s Chief Investment Officer and responsible for managing four opportunistic discretionary funds totaling over $1.5 billion of equity. Adam leads a cross-functional team of professionals located at the company’s headquarters in Dallas, as well as providing strategic direction to hundreds of professionals in the firm’s 15 local offices.

Adam is responsible for the design and execution of the strategic direction and initiatives of Stream’s Investment Platform. These responsibilities include directing the company’s investment activities, managing Stream’s fully discretionary investment funds, and the origination of key partner relationships. Since joining Stream in 2008, Adam has led approximately $4 Billion of acquisitions and developments totaling 30 million square feet.

Additionally, Adam is a member of Stream’s Investment Committee; the co-chair of Stream’s ESG Committee; and the founder of Stream’s Scholarship Foundation. Given his network based on 18+ years of industry experience, Adam also plays an integral role in attracting new talent to join the organization.

Prior to joining Stream, Adam worked at HFF, LP, where he specialized in arranging acquisition and development debt/equity financing, as well as investment sales totaling over $1 Billion in transactions. Upon graduating from Texas A&M University with a BBA and MS in Accounting, Adam began his professional career at Ernst & Young in their audit and advisory practice.

Maggie Parker

Maggie Parker is the Managing Partner and founder of Innovan Neighborhoods, a community-oriented development and consulting firm bringing over 10 years of experience in community development finance and lending, real estate development, and capacity building. In partnership with Matthews Southwest, Innovan Neighborhoods partners with nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and neighborhood associations to implement their vision. Innovan works to build and strengthen neighborhoods in concert with community stakeholders, from joint ventures for affordable single-family homes to leading phased, master-planning development strategies in transitioning neighborhoods.

Since inception in 2019, Innovan has a $100 million pipeline of affordable housing and small business-anchored development totaling 360+ units. Innovan has also helped community partners position and/or secure over $15 million of investments for revitalization across DFW.

Most recently, Maggie launched the Community Developers Roundtable, a collective network and capacity-building initiative for established, diverse non-profit and for-profit community oriented real estate developers. The first-of-its-kind initiative supports the creation of more affordable housing and accelerated revitalization in underserved communities in Dallas. In collaboration with BCL of Texas, with funding support from JPMorgan Chase, Innovan has raised more than $1.3M for the CDR to provide critical resources for existing organizations to continue leading affordable housing and community-based commercial real estate projects.

Maggie is also active throughout the community, serving on several Boards and community organizations including Vice Chair of the Board of Metro Dallas Homeless Alliance, Texas Mezzanine Fund Board, YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas Foundation Board, and the Alpha Xi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Bill Baumgardner

Bill Baumgardner is a commercial developer and licensed broker

with an in-depth background in commercial real estate business

coupled with expertise in development, construction, tenant

representations, leasing and sales. Bill has the innate ability

to meet a customer’s need and budgetary requirements with

the highest possible value and product available. He also has

experience in coordinating legal, financial and construction

requirements for transactions.

At VanTrust, Bill’s primary responsibilities are to ensure

that VanTrust’s short and long-term development goals and

objectives are met through proper site selection, acquisition, and

development of new, build-to-suit and speculative opportunities.

Prior to joining VanTrust, Bill was with Colliers International

and The Pizzuti Companies. He has over 20 years of development

experience and has played a major role in the development,

leasing and sales of major instructional grade office and industrial

projects. He has overseen the development and leasing of nearly

15-million square feet of industrial and office projects. Bill has

been active in numerous industrial and office sales, completing

more than 25-million square feet of transactions. He also worked

for the Danter Company, a leading real estate research firm, as a

field analyst where he conducted market feasibility reports for a

host of real estate projects throughout the United States.

Bill is a graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in

Business Administration. He holds an Ohio real estate license

and is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office

Properties (NAIOP), National, Ohio and Columbus Association

of Realtors, Columbus 2020. He is also the past president of the

Central Ohio NAIOP Chapter.

He understands the architect's role in creating designs that have innovative and experiential environments and he strives to achieve this in every project. Outside of the office, he spends time with his son and wife and is an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to the Sooners football team.
