Robbie Baty serves as a Vice Chairman and the Office Tenant Representation Leader of Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas-Fort Worth market. The Dallas office holds a market-leading position for assisting clients with large, complex transactions including new leases, renewals, restructurings, and subleases. In this role, Baty is responsible for the overall strategic direction, recruiting and growth of the Office Tenant Representation service line. Currently, the team consists of 20 brokers ranking in one of Dallas’ largest brokerage firms.

Additionally, Baty has helped companies with their headquarters locations for the last 17 years. His primary focus is Dallas-Fort Worth, also assisting clients with their portfolios across the country. Baty specializes in representing office tenants of all sizes in site selection, lease negotiations, build-to-suits, and municipal incentives negotiations. Over his career, he has distinguished himself as one of the top tenant representatives in the North Texas market, being honored as the NAIOP 2016 North Texas Office Broker of The Year.

Eric Stanley is president and chief operating officer for Bright Realty and member of its Board of

Managers. Mr. Stanley began his real estate career in 1981 managing his family's real estate

development business. He originally joined Bright Realty in 1986 in a management position

overseeing Bright Realty's multiple real estate investments. In 1989, Mr. Stanley joined the

Trammel Crow Company in a senior management position responsible for the 1.5 million

square foot-plus Bank of Oklahoma high-rise tower. From 1996 to 2004, he managed an Austin

commercial development company, directing the development, management and sales of more

than one million square feet of class A office, commercial and retail shopping space and $10

million-plus in lease transactions. He returned to Bright Realty in 2004 where he has since

overseen the development, leasing and management of a number of retail, mixed-use, office

and multi-family projects involving millions of square feet, as well as hundreds of land

transactions related to single-family lots and commercial properties. Bright Realty’s portfolio

features over 580,000 square feet of commercial space, 1,466 delivered multifamily units, and

300 acres of developed entitled land, with an assessed value of $4.4 billion. In total, the

company has developed 2,600 acres.

Mr. Stanley is past president elect of Tulsa's Institution of Real Estate Management organization

(IREM) and vice president of Tulsa's Building Owners and Management Association organization

(BOMA). He has held an Institute of Real Estate Management's Certified Property Manager

designation since 1993 and is a licensed Texas and Oklahoma real estate broker.

Mr. Stanley is married with three grown children and resides in Castle Hills. In his spare time, he

enjoys hunting, fishing, golf and spending time with his family.

Lauren Kraemer

Lauren Kraemer is Principal and Vice President for ARCO's Tenant Solutions team, based in Dallas. With over a decade of experience at ARCO/Murray, Lauren oversees operational consistency and drives design-build strategy across Texas and nationally. Starting as a Project Manager, she advanced to Director of Accounts before stepping into her current leadership role. Lauren holds a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and has been recognized as a 2024 Dallas Business Journal Women in Business honoree, one of the Top Women in Real Estate, and a graduate of TREC’s Associate Leadership Council (ALC) Class of 2022. She is deeply committed to fostering diversity within STEM education, particularly through her work with the Young Women’s Preparatory Network. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys playing sports, traveling, and being at the lake with her family. She and her husband recently welcomed their first baby girl in June 2024.

Wayne is the Director of Economic Development for the Town of Addison, where he is dedicated to bringing transit-oriented development to the area. He is actively working to create a vibrant, walkable community centered around Addison Circle, fostering a dynamic environment for businesses and residents alike.

As the Director of Economic Development in Denton, he prioritized historic redevelopment in downtown Denton and drove industrial expansion along the I-35 corridor. Before his time in Denton, Wayne managed the Property Assessed Clean Energy program in Dallas, promoting sustainable development. He also worked as a Tax Increment Financing District manager, providing affordable housing solutions.

In Allen, he and the Allen Economic Development Corporation delivered Class A office spaces within walkable mixed-use districts, proving the market's potential.

Wayne’s passion for urban development and economic theory began as a geography and economics teacher in the Irving Independent School District. His experience is further enriched by his service in the US Army as a military journalist, including a deployment to Iraq as a public affairs officer.

A proud University of North Texas alum with a History degree, Wayne later earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. He also holds a certification as an Economic Development Finance Professional from the National Development Council.

Maddy Hunton serves as a Vice President within Trammell Crow Company’s (TCC) Dallas-Ft. Worth office. In her role, she is responsible for the origination, underwriting, financing, due diligence, joint venture structuring, and execution of office and mixed-use developments in North Texas.

During her tenure at TCC, Maddy has executed on 2.1 million square feet of office and mixed-use development projects. Most recent developments that she has helped execute include Park District and a build-to-suit in Plano. Currently, she is focused on the underway and planned developments on Knox Street, sourcing build-to-suit and speculative office development opportunities on the Fields site in Frisco and TCC’s sites in Legacy and Uptown, and additional new pursuits.

John L. Zogg, Jr. serves as managing director for Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC. Mr. Zogg manages the leasing efforts in the Dallas and Houston markets of over 2,300,000 square feet.

Mr. Zogg serves on the board of various local civic organizations including Executive Committees of Uptown Public Improvement District, Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation, Downtown Dallas and The Rise School of Dallas. He is a member of The Dallas Assembly, Urban Land Institute, City Center Tax Incentive Finance District, as well as the Downtown Connection Tax Incentive Finance District. Mr. Zogg is vice chairman of the AT&T Cotton Bowl and a founding member of the Advisory Council to the Center for Real Estate Finance at the University of Texas at Austin, Business School. In 2002, Mayor Laura Miller appointed Mr. Zogg to the Dallas Inside the Loop Committee. Mr. Zogg was named #1 Office Leasing Agent in Dallas/Fort Worth by the Dallas Business Journal in 1995 and again in 1996.

Mr. Zogg joined Crescent Real Estate Equities as vice president of leasing and marketing in May of 1994. In 2004, he was promoted to managing director in Crescent’s Dallas Region. Mr. Zogg served as managing director until Crescent was sold to Morgan Stanley in 2007. Prior to rejoining Crescent, Mr. Zogg worked at Silverstone Capital Group.

From January 1989 to May 1994, Mr. Zogg served as vice president of the commercial real estate group for Rosewood Property Company, responsible for marketing and leasing office space in the Dallas and Denver areas. Prior to joining Rosewood, he worked as marketing manager of Gerald D. Hines Interests.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Zogg holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Dallas.

As Senior Vice President of Investments and Build to Suits for

Billingsley Company, Marijke Lantz Flowers is responsible for the

office build to suit transactions and major leases. Additionally, Ms.

Lantz leads the acquisitions of investment properties for Billingsley

Company.

Mrs. Flowers has 25 years of experience in commercial real estate

including asset management from acquisition to disposition. Before

joining Billingsley, she was Senior Vice President and Acquisitions

Officer at Valencia Capital Management and before that Managing

Director responsible for the Asset Services Group for Cushman &

Wakefield in Dallas. This role included project leasing, property

management and facility management for more than 19 million

square feet with properties located throughout the U.S.

Prior to her time with Cushman & Wakefield, Mrs. Flowers was a

Vice President at the Archon Group (a Goldman Sachs Company)

and was responsible for the dispositions and operations of the

commercial asset management group. This included more than 180

commercial assets located throughout the United States totaling

over 32 million square feet and dispositions totaling more than 2.5

billion.

Mrs. Flowers earned her Bachelor of Arts from Western State

College in 1982. She graduated with honors from the University of

Dallas with a Masters of Business Administration in 1985.

Chase Stone joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2022 and serves as Managing Principal of the

Dallas Office Group. Chase is responsible for championing the delivery of best-in-class service

for the firm’s clients while strategically accelerating the growth of the Office Leasing team’s

Dallas portfolio.

Prior to joining HLC, Chase was the Vice President of Investments at Cawley Partners in Dallas,

where he was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and closing of all new acquisition and

development projects. In his role, he was pivotal in acquiring more than 4 million square feet of

commercial assets valued at more than $2.1 billion. Additionally, Chase served as a key member

of the asset management team responsible for leasing oversight, dispositions, and ensuring the

projects’ success.

Chase earned his Master of Business Administration degree (Real Estate Finance) from

Southern Methodist University and Bachelor of Science degree (Finance) from the University of

Texas in Dallas.

Chase currently serves on the board of directors of NAIOP North Texas, the Community

Investors board of directors within The Real Estate Council (TREC) and is an active member of

Watermark

Community Church and the TouchDown Club of Dallas.

Meritax Advisors manages a portfolio of $50 Billion in real estate value. Ryan is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and licensed property tax consultant. Rick D’Amato, LPA Principal and Design Director, is an award-winning architect and AIA Fellow. He believes

in the power and responsibility of design to shape the world around us. Design, Rick asserts, needs to oblige

an environmental responsibility and provide an enjoyable, immersive experience for users.

As Design Director, he is responsible for leading global design efforts for LPA’s Workplace practice and many

other project types including corporate headquarters, science and technology, healthcare, retail, civic and

cultural including libraries, fire stations, and nature centers. He has created exciting workplace and public

environments for many notable clients, including Toyota, Berkadia, Roofstock, Spear Street Capital, Newmark,

and several confidential life science companies.

For Rick, the collaborative process is a necessary design tool for an immeasurable project journey. From early

strategy sessions through design development, Rick’s passion for collaboration and sustainability leads to a

pragmatic sense of design.

Having lived in North Texas since 1990, Bruce Arfsten considers himself a Texan, and since 2003, Addison is home. When he made the move to Addison in 2003, he soon discovered the significance of being an Addison resident. Like most, he soon fell in love with Addison and could envision being here very long-term.

Currently, Bruce is a Real Estate Broker, licensed in Texas since 1993, and has been representing his real estate clients in the Dallas/Fort Worth region since that time. Prior to real estate, he worked in the hotel industry, both in Oklahoma City and North Texas. This work history is where he learned what it meant to be "in service" to others. In 2009, Bruce began his work in the Training and Development field, doing contract training and workshops for in-place teams, focusing on the areas of communication and human behavior/interaction.

In addition to serving as the Mayor of Addison since May 2023, Bruce has served the Town in various roles, including Planning and Zoning Commission, City Council, Charter Review Commission (twice), Bond Advisory Committee, and is a longtime member of the Addison Midday Rotary Club.

Working from his home office, Bruce spends a great deal of time with his sweet Chocolate Lab named Coco, his constant companion and lovable sidekick.
