Mr. Meyer has an extensive track record in sourcing, capitalization, and execution of large-scale industrial development and acquisition projects across the U.S. Prior to Lovett, Mr. Meyer served as a partner and Managing Director at Hines Interests in Houston for 7 years, where he was responsible for overseeing Hines’ expansion into industrial real estate development across the U.S. Prior to Hines, Mr. Meyer served as Director of Construction and Development for NewQuest Properties, where he oversaw the development of approximately 3 million square feet of retail and office projects. Mr. Meyer graduated from Vanderbilt University with a BA in Economics and Spanish. Jessica Miller Essl is the co-president of M2G Ventures, a

comp any based in Fort Worth, Texas. Guided by the leadership of

Jessica and her partner, Susan Gruppi, the fast-growing company

development projects located in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex

and the Austin Central Texas region.

Jessica is responsible for business development, strategy, marketing, leasing and overseeing

the company’s landlord advisory practices at M2G. Under Jessica’s leadership, the company

continues to push the envelope with innovative ways to create places users want to be. Jessica

possesses a relentless drive in truly creating value-add opportunities for all of the projects the

company touches.

Prior to starting M2G, Jessica was with Open Realty Advisors. During her tenure there, Jessica

was instrumental in the company’s landlord consulting platform. She led the strategy and

execution of the real estate roll out for Tesla and Spanx across North America. Jessica also

played a key role in the site selection and execution of other major brands, such as J. Crew,

Apple, Restoration Hardware, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Abercrombie & Fitch, to name a

few. She negotiated transactions with every major retail owner in the United States during her

time there.

Prior to joining Open Realty, Jessica was Senior Leasing Representative at Trademark Property

Company, where she specialized in the leasing strategy, execution, and project management

of super-regional malls and upscale mixed-use centers. Jessica is credited with bringing some

of the nation’s most premier specialty retailers to Trademark’s projects during her four years

there.

Jessica serves on the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, the TCU Center for Real Estate

Advisory Board, the Board for the TCU M.J. Neeley Entrepreneurial School, and the Small

Development Council for Urban Land Institute. Jessica was named Top 40 under 40 in 2017 as

well as received the Strong Partner Award from Girls Inc. of Tarrant County. She is a graduate

of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real

Estate with a Concentration in Leadership.

Hutton Lunsford joined Holt Lunsford Commercial in 2019 and serves as a Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments (HLCI), overseeing the development and implementation of HLCI’s investment strategies and initiatives.

Prior to joining HLCI, Hutton served as a Partner at Hamilton Realty Finance. Hutton founded Hamilton Realty Finance with Randy Fleisher in September 2016 and transacted on more than $3 billion of debt and equity placement in his time there. Before his time at Hamilton, Hutton worked within JLL’s Debt & Equity platform of the Dallas Capital Markets Team where he worked on a total transaction volume in excess of over $1 billion. Before joining the debt and equity group, Hutton worked on JLL’s multifamily investment sales team where he focused on the underwriting and analysis of over $500 million in multifamily valuation/sales.

Preceding his time at JLL, he was a summer analyst at Patron Capital Partners in London, U.K. There, he evaluated private equity investment opportunities within the office, industrial, hotel, and hostel commercial real estate sectors. Hutton is a native of Dallas and holds a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Abilene Christian University.

A graduate of Construction Engineering from Texas Tech, Justin started his career in 2006 as a Project Engineer with Cadence McShane Construction in Dallas. Here, he worked his way up to be a Project Manager before relocating to work in Pre-Construction at Lee Lewis Construction in Lubbock, TX in 2014. From there, he went on to become a Project Director at MYCON General Contractors in Dallas before joining The Conlan Company in 2020 as a Vice President. Justin has spent nearly his entire career in the Dallas Market with most recent experience focused entirely on Warehouse/Distribution construction. Today he is in charge of managing Conlan’s Dallas office where he oversees operations, preconstruction, and business development. He is highly attentive to detail and responsive to clients’ needs.

Outside of Conlan, Justin is an active board member on the Sanger Economic Development Board. He enjoys traveling, competing in steak cook-offs, and spending time with his wife Beth and their three children, Jackson, Lindsey, and William.

Before co-founding Constellation, Jeremy spent 19 years at Prologis in a variety of

roles. He headed the Customer Led Solutions team, serving the needs of the most

the Central, Southwest, and Southeast regions that executed more than $10 billion

in development, acquisitions, and dispositions. In addition to his nineteen years

Throughout his 35-year career, Fraker has been a consistent top national producer in industrial investment sales, representing some of the country’s largest corporations, global investors, pension fund advisors and REITs. Not including his participation in a larger team, Fraker has personally completed industrial capital markets transactions totaling 1.5 billion square feet and $85 billion in more than 60 U.S. cities, Mexico, Europe, Japan and South America, as well as approximately 12,000 acres of development site transactions.

Sarah Ozanne is a Senior Vice President for Stream Realty Partners’ Dallas / Fort Worth Industrial

platform. Sarah joined Stream in 2015 and is responsible for business development and execution of

industrial transactions, including project leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, development services, and

tenant representation. To date, she has executed a transaction volume of over $1 billion in market value

and over 26 million square feet.

Prior to joining Stream, Sarah spent eight years at Goldman Sachs, working in investment and asset

management. While there, Sarah’s responsibilities included oversight of the firm’s hospitality platform

of over 300 hotel properties across three investment vehicles and included acquisitions, capital planning

and strategic repositioning, and dispositions.

Sarah graduated Summa Cum Laude from Wake Forest University. She is an alumna of TREC’s Associate

Leadership Council and serves on its Steering Committee, a board member of Dallas CASA’s Children

Council, and lives in Dallas with her husband and four sons.

Patrick Hazard has over twenty years of experience in architecture and planning experience. His expertise includes multi-family of varying types (adaptive re-use, three story walk up, five and six story wrap and high-rise). Additionally, Patrick has vast experience with industrial projects, hospitality, civic, educational, historical renovation/adaptive reuse, and sports facilities throughout the United States and foreign countries.

Patrick is currently engaged in project management for a hybrid five story wood frame and eight story cold form metal framed multi-family project near the Bishop Arts area of Dallas with a shared six story cast-in place parking garage with residential amenities at the top level of the garage. Concurrently, Patrick is collaborating with this same developer on an approximate 420 unit “urban” style multi-family project in the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards, consisting of five, four-story residential buildings with some tuck under parking and a separate leasing/amenity building. Beyond multi-family Patrick has recently completed or nearing completion of over one and a half million square feet of combined speculative industrial buildings at sites in Roanoke, Midlothian, and Plano.

Patrick led the team on the Historic Jefferson Hotel in Downtown St. Louis, originally built in 1904 and later added on to in 1928, the building will be renovated to mixed- use, with retail ground level, a 225-guestroom Marriott AC Hotel and 235-key residential. Additionally, he oversaw the team working on a 24-story high-rise multi-family tower in downtown San Jose, California, with 374 residential units.

Patrick’s other projects include Cambria Hotel and 1900 Pacific Residences, an historic adaptive reuse of the 1933 Tower Petroleum and 1951 1900 Pacific buildings in downtown Dallas, Texas. It includes 150 residential units, 177 guestrooms and a rooftop pool; several Aspen Heights single family for rent style student housing projects thought out the United States; the Galleries at Park Lane residential in Dallas, Texas, and the historic Sinclair Building in Fort Worth, Texas. The Sinclair is being converted into a hotel, featuring a steak house, rooftop bar and prime location next to downtown Fort Worth’s Sundance Square. Here, he is implementing modern technologies, including power over ethernet lighting. Other experience includes management of school renovation projects for Dallas Independent School District and industrial warehouses adjacent to Andrews Air Force Base. Patrick also worked closely with Aspen Heights for their Daymark project, a 202-bed community southwest of Historic Downtown Waxahachie, for high functioning, intellectually disabled young adults. This project required careful coordination with the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (TDADS) and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

Prior to joining Timber Hill, Mr. Siegel was a founding partner of Wool Finance Partners, a boutique commercial mortgage brokerage firm in Northbrook, IL, and the owner/operator of Siegel & Associates, Inc., a commercial real estate valuation company. He has worked with many of the nation’s largest corporations and financial institutions in a variety of structured real estate finance and valuation capacities.

Development and proceeded to move to the

financial analyst and later asset manager.

In 2010 George moved to the industrial asset class

Leasing. George was promoted to Partner in 2012 and

now serves in an administrative role in which he is

responsible for portfolio management, development,

leasing, and financing.

George earned his BA from Dallas Baptist University

and his Master of Science in Management Degree

from Southern Methodist University and he is an

As an entrepreneur, he prides himself on understanding the innerworkings of our clients’ businesses and working within our team to find solutions to their real estate needs. At the top of his favorite achievements is when he earns the business of a skeptical prospect and then creates a Raving Fan of ARCO and a friend through the process of construction. 2017, Eric has played a pivotal role in the firm’s growth and development. He has a

diverse clientele that spans various sectors, including office, industrial, medical, cold

storage, retail and client-owned facilities. His deep expertise spans several industries,

including third-party logistics (3PL), semiconductors, insurance, manufacturing,

healthcare, food and private equity, enabling him to provide tailored solutions based

on unique client needs.

Specifically, Eric’s proficiency in sale-leasebacks, as well as his experience with private

equity-owned operating companies, cold storage facilities and supply chain logistics,

positions him as a sought-after expert in the real estate landscape. He is adept in

corporate portfolio analysis, bringing decades of expertise in budget review and cost

containment strategies to optimize clients’ real estate portfolios. He is considered a

thought leader within the industry.

In his leadership capacity, Eric currently manages a seven-member team dedicated

to enhancing new client pursuits, client retention and supporting the executive team

with recruitment efforts across Mohr Partners’ U.S. offices. His contributions to the

firm began in 1994, and he quickly ascended to the role of Managing Partner by

December 1998 at the age of 29, consistently achieving exceptional results throughout

his tenure.

Having partnered with Mohr Partners’ founder, Bob Mohr, for 23 years, Eric successfully

led a management buyout in 2017, collaborating with existing shareholders and CEO

Bob Shibuya. Throughout his career, he has held various operational, recruitment,

and managerial roles, including the development of Mohr Partners’ international

partner platform, solidifying his reputation as a visionary leader in the corporate real

estate sector.

Eric is also an accomplished investor in real estate, serving as the President and

Managing Member of Libbyfield Investments, LLC, as well as an equity partner in

Broken-Stone Investments, LLC, both of which are distinguished real estate investment

partnerships.

Eric and his wife, Julie, have been married for over 30 years and reside in Dallas, Texas,

where they are the proud parents of three children.

Brian is Link’s senior vice president, Development, for the Central Region. He leads

a team responsible for executing development projects in major markets including

Austin, Chicago, Dallas and Minneapolis.

Brian joined Link in 2021, bringing significant industry experience. He was previously

a senior vice president at Duke Realty, where he worked for 18 years and led

development and construction projects across several markets and regions. He has

specialized experience in brownfield development and sustainable construction

practices, possesses a LEED AP credential and is a registered professional engineer.

Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton

and is a member of NAIOP’s North Texas chapter. Married with one daughter,

he lives in Denton County, Texas, and is steadily working toward his goal of hiking

every national park.

Marc Jennings is the Vice President of Logistics at HFA. Jennings brings more than 25 years of industry experience to his role within the architecture, construction, and development community in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro. He recently joined HFA to help grow our Industrial and Logistics programs and to help lead the Fort Worth studio. Jennings is an empathetic problem solver at heart. He loves to build and maintain lasting client partnerships by putting himself in their shoes, always keeping their best interests at the forefront of his solutions-based approach to design and development. Ray Dunlap is the President of the Terrell Economic Development Corporation,

after having spent the previous ten years with the Fairview Economic Development

Corporation. His background includes hotel management, including a term as

President of the Longview, Texas Convention and Visitors Bureau Board of

Directors.

Ray is the immediate past chair of Team Texas, a statewide marketing

organization, that is a part of the Texas Economic Development Council (TEDC).

He will serve as chair of TEDC in 2023.

Ray and his wife Robin have two 14-year-old daughters, Chloe and Ashley and he

sings in a Southern Gospel Quartet, The Brookside Quartet, a group which he

helped form.
