Johnny and his father Paul Caddick run the Caddick Group, founded in 1979 it has grown to become one of the largest and most successful property companies in the UK. Johnny has been responsible for some of the group’s most high-profile schemes including the development of Trinity Leeds, the 1m sq. ft. shopping centre in the heart of the city, and more recently, SOYO Leeds – a 6-acre mixed use site that Caddick is investing £300 million to redevelop.

In 2009 Johnny established Caddick Group’s urban residential team with the commencement of Vauxhall Sky Gardens, a 36-storey residential development in London. In 2013, Johnny founded Moda, the first regional high amenity build-to-rent platform in the UK. Since the inception Moda has secured a pipeline of over 6,750 apartments across the UK with a development value in excess of £2bn.

Caddick also owns Headingley Stadium in Leeds which is currently undergoing a £40million redevelopment.

Tom brings over 13 years of investment and development real estate experience to Round Hill Capital.

Tom joined Round Hill Capital in 2017 and leads the UK Investment and Acquisitions team across accommodation sectors focusing primarily on residential build to rent and purpose built student accommodation. Tom led the expansion of the student and residential business into Ireland with investments into development projects delivering over 2,000+ beds/units. Prior to Round Hill Capital, Tom worked for an investment and development fund bringing forward 18 residential and commercial projects in the UK. Tom is a chartered surveyor with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Manchester and a Real Estate MSc from the University of Reading.

Shannon is passionate about creating communities for all ages and all levels of affordability. She maintains an open mind when it comes to approaches, solutions, and partnerships. Her avid interest in emerging trends and research helps keep us ahead of the residential curve. She has worked in residential property since 2003, racking up 15 years experience at JLL where she was a Lead Director. Shannon has known Guy and Ian for over 15 years so when she decided to go ‘client-side’ in 2020, Glenbrook was the obvious choice.

Outside of work Shannon loves exploring Europe in a motorhome. She’s strongly committed to sustainability too, including ‘not buying new’ - you’d never guess that all her clothes are preloved! Any spare time she has is devoted to testing cookbook recipes with her daughter and posting her reviews on Instagram.

Shannon sits on the board of her local Community Land Trust (CLT), participates in the GMCA Housing, Planning and Ageing Working Group, is a guest lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University and Sheffield Hallam University, and, as a past Chair of Women in Property, now holds a committee role.

Ashley Perry has over 10 years of experience in real estate consultancy, across UK, Ireland, Spain and Canada. Before joining Apache Capital, Ashley worked for European BTR Consultancy, LIV Consult, since 2018.

Ashley held the position of Director, BTR Consultancy (UK) at LIV Consult with responsibility for consultancy services to clients in Europe with a client base including Private Equity, Local Authorities, and both Public and Private Developers. Ashley’s experience across both single and multifamily strategies helped to secure planning, funding and public support for thousands of rental homes across Europe. Prior to LIV Consult, Ashley worked at JLL in its Project and Development services team where he achieved RICS Chartered status as well as leading multi-disciplinary teams through complex and challenging projects. Ashley is also on the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Residential Council steering committee.

Kate is the General manager at two Manchester BTR schemes, Vox (280 apartments) and The Trilogy (231 apartments). Both managed by Allsop Letting and management. Kate previously managed the Keel Liverpool (240 apartments) for Allsop since March 2020. Currently also part of the north west UKAA steering committee.

Prior to joining Allsop Kate was a multisite manager for PBSA provider Fresh. Managing the mobilisation of the Towpath in Chester and later jointly managing Tramways Chester, Europa in Liverpool and the Wharf in Droylsden.

Kate's career began in the hospitality industry managing and mobilising multiple sites in Warrington, Wigan and Liverpool for Premier Inn for over 15 years.
