  • Understand how developments are being financed in Manchester and how capital stacks are evolving for new developments vs. acquisition deals.
  • Single Family Rental vs Urban BTR - how both markets stack up in the region.
  • The current and projected development pipeline, and if it will be built.
  • Positioning assets for long-term growth - what Manchester's renters are looking for in terms of space planning, design, amenities, affordability, ESG, health and well-being and how this is impacting rental value, leasing and management strategies.

How You'll Do More Business In Manchester: According to a report by Urbanbubble, whilst BTR activity in Manchester slowed down in 2022, 2023 and 2024 are projected to see a growth, with 2024 slanted to hit a record 5,254 new build BTR completions. As schemes are now operating at scale, join our expert panels as they reflect on what has been learnt in terms of investing, developing and operating BTR to date, how they are applying this to future strategies and where the next opportunities lie for Manchester's rental market.
