Jon is a managing director on Cain’s European real estate equity team and leads the investment team working on the Blackbrook Capital portfolio.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Clarion Partners, an investment manager specialising in industrial properties in Europe. Jon has structured more than €2 billion of Sale-Leaseback, Build to Suit, Net Lease and Spec development investments in the UK, Nordics, Germany, France, Benelux, Iberia, Italy and CEE. Previously he had worked at J. P. Morgan Cazenove in its investment banking division where he covered diversified industrial companies and the mining sector.

Jon graduated with first-class honours from Oxford University with a Master of Engineering in engineering science.

Richard Fell serves as the Head of European Logistics Capital Markets at TCC. Based in London, he is responsible for identifying, structuring and securing debt and equity capital to support the joint-venture activity of TCC’s logistics development business across Europe.

Prior to TCC, Fell was vice president for investments at Clarion Partners Europe. He has also worked in private equity roles for Brydell Partners, Curzon Advisers, and Tristan Capital Partners.

Tim heads JLL's national multi-let and mid-box industrial agency team, bringing over 27 years of expertise to the role. His long-standing tenure with JLL is a result of successful mergers with Edward Rushton & Co and King Sturge. A respected industry figure, Tim served as Chairman of the Industrial Agents Society (IAS) from 2015 to 2016 and currently sits on the British Property Federation's (BPF) Industrial Committee. Over this period, he has transacted high volumes of stock for a wide range of institutions, developers, property companies and occupiers. His expertise within the sector includes multi-let, mid box, urban logistics, multi-storey/level buildings, intensification of land, repurposing, sustainability, the trade counter market and development predominantly in and around London, the South East and South Coast.

He is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institute of Civil Engineers and Royal Engineers, respectively.

Working at SEGRO gives Stuart the opportunity to be at the cutting edge of integrating Sustainability, Energy Efficiency, Technology and Innovation into a diverse property portfolio. He is excited to lead a team of professionals aligned with this goal and support a forward-thinking company such as SEGRO to realise them. Prior to this, Tom was a Partner in Knight Frank's Capital Markets team where he spent a decade advising on transactions across the commercial real estate market in the UK.

She has over 15 years’ experience in the property sector, with a deep experience in land acquisition, development, leasing and building delivery, together with a wealth of occupier knowledge.

Prior to joining GLP, Adrienne spent 12 years at Lidl, most latterly as Head of Warehouse Expansion and Corporate Acquisitions, where her primary responsibility was to acquire new distribution centre sites. Adrienne has been responsible for the acquisition of over 10 million SQ FT of logistics space, including some of GLP and Lidl’s key flagship developments across the UK.

Mike was also previously a Director at Logicor where he was responsible for the acquisition and management of a £3bn UK logistics portfolio. Mike holds a BA (hons) from Imperial College London and is a Chartered Financial Analyst

There, he built from scratch and ran its in-house transactions team which led Mileway’s and Blackstone funds’ last-mile purchases and non-core sales across the U.K. and Europe. Between 2008 and 2020, he worked at PATRIZIA (formerly Rockspring Property Investment Managers) where, as a Managing Director, he was responsible for the cross-border, Europe-wide investment transactions team working across all sectors and risk classes, including the TEP Fund Series. Kevin has undertaken transactions of circa €10bn throughout his career.

Neil is a Director in the Architecture studio at tp bennett, where he leads design strategy across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, alongside extensive experience in transport and masterplanning. His work is defined by a focus on creating places that deliver on functionality while fostering wellbeing, identity, and a strong sense of place.

He has led the transformation of some of the UK’s most progressive business parks, including the award-winning redevelopment of Arlington Business Park, Building 100 at Bourne Business Park, USP at Stockley Park, and Meadows Business Park in Camberley. These projects reflect his commitment to integrating green infrastructure, wellness-focused amenities, and cohesive placemaking into commercially effective environments.

Most recently, Neil oversaw the refurbishment of the Aurora Building in Glasgow, which won two regional BCO Awards in the Refurbishment and ESG categories, reinforcing his track record in delivering sustainable, future-facing workplaces.

With a focus on emerging workplace trends and user needs, Neil contributes strategic insight into how design can shape business parks as vibrant, adaptable ecosystems that attract and retain tenants.

Julian Carey is the CEO of Indurent, a leading developer, owner, and operator of industrial and logistics space across the UK. With over 20 years of experience in real estate and senior leadership, he has played an important role in shaping the UK’s industrial property sector.

He founded C2 Capital in 2017, specialising in multi-let industrial (MLI) properties, which was later acquired by Stenprop. As Managing Director, he helped transition Stenprop into Industrials REIT, becoming CEO in 2023. In 2024, Blackstone integrated Industrials REIT with St. Modwen Logistics to create Indurent, appointing Carey as CEO.

With a c.30 million sq ft portfolio, Carey oversees a business that combines leading sustainability standards with a technology-driven approach that enhances operational efficiency and elevates the customer experience. Under his leadership, Indurent is expanding through acquisitions and development and is set to deliver c.3 million sq ft of new logistics space in 2025.
