  • Transactional activity and pipeline: The major players investing in and developing SFR and what’s driving them.

  • Site selection: The UK locations that investors find most attractive right now.

  • Buy vs rent: The impact of rising inflation and mortgage rates on SFR.

  • SFR models: All the details of housing typographies.

  • Turning construction into production: The argument for using off-site manufacturing to create a new roadmap for providing sustainable, efficient and affordable SFR development.

  • What success looks like: Understanding the SFR demographic.

  • Equitable development: How to address challenges posed by suburban regeneration and affordability.

How You’ll Do More Business: Since our last SFR event in early 2022, the UK market has delivered 2,200 new SFR homes . Today, there are over 15,000 SFR homes either under construction or in planning, according to Savills. That pipeline is only set to grow - investors believe the numbers behind this market mean it is more recession-friendly than other residential sectors, as reported by Bisnow.

As the SFR market enters its next stage of growth, hear from our expert panelists on where the opportunities are and how to be a part of it!

Bisnow events bring together the UK's most influential commercial real estate investors, owners, developers, lenders, occupiers, consultants and advisors for dynamic and unforgettable content and dedicated networking sessions. With the largest audience of CRE professionals in the world, no one knows how to help your business more than us. As always come early and stay late for ample networking — we'll see you there!

The Rise Initiative

Bisnow is thrilled to announce the launch of The Rise Initiative in the UK, a programme focused on recognising organisations within commercial real estate that are committed to improving racial diversity through quantifiable action. Has your company set specific diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) goals, measured progress against them, keeping accountable to those goals?
