Danny joined Colliers Houston in July 2023 as President of the firm's brokerage operations which includes over 120 brokers, marketing and administrative staff. With over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Danny has been involved in many facets of the business including brokerage, marketing, research, technology, management and operations. As Colliers and the Houston market continues to expand, Danny's focus is to develop, recruit and assist the top brokers in the market and provide their clients with a high-level of service. Prior to relocating to Houston in 2023, Danny was the Executive Managing Director & Market Leader for over 5 years for the Central & West Florida markets at Colliers, which encompass the metropolitan areas of Orlando, Tampa, Clearwater, Sarasota, Ft Myers and Naples. While in Florida, Danny managed a team of over 145 professionals that focused on the leasing and sales of all property types, including Office, Medical, Industrial, Retail, Multifamily, Land, and Debt/Equity Mortgage Banking as well as niche services including Student Housing, Seniors Housing, Marinas, Golf Courses, and Hotels/Hospitality. From 2014 to 2018, Danny worked at Xceligent, one of the leading providers of commercial real estate information and research. Throughout Danny’s tenure at Xceligent, he grew from a local Sales Rep in Florida to quickly becoming Regional Vice President of Sales for the Florida markets and then Executive Vice President of National Accounts before becoming Chief Revenue Officer. Danny oversaw a team of 9 Regional VP’s, 60+ outside sales reps, 20+ inside sales reps and 20+ customer success and marketing professionals. He was also heavily involved in product and development efforts within the organization. Danny’s career started at Colliers within the Orlando office where he began as an intern for the research department before becoming the GIS/Research & Technology Administrator as well as various other roles before becoming an Office broker specializing in landlord and tenant representation throughout the greater Orlando market. Danny was the recipient of the Orlando Business Journal's 40 under 40 in 2022 and recognized as one of the Top Workplaces in Orlando by the Orlando Sentinel.

Uri Man is a real estate developer and consultant working on projects in Florida and Texas. Mr. Man has been entrenched in the development scene since 2002 having sourced and overseen developments, including more than 3,500 apartments and homes as an executive of The Related Group, Gables Residential and Ram Development. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Man's ground-up development projects ranged from large scale single-family master-planned communities, to market rate garden, mid-rise and high-rise apartment and condominium projects, to a 300,000 square foot retail lifestyle center. Mr. Man was also an executive of the Florida Panthers NHL Hockey Team where he led the development of the team's new training facility. Uri was formerly the CEO of Crystal Lagoons US Corp., a company that licenses its patented technology to developers enabling the addition of beach life to projects with giant lagoons for swimming and watersports. As the company's CEO, Mr. Man created partnerships with ESJ Capital, Encore Funds, Metro Places, Land Tejas, Wynn Resorts, and other development companies to bring this unique technology to the US market.Currently Mr. Man serves as Exec VP of Land Tejas, the largest developer of masterplanned communities in Houston (based on lots developed and sold) and CEO of Lagoon Development, the development and ownership company of lagoons in Texas. Mr. Man holds a Florida GC license and Broker's license and has taught real estate and business courses at FAU and UC Berkeley. Mr. Man serves on the Urban Land Institute (ULI) National Community Development Council. Mr. Man was awarded the Florida 'Young Leader of the Year' award by the ULI. Mr. Man has served on the boards of several charities and has been active in raising funds for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, FIDF, and the Miami Dolphins NFL Cancer Challenge. Mr. Man received a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Man has been a regular contributor to national news shows on Fox Business, CNN, CNBC and others providing his opinion regarding real estate markets and the US economy.

David Hightower

David Hightower presently serves as Executive Vice President at Midway Companies. He has been involved in the ownership, development and/or management of over 6,000 acres of commercial, residential and agricultural land investments and developments. He has primary responsibility for marketing, sales, project planning and development activities for the firm’s real estate assets, as well as new investment acquisitions. He is also responsible for regulatory approvals and other governmental related activities. He is active in various community and civic activities, and is presently serving on the boards and committees of several organizations that deal with issues affecting the real estate industry and overall community development, including the West Houston Association, the Urban Land Institute – Houston District Council, the Greater Houston Partnership’s Real Estate Advisory Committee and the Houston Real Estate Council. Mr. Hightower is a member of a number of other real estate-related organizations including: the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute , NAIOP – The Commercial Real Estate Development Association, Counselors of Real Estate, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and Houston Association of Realtors. He has represented several of these organizations in serving on a number of City and County committees addressing a wide range of issues impacting the real estate industry. He is also a founding director and current President of Harris County Improvement District No. 4 (The Energy Corridor District).
