As co-founder and Managing Partner of NewQuest Properties, Sears focuses on growing the NewQuest platform through new development, acquisitions and strategic opportunities, overseeing NewQuest Investment Company, and on managing key client relationships with retailers and clients. In 1996, he founded Sears Realty Company, a commercial brokerage and development firm that developed, managed and leased numerous grocery-anchored shopping centers throughout the greater Houston area. He formed Sears Realty in response to the site selection and development needs of his grocery and retail clients, brokering or developing numerous transactions involving Albertsons, HEB Grocery Company, Kroger, Walgreen’s, PETCO Animal Supplies, Rice Epicurean Markets, 24 Hour Fitness, among many others. The company flourished and, in 2001, Sears merged with Quest Properties, with the merged company being renamed NewQuest Properties. Sears received a B.B.A. from Baylor University in 1982. He is Chairman of Grant Me The Wisdom Foundation, Partner of Impact Partners, a social impact documentary film partnership, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a member of the Urban Land Institute, and a member of the Rice Design Alliance.

area of retail services on a regional and national basis. With his Houston team, he is

responsible for overseeing and executing retail transactions in the greater Houston

Ms. Davis is co-founder of Fidelis Realty Partners, Ltd. (Fidelis) where she currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Leasing and Development. She oversees the leasing of Fidelis’ entire retail portfolio, which is one of the key revenue-producing activities in the company. Together with her team, she has created, renewed, and processed approximately 3,000 lease transactions totaling 10 MM square feet with a combined contract value of $1.5 billion. Not only does Ms. Davis offer guidance with leasing strategies and execution, she also provides asset management and investment direction.

With over 30 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, Ms. Davis has cemented herself as a top executive in her field. In fact, she was given the distinguished honor of being named one of the Top 15 Women in Commercial Real Estate in Houston in 2012. This esteemed award is given to top local women executives who have had a permanent impact on Houston’s Commercial Real Estate industry. Earlier in her career, Ms. Davis was the highest producer in retail leasing nationwide for five consecutive years at Trammel Crow, where she began her career in commercial real estate as a Property Manager and Leasing Agent before quickly ascended the ranks and becoming a Senior Retail Leasing Agent.

Ms. Davis holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a licensed Texas real estate broker, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers in both Texas and Nationally. She was voted one of the top 15 women in Commercial Real Estate in 2012. She serves on the Executive Council of the University of Texas Real Estate Finance and Investment Center of the McCombs School of Business, The New Territory Commercial Board Member, West Houston Young Life Leadership board member and a past member of the Cattle Baron’s organization, which benefits cancer research in the Houston area.

Dean Lane joined NewQuest Properties as a Partner in 2003. Dean plays a critical role on NewQuest’s development team, working on the design, tenant-mix and construction. Comprising more than seven million square feet of gross leasable area over the last several years, some of the major town centers include Sherman, Cy-Fair, Brazos, Hutto, Creekside, Stone Hill, Stone Park, Stone Hill Town Center and Grand Morton Town Center.

The primary focus of Dean’s career has been on retail tenant representation, representing companies such as Kohl’s, Oshman’s/Sports Authority, Eye Masters, Ross Dress For Less, Sears Specialty Group, Petsmart, Petco, J.C. Penney, Ulta Cosmetics, CompUSA, Toys R Us, Golf Galaxy, Robins Bros. and The Gap Concepts. Due to his dedication, Dean was named Master Broker for Dick’s Sporting Goods in five states. He was overseeing all markets in the major cities of interest in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.

During his career, Dean has completed numerous lease transactions for his clients, ranging from 5,000 – 133,000 square feet. One of Dean’s largest transactions completed in recent years was the 138 acre tract of land sale to CBL REIT for the 800,000 square foot Pearland Town Center Mall that opened in 2008. Previously a Vice President and Partner of Boyd Page & Associates from 1991 – 2003, Dean’s career started in the real estate industry with CB Commercial Real Estate Group in 1984. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a graduate of Texas A&M University. In his spare time, Dean likes to spend time with his wife Regina and their two daughters, Halle and Jesse, and volunteers for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

David Stukalin is one of the top producing brokers in Texas and leads the Houston office of The Retail Connection as President and Partner. He is responsible for day-to-day operations, oversees development and property management, and manages the brokerage team. Stukalin is also instrumental in sustaining client relationships and driving business in the greater Houston market.

The Retail Connection’s Houston office currently represents over 75 national and regional chains in the area such as Top Golf, At Home, Ashley Furniture,

Stukalin is a veteran in the commercial real estate industry and a recognized top producer in Houston. In 2012 he was awarded MVP by the Houston Business

Journal Commercial Real Estate Heavy Hitters. Prior to joining The Retail Connection, Stukalin was president of The Weitzman Group’s Houston office. He was the company’s all-time top Houston producer as well as the company’s top producer statewide several years running.

He is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers [ICSC]. He has also served as a board member for Heroes for Children.

Kirby has a background in architectural design, property development, and investment banking. A Fulbright Research Scholar with expertise in China, Russia and Central Asia, Kirby worked as a leveraged finance banker and worked on the US$7 billion acquisition of Smithfield Foods by Shuanghui Group. Kirby graduated with distinction from Darmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature and studied architecture at Harvard's Graduate School of Design.

Bob joined Moody Rambin in 1994 bringing his office agency leasing experience to the firm. Bob has leased office properties throughout the Houston metro market for numerous clients from high net worth individuals to national institutional clients. As Managing Director and over thirty years in office leasing, Bob directs the daily operations with a team of tenured agency leasing office professionals.

Prior to joining Moody Rambin, Bob started commercial real estate in 1983 with a local developer Don Mafrige Real Estate where he focused on interior construction and office property management. In 1988, Bob joined Everest Funds and worked under the late Howard Weathers where he transitioned from property management to landlord focused leased transactions.

Bob is a native Houstonian, married to his wife Leia and has two daughters, Lillian (14) and Margaret (12). He enjoys spending time with family anywhere along the Texas coast or in central Texas hill country enjoying outdoor activities.

Mr. Alexander graduated from the University of Texas (Austin) with highest honors majoring in real estate. Drew joined WRI in 1978 as a Leasing Executive in the Retail Division. He held various positions and was named President of WRI in 1997 and was appointed the Company’s Chief Executive Officer in 2001. Mr. Alexander serves on the Board of Weingarten Realty Investors.

Mr. Alexander is active in a number of civic and charitable organizations. He serves as a director of The Texas Medical Center, The Gladney Fund, The Endowment Board of the Houston Food Bank, The Real Estate Center at the University of Houston, and United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast. Mr. Alexander previously served on a number of Boards including Houston Food Bank, Houston Achievement Place, The Gladney Center, Rebuilding Together Houston, Charter Bancshares, Academy Sports & Outdoors and Susser Holdings Corp. Additionally, he is a past member of several committees at Congregation Emanu El and the Jewish Federation of Greater Houston. David Luther leads the Investment Sales team at NewQuest. He has over twenty years of experience in underwriting, capital markets, and representing sellers and buyers on the sale of commercial assets. Prior to joining NewQuest, he was a Senior Vice President of Investments with Marcus and Millichap focused on facilitating 1031 exchanges and specializing in retail, medical, office and industrial assets. Having managed brokerage offices throughout Texas and closing over $750 million in commercial sales, David has built a stellar career providing agents and clients with “best in class” investment sales services.

Nationally recognized as a leading commercial real estate broker and investment sales professional in his field, David has been quoted for his knowledge and expertise in over 100 trade articles, real estate panels and press releases. A graduate of Southern Methodist University with degrees in real estate finance and mathematics, he is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and National Association of Office Industrial Properties (NAOIP). When David is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and rooting for his local Houston Astros and son’s little league team.

He has represented national, regional and local restaurateurs and retailers throughout a broad market area including Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and most of the southeastern and western United States.

Lance's clients include and have included local | regional | national firms such as ALDI, Amegy Bank, Bally’s Total Fitness, Cabela’s, Circuit City, Food Lion, Frost Bank, The Grocers Supply Co., H-E-B, iPic Entertainment, the J.C. Lance has shared responsibility for leasing a numerous significant retail projects in Houston, Texas. Successes include Town & Country Village, one of the country’s first lifestyle shopping centers, Washington Heights, a transformative urban infill redevelopment, and Copperwood Village, The Shops at Bella Terra, The Shops at Riverstone and Silverlake Village --- all community shopping centers closely associated with master planned communities. Lance has played on active role in the redevelopment and/or disposition of the former Pin Oak Stables, Town & Country Square, a former Incredible Universe, a former Garden Ridge Pottery and retail developments at the intersections of Harrisburg at Wayside and Montrose at Westheimer.

Having shared responsibility for the opening of more than seventy grocery stores in the Houston metropolitan area, Lance has advised the City of Houston as it has created and implemented successful economic development programs to incentive grocers to construct stores in so-called food deserts where lower-income families often times have limited access to fresh foods. He has shared Houston’s successes and his knowledge at the invitation of The Food Trust with The Pew Charitable Trust, The Clinton Foundation and, in hearings hosted by the State of Texas’ House of Representatives, the American Heart Association.

Lance is a partner in Waterman Steele Real Estate Advisors, a member of The Waterman Steele Group and, until 2013, was the managing partner and shareholder in UCR Houston and its predecessors Moody Rambin Interests’ Retail Properties Division which he co-founded in 1993. He was also a shareholder in Moody Rambin Interests.

Lance is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) having served both as a faculty member and as the Dean of the ICSC University's School of Open-Air Center Development. He is accredited by ICSC as a Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX), Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager (SCSM), Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS) and Certified Design Professional (CDP). He is a full member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). For the ULI Houston District Council, Lance has served as a member of its board, co-chair of its Advisory Services Committee, retail market expert, panelist, speaker and mentor to and for various committees and sponsored projects.

Lance was formerly Executive Vice President of Grubb & Ellis Retail Properties Division in Houston, Texas. He was the company's top-producing retail broker nationally for the four years preceding his departing with Ed James to form Moody Rambin Interests' Retail Properties Division. He was also a member of Grubb & Ellis' National Retail Tenant Services Group. During his tenure at Grubb & Ellis, Lance earned the Senior Marketing Consultant (SMC) designation and was named to the Henry S. Miller / Grubb & Ellis Chairman's Council.

A past president of The Children’s Museum of Houston’s board of directors, Lance continues to serve on the museum’s advisory board of directors. Lance co-chaired the museum’s building committee. Together, they lead the museum’s doubling in size. This expansion was part of a $35 million capital campaign that allowed the museum to better serve almost 1,000,000 visitors --- children, their parents, their caretakers and their teachers --- each year. Toward fulfilling his commitment to the education of our community’s children, he serves on the Greater Houston Partnership’s Early Matters Committee and as an advisory committee member to The Collaborative for Children.

Until August 2016, he also served as a member of the Houston Housing Authority’s (HHA) board of commissioners for more than six years. For more than four years, he was chairman of the Authority’s board. Serving more than 25,000 families throughout the city of Houston, HHA’s mission is to improve the lives of its constituents by providing quality, affordable housing options and promoting education and economic self-sufficiency.

Lance has previously served as a member of the vestry and building committee member of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church where he and his family are parishioners. He also has served as a board member of the Urban League of Houston.

In 1977, Lance earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate with Honors from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He also attended Southern Methodist’s graduate program in Real Estate and Regional Science.

Lance is a native Texan. He and his family have lived in Houston for more than fifty years. He is married , has two sons, a daughter and granddaughter.

Lilly Golden is the Principal and Founder of Evergreen Commercial Realty with

over 30 years of commercial real estate experience in tenant representation,

project leasing, investment sales, and development. She currently represents a

wide variety of space users including grocers, big box retailers, lifestyle tenants,

and restaurateurs. She leases some of the most notable retail centers in Houston

and has developed property for national credit tenants in Texas and New Mexico.

Lilly has frequently been awarded the “Heavy Hitters Award” from the Houston

Business Journal and the “Broker of the Year Award” from Costar. She has been

honored by Bisnow as one of Houston’s Most Influential Women in Commercial

Real Estate and by REDNEWS as the 2021 Texas ICON. She earned her “CCIM”

which is recognized as an elite designation in the commercial real estate

investment industry and often participates in real estate panel discussions as she

is known as an expert in her field.

Lilly graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Engineering and

from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business with an MBA.

Prior to forming Evergreen Commercial Realty in 2005, Lilly worked at JLL in

Chicago, Trammell Crow, and the Chain Links affiliate in Houston.

Lilly is involved in several business and charitable organizations. She plays tennis

and golf, enjoys snowboarding, and hiking with her husband and two daughters.

Allen leads the project leasing team to provide consulting, marketing, merchandising and

leasing services to landlords and developers. Her profound expertise covers a range of

asset classes including traditional neighborhood, regional and super-regional shopping

centers, mixed-use developments, lifestyle centers, and entertainment venues. Allen also

provides tenant representation services and market strategy for local, regional and

national retailers and restaurants looking to expand their concepts.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

Prior to joining Transwestern in 2012, Allen worked as a senior leasing agent for Brixmor

Property Group (formerly Centro Properties Group), the second largest owner of open air

neighborhood and regional shopping centers in the nation. With an assigned portfolio of

more than 2.5 million square feet, she correlated the marketing, negotiation, construction

coordination, budgeting and overall execution of transactions with new and existing

tenants. She also played an integral role in multiple redevelopment projects. Throughout

her tenure she was consistently a top producer not only within the Southwest region but

nationally, and she executed more than 2 million square feet of lease transactions alone.

Today, Allen has built a leasing portfolio of more than 3 million square feet of existing and

new developments, and, in the last 12 months has executed transactions that created over

$100 million in value. Crystal Allen currently leases many of the largest, most high profile

projects within the country, and is consistently requested by the company’s premier clients

to represent projects. She is a top producer within the firm, is considered a leader within

the retail industry and a mentor to her team members. Her clients include Brookfield,

Oliver McMillan, DC Partners, LNR Partners, Patrinely Group, CDC, Xenia Lodging, Imperial
