Huimin (Jenny) Zhan, CFA, is the Founder and CEO of Beyond Holding Company LTD (“Beyond”), a Houston-based alternative investment management firm specializing in private credit secured by real estate assets. She manages more than $650 Million in AUM and oversees the firm’s strategic vision, daily operations, and the management of its two subsidiaries: Beyond International and Beyond Global Management.

Under her leadership, Beyond has launched and managed several real estate investment funds, acquired commercial real estate properties including two office buildings in the Westchase District in Houston. The firm has earned national recognition for its growth. In 2024 and 2025, Beyond Global Management was named to the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America and Zhan was named to GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence in 2026.

She brings to her role more than 20 years of global investment experience, with expertise spanning emerging market equities, bridge financing, real estate investments, and international wealth management. Zhan is also a recognized authority on the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.

A strong advocate for women in finance and young professionals entering the investment and fintech sectors, Zhan is passionate about mentoring the next generation of industry leaders.

She holds a degree in Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland. She is a CFA charter holder and is based in Houston, Texas.

Bill McGrath, CCIM, is Founding Partner and President of LandPark Advisors and has

more than 30 years of experience acquiring, repositioning, leasing, and selling office

properties in the Houston market and across Texas. He has led the ownership and

execution of multiple office strategies, including value-add acquisitions, lease-up of

underperforming assets, and the stabilization and disposition of office buildings for

private and institutional investors.

In addition to his hands-on office ownership and leasing experience, Bill’s background

includes asset and property management, dispositions, and corporate real estate

across office, retail, industrial, self-storage, multifamily, and other commercial property

types. Prior to co-founding LandPark, he served as President of a publicly traded real

estate company overseeing asset management, property management, and leasing

operations for more than 120 properties nationwide. Bill is a frequent speaker on

commercial real estate investment and office market trends and has held the CCIM

designation since 1993.

Chassidy Deckard is the Regional Director of Administration for the Texas offices

of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where she serves as a trusted advisor to firm

spanning human resources, financial management, recruiting, real estate strategy, and

business operations, Chassidy has led transformative initiatives that have fueled the
