Brad Freels serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Midway, Parkway’s development partner, and was named Co-Executive Chairman of Parkway in May of 2023 when Midway and Parkway announced the new venture between the firms.

Brad joined Midway in May 1983 and opened its Houston office at that time. He became a partner in 1990 and was appointed Chairman in 1999. He is the sole shareholder of Midway Holdings, LP, the holding company for an integrated group of real estate and investment-related companies that operate under Midway. Under Brad’s leadership, Midway has prospered and become one of the most active developer/investment owners in the greater Houston area. Midway has developed and acquired more than 45 million square feet of office, industrial, hospitality, multi-family, medical, and retail properties throughout the United States and Northern Mexico, and more than 4,500 acres of business and residential communities in more than a dozen cities. Brad is involved with numerous national and local business, educational, Christian, and charitable organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.

With 27 years of experience in all aspects of tenant representation, including corporate headquarter leases, site selection, leasing, and acquisition, he has successfully handled his clients’ real estate requirements, including over 27 corporate headquarters with public companies, 40 transactions over 100,000 square feet, two synthetic leases with loan amounts in excess of $650 million, and numerous anchor/lead tenant leases resulting in over 3.6 million square feet of new construction.

Danny joined Colliers Houston in July 2023 as President of the firm's brokerage operations which includes over 120 brokers, marketing and administrative staff. With over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Danny has been involved in many facets of the business including brokerage, marketing, research, technology, management and operations. As Colliers and the Houston market continues to expand, Danny's focus is to develop, recruit and assist the top brokers in the market and provide their clients with a high-level of service.

Prior to relocating to Houston in 2023, Danny was the Executive Managing Director & Market Leader for over 5 years for the Central & West Florida markets at Colliers, which encompass the metropolitan areas of Orlando, Tampa, Clearwater, Sarasota, Ft Myers and Naples. While in Florida, Danny managed a team of over 145 professionals that focused on the leasing and sales of all property types, including Office, Medical, Industrial, Retail, Multifamily, Land, and Debt/Equity Mortgage Banking as well as niche services including Student Housing, Seniors Housing, Marinas, Golf Courses, and Hotels/Hospitality.

From 2014 to 2018, Danny worked at Xceligent, one of the leading providers of commercial real estate information and research. Throughout Danny’s tenure at Xceligent, he grew from a local Sales Rep in Florida to quickly becoming Regional Vice President of Sales for the Florida markets and then Executive Vice President of National Accounts before becoming Chief Revenue Officer. Danny oversaw a team of 9 Regional VP’s, 60+ outside sales reps, 20+ inside sales reps and 20+ customer success and marketing professionals. He was also heavily involved in product and development efforts within the organization.

Danny’s career started at Colliers within the Orlando office where he began as an intern for the research department before becoming the GIS/Research & Technology Administrator as well as various other roles before becoming an Office broker specializing in landlord and tenant representation throughout the greater Orlando market.

Danny was the recipient of the Orlando Business Journal's 40 under 40 in 2022 and recognized as one of the Top Workplaces in Orlando by the Orlando Sentinel.

Lesa Nickelson French

As Corporate Managing Director in Savills Houston office, Lesa Nickelson French

helps clients achieve their business goals through customized real estate solutions.

She draws on her expertise from both her legal training and extensive experience in

commercial real estate to serve tenants in lease transactions ranging from 2,500 to

more than 500,000 square feet. Specializing in tenant representation, leasing,

acquisitions and dispositions, she works strategically with her clients to understand

their unique needs, regardless of size. Lesa helps companies of all sizes achieve

their business goals by synthesizing her negotiation and contract skills with in-depth

market knowledge, skillfully representing clients in finding the right space to thrive.

Lesa joined Savills in 2019, after eight years as Senior Vice President with JLL,

where she was a top performer in office tenant representation. Before that, she

worked at CBRE for six years, representing mid- to large-size tenants.

Before entering commercial real estate, Lesa practiced law for ten years. She was a

commercial litigator and then spent six years at Service Corporation International,

successfully supervising the firm’s U.S. and Canadian litigation.

Lesa earned recognition as a “Heavy Hitter in Office Leasing” from the Houston

Business Journal, and several awards for achievement at JLL, including Top Gun

Designation, Gold Achiever Designation and Top Achiever Designation. She served

as a Board Member and Client Relations Chair on the JLL Houston Women’s

Network.

She is also a member of several community organizations, including the Women’s

Energy Network; the Houston Area Women’s Center, where she served as a Board

Member from 2016-2018 and as Facilities Committee Chair in 2018; and as Board

Co-Chair for the American Lung Association from 2015-2016.

Brad Fricks serves as Senior Vice President at Stream Realty Partners. With over three decades of brokerage experience, Brad has negotiated over 10.1 million square feet of lease transactions in his career.

Brad joined Stream in 2006 and oversees marketing and leasing commercial properties, as well as identifying financial and strategic investment opportunities for the firm and its clients.

Prior to joining Stream, Brad was Vice President of Leasing at Equity Office for over 14 years where he led the leasing team for Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Fort Worth and New Orleans.

Brad previously served on the Board of Directors for the Westchase District and on the board of NAIOP for seven years, serving as President in 2003.

Brad has received numerous accolades in his career, including a top producer for Stream, a Costar Power Broker, Houston Business Journal Heavy Hitter, and Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA) Landlord Representative of The Year for 2022.

Sofia Fonseca de Niño

Sofia Fonseca de Niño leverages over 25 years of experience in providing strategic alignment services for occupiers and investors across six continents. She has successfully overseen real estate portfolio rightsizing, workplace strategy and programming for over 6 million square feet, change management for 200,000 employees, and conducted more than 3,000 interviews for people engagement. Her educational background includes a Master of Architecture with a concentration in Real Estate and Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from the University of Houston. Sofia also holds certifications from MIT Sloan School of Management in Executive Leadership and Artificial Intelligence for Business Strategy, as well as Prosci Change Management.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Sofia has a significant academic presence, having served as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston's College of Architecture, a visiting critic at Rice University and the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid, and a teaching fellow at Harvard University. She has presented on topics such as workplace and women in leadership at the KPMG Summit, workplace negotiations at Rice University, and emotional intelligence and engagement at CoreNet and IFMA. Her teaching and presentations reflect her commitment to advancing knowledge and practices in workplace strategy and real estate transformation.

Sofia's extensive experience includes advisory roles for prominent organizations such as bp, Convoy, Marathon Oil, HP, and Spotify, where she led transformation initiatives and provided strategic guidance on workplace and real estate projects globally. Her work spans various sectors, including energy, technology, manufacturing, education, and institutional projects, showcasing her ability to optimize and size a variety of real estate types from office spaces to innovation parks and corporate campuses. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

During his 35-year career with Transwestern, Kevin has been instrumental in the repositioning and growth of the firm’s third-party service business in the Southwest. Under his direction, the Southwest operation has grown to more than 85 million square feet of managed and leased commercial properties.

Kevin began his Transwestern career as an office leasing agent in Houston, Texas, which allows him to bring a unique perspective to his leadership role. He was instrumental in the success of the Houston high-rise office leasing efforts, completing numerous anchor transactions and onboarding significant management and leasing engagements.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Kevin worked for Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson.

While at Goldman Sachs, Jamail did over $4.5B in transactional volume with a focus on equity & debt offerings, M&A, and IPO’s. Since then, Mr. Virani has acted as a manager for multiple commercial real estate funds in Houston, Texas.

Riddhi Doshi

Riddhi Doshi is a Development Manager in the Houston Region at Howard Hughes. She is

responsible for heading new commercial projects in three award-winning master planned

communities– The Woodlands, Bridgeland and The Woodlands Hills. Ms. Doshi is also focused on

master planning of the 925-acre urban core of Bridgeland Central and leads an innovation think tank

focused on building communities of the future.

Ms. Doshi joined Howard Hughes in 2020, and formerly served as Senior Financial Analyst for the

Commercial Development team underwriting and obtaining Board Approvals for new development

projects located within The Woodlands and Bridgeland. Her recent notable projects as developer

include Howard Hughes’ first built-to-rent project and the first mass timber office, not only of

Howard Hughes but also the first in the Greater Houston area. She has over 6 years of real estate

experience; working on acquisitions, dispositions, and development in Texas.

Ms. Doshi received her Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Mumbai and Master of Land

and Property Development from Texas A&M University. She resides in Houston with her college

sweetheart, their son and two adorable rescue dogs.
