Colm is a partner in William Fry's Projects Department and a member of the firm's Energy, Renewables & Utilities Sectoral Group. He advises the full range of participants in the Irish energy market, including generators, project developers, funders, and large energy users. Colm has advised on Ireland's largest interconnector project; its largest CHP plant; numerous wind and solar farms and a series of bespoke security of supply contracts to ensure capacity and stability in the Irish grid. He also advises developers and contractors across all stages of major infrastructure projects from development stage through construction and operation and maintenance.

With over 30 years’ experience of working across the telecoms, data centre, managed services and

cloud sector across Europe, Gary Watson was appointed as the Country Manager in 2016 for Keppel

Data Centre REIT in Ireland. Keppel DC REIT is the first data centre real estate investment trust (DC

REIT) to be listed in Asia with facilities spanning across APAC and Europe. He is passionate about

delivering excellence for his clients with sustainability at the core of everything he does. Gary has

held numerous Senior Management positions in TeleCity and SunGard Availability Services and sits

as a serving member of Digital Infrastructure Irelands Executive Council. Gary holds a MSc in

Facilities and Workplace Management from London Metropolitan University.

Garys career in Data Centres began in the early-nineties and joined TeleCity during the early start-up

phase in 1998. Having spent a number of years rolling out new Data Centre facilities across Europe,

he then moved to Ireland to establish and run the Irish business.

After the merger between Telecity, Redbus and Globix UK, he was appointed into a Senior

Management position in 2006, based in London UK. Watson led and managed seven key data

centres and the integration of the three newly merged businesses before moving to Sungard

Availability Services as the Country Manager for Ireland. Here, Watson focused on the growth and

strategic direction of the Irish unit whilst also being a key member of the European Leadership

Team. He was also appointed as the European Director of Consulting, leading a large consulting team

across Europe delivering Business Continuity, IT/DC transformation and Security engagements to the

enterprise.

This experience has led to Watson becoming an expert, well-regarded stakeholder and influencer in

the Cloud and DC marketplace today.

Michael McCarthy was appointed Director of Cloud Infrastructure Ireland in July 2021. Cloud Infrastructure Ireland focuses on the infrastructure policy issues that affect cloud providers. Irelands cloud infrastructure underpins much of the Irish and global digital economy and is responsible for tens of thousands of jobs.

Previously, he served as the inaugural CEO of the Irish Solar Energy Association and led the organisation at a crucial time in Irelands decarbonisation agenda and move to a greener economy.

Michael holds extensive experience of environmental-related legislation within the Oireachtas through his service of 14 years as a TD and Senator, including as Chair of the joint committee on Environment, Culture and the Gaeltacht, and the chairing of the public consultation on the pre-legislative stages of the Climate and Low Carbon Development Act 2015.

John Dallas is a partner in the Energy, Infrastructure and Natural Resources and Projects groups. He has extensive experience advising sponsors, lenders and developers on the financing and construction of large scale infrastructure projects, particularly in the energy sector. John also advises on the acquisition and sale of large scale infrastructure projects and on joint ventures within the infrastructure sector. In addition, he advises on regulatory matters in the energy sector.

Tania Tsoneva is Head of Infrastructure Research within the CBRE Investment Management Insights & Intelligence team. Based in Dublin, Tania is responsible for the firm’s global research function, supporting both the unlisted and listed infrastructure strategies.

Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Tania worked at S&P Global Ratings and was responsible for some of the largest issuers globally within the utilities, toll road, airport and rail sectors. Throughout her 14-year tenure with S&P, Tania held several senior positions within the Infrastructure and Utilities team and served as the leading EMEA corporate hybrid specialist.

A native Bulgarian speaker, Tania started her career in corporate relationship management at ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria) JSC.

Tania earned a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction in Business Administration and Politics and International Relations from the American University in Bulgaria, and a Master’s of Business Administration degree with distinction from Bayes Business School in London. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

She currently chairs the Investment Research in Infrastructure Society (IRIS), a professional association for infrastructure researchers. She also serves on the unlisted infrastructure data provider EDHEC infra’s Advisory Committee.

Reid Senescu is VP of Product Management at Doxel. His team talks with folks in construction and communicates their needs to software developers who use AI to help the industry build better, faster, with lower costs. His career began as a structural engineer, founded a construction tech startup out of his PhD research at Stanford and then led product for Rhumbix followed by Enlighted (acquired by Siemens).

Craig Doyle is the Senior Director of Sales for Wesco Anixter Data Centre Solution EMEA, where he spearheads strategic sales initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With a robust background in data centre solutions and telecommunications, Craig brings over two decades of industry experience to his role. He supports his team of sellers who focus on hyperscale, multi-tenant data centers (MTDC), wholesale colocation companies, and the related ecosystem of integrator partners and OEM vendors.

Before joining Wesco Anixter, Craig held key positions at Eaton and CommScope, where he was instrumental in driving sales growth and developing innovative data centre solutions. His expertise spans various technology segments, including ICT infrastructure, networking, wireless, and low/medium voltage power prefabrication.

Eoin is a partner in our Construction team specialising in Energy law. In addition, Eoin is our Energy sector lead. He is recognised as a leading practitioner and has advised on almost half of the renewable power on the Irish Grid.

Eoin has acted for developers, investors and funders on the development, financing, acquisition and disposal of a significant number of energy projects. Notable projects include the first solar park and largest wind farm in Ireland.

He also provides advice to clients on complex infrastructure projects during development, construction and operation.

In contentious matters, Eoin has acted for clients in a number of Court proceedings, conciliations and arbitrations representing the interests of contractors. He has also advised on the resolution of disputes in high-value matters in the energy and construction sectors.
