As the leader of Visit Colorado Springs since 2011, Doug helps

influence people to visit the Pikes Peak Region and create lifelong

memories. He and his team are responsible for promoting the city and

region to leisure travelers as well as meeting and event planners

through advertising, online marketing, PR, social media, direct sales,

and trade shows.

He has more than 40 years of leadership experience in sales and

professional development. Doug is a recognized public speaker and the

author of  three books -- License to Sell, a book on "high touch" selling in

a "high tech" environment; License to Serve, a how-to guide for creating exceptional customer

service, and Change It!, a book on helping people change themselves and others.

Since its inception, Doug has served as co-chair of the team that developed and implemented

the “Olympic City USA” brand for the City of Colorado Springs. He is an original member of the

City for Champions project which resulted in five brand new game-changing tourism projects

which helped accelerate economic growth throughout the area. In October 2023, Doug was

named Outstanding Colorado Tourism Champion by the Colorado Tourism Office. In the spring

of 2023, Mayor John Suthers presented Doug with the “Spirit of the Springs Award” for his many

contributions to the city of Colorado Springs. He is a graduate of Colorado Springs Leadership

Institute, Leadership Pikes Peak, US Air War College National Security Forum and US Chamber

Institute of Organization Management (IOM). Doug currently serves on Boards of Directors of

Colorado Springs Sports Corp, Downtown Partnership, and the Pikes Peak Lodging

Association. He also serves the Tourism Industry Association of Colorado, Colorado Association

of Destination Marketing Organizations and Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC Government

Affairs Committee. He earned his BS degree in Hospitality Management from Florida

International University.

As Senior Vice President at Norwood Development Group, Tim oversees all activities related to the company’s master-planned community portfolio, which includes neighborhoods like Wolf Ranch, Mesa Ridge, and over 18,000 acres in the Banning Lewis Ranch area. Before joining Norwood, Tim successfully owned and operated a land planning and landscape architectural consulting firm based in Colorado Springs.

Tim has always been an active community leader, contributing to the betterment of Colorado Springs. He currently serves as the Board Chair of the Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC (2024), is a past president of the Colorado Springs Housing and Building Association (2016) and has participated in numerous community task forces and committees focused on land use, transportation, and economic development. In 2019, Tim was recognized as a Colorado Governor's Fellow.

Tim's career holds a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture from Ball State University and a Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado at Denver. Tim and his wife, Kathryn, live in downtown Colorado Springs. They have two grown children.

Sean is a real estate developer, community builder and former Wall Street executive with a strong background

in finance, real estate, and business development. Sean founded Formativ with the vision to establish a real estate firm that was centered around transformative urban projects that grow communities and businesses. He is involved in the full lifecycle of FORMATIV’s

developments leading the visioning, investment and execution of our projects.

Prior to founding Formativ, Sean was co-founder and developer of INDUSTRY, Colorado’s foremost creative office concept. Before becoming a leader within real estate development community, Sean spent over a decade in NYC’s financial sector in fixed income trading and investment banking. Sean is a leader in Denver’s business and non-profit community serving on the Boards of Metro EDC, The Denver Zoo, The Other Side Academy and 10.10.10.. Sean is originally from Washington D.C. and attended the University of Maryland.

Jariah Walker serves as the Executive Director of the Colorado Springs Urban Renewal Authority (CSURA), where he oversees 18 active urban renewal plan areas generating roughly $40 million in annual TIF revenue. In addition, he manages $120 million in Colorado State Regional Tourism Act (RTA) funding, leveraging these resources to attract private investment while advancing catalytic, tourism-driven projects that enhance the city’s economic vitality.

With a background spanning real estate development, marketing, politics, and public policy, Jariah brings a unique cross-sector perspective to revitalization and community growth. Before joining CSURA, he was a partner at a real estate firm, where he led projects focused on adaptive reuse and urban infill.

He is the past president of Downtown Colorado Inc., co-chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Southern Colorado Committee, and an active member of both ULI’s Management and UrbanPlan Committees. In these roles, Jariah champions collaborative approaches to sustainable urban development across the state.

A native of Colorado Springs, Jariah is deeply committed to the city’s continued transformation. Outside of work, he’s an avid record collector and runner.

Marty’s experience in the construction industry dates back to 1979, but his passion for the craft started

at a young age. In his early years, Marty would spend his free time drawing house plans, setting his

sights on architecture. After a few years studying architecture at the University of Nebraska Lincoln,

Marty made the transition to construction beginning as a carpenter, moving on to superintendent and

finally into project management. One of his first assignments was on the Schriever Air Force Base for the

Missile Defense Organization, now known as the Missile Defense Agency. This experience ignited his

passion for design and construction.

Marty joined JE Dunn in 1995 and has since made a notable impact on the landscape in southern

Colorado working in virtually every market sector from healthcare to higher education. He has had the

privilege of delivering projects for numerous repeat clients including the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo,

Parkview Medical Center, UCHealth Memorial Hospital, and the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

Currently, Marty is serving on the team to restore the historic US Air Force Academy Chapel, his fourth

project at the Academy, a project that he considers to be the apex of his career.

Marty’s philosophy is to deliver more than what’s expected. This approach had led to many meaningful

and lasting relationships with clients and trade partners alike.

Matt Call is the Founder and Principal of NavPoint Real Estate Group. Matt brings a wealth of commercial real estate industry expertise to the oversight of the firm and his brokerage work with high-net-worth individuals, real estate funds, and family offices. NavPoint has completed well over 1 billion dollars in transactions under Matt’s leadership. Prior to founding NavPoint in 2011, Matt was the Director of Commercial Real Estate services for a boutique firm servicing Colorado, he also spent time as a member of one of the top commercial real estate brokerage teams at CBRE in Denver. Matt has extensive experience in all Investment property types including Retail, Office, Industrial, Multi-Family, Land, and Golf Course Assets. Matt currently directs the sales and leasing of a large commercial real estate portfolio at NavPoint Real Estate Group.

Matt is a fourth-generation Colorado native having attended the University of Colorado in Boulder on a golf scholarship where he was a team captain in both his Junior and Senior years. Matt is a two-time Colorado State Amateur Golf Champion (’98, ’00) having also played in two Major Championships, the US Open (Pinehurst) and the PGA Championship (Southern Hills CC). Matt is a strong proponent of community involvement and is currently on the Board of the Castle Rock Economic Development Council, the Board of Directors for Arma Dei Academy, the Board of Trustees for ACE Scholarships, the National Board of College Golf Fellowship and a Director with the Western Golf Association Evans Scholarship Program. Matt makes his home in Douglas County with his wife and three daughters where they enjoy everything that is Colorado together.

Tom provides executive leadership for CoralTree Hospitality Group and previously was the Chief Operating Officer of the Two Roads Hospitality/Destination Hotels portfolio. A 20-year veteran of Two Roads, Tom held multiple operations titles with the company. He started with Two Roads in 1998 at Sunriver Resort in Oregon where he was Managing Director. He previously held senior resort and hospitality executive positions with The Woodlands Corporation in Texas, where he oversaw the hospitality division including resorts, hotels, corporate conference centers and club operations, along with master planning the 36,000-acre community.

Tom also has held various executive and leadership roles with Busch Properties, operating and expanding hospitality, golf, club and condominium developments. After graduating college, where he was managing restaurants in Miami, Tom joined Gaylord Hotels in Nashville, Tenn., and held an executive-level role in management for the original Opryland Hotel. Tom is an active member of the American Hotel & Lodging Resort Resort Committee, the Urban Land Institute and is the founder and board member of The Wonderland Express, a non-profit organization that provides memorable holiday experiences to economically challenged and at-risk families in Central Oregon.

He is a two-term past Chairman and Board Member of the Oregon Tourism Commission and the Cascade Culinary Institute. Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University.

Sean Ferguson leads Partnerships at Nooks, forging public and private-sector collaborations that deliver mission-ready, ICD-705 space for defense and national-security programs. At Nooks, Sean translates customer requirements into deployable real-estate solutions by connecting industry and government customers with a suite of classified infrastructure services – including flexible access to ICD 705 compliant space, mobile SCIFs, and security support services on accelerated timelines. Sean leads site selection, federal, state, and local engagements, and strategic partnership efforts across the business.

Sean’s perspective is shaped by 18 years in the defense ecosystem, first at Raytheon in strategy and finance, followed by founding Firetiger, an advisory firm that assists emerging defense and dual-use technology companies in scaling their operations.

Sean has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Originally from Southern California, he now lives in Alameda, CA and is an avid traveler, snowboarder, and motorsports enthusiast.

His love for the Front Range community, partnership, and connecting with people has helped Caleb to become one of the leading brokers in the Colorado Springs market. He provides reliable expertise in office, medical, retail, industrial and land markets. As an investor and owner of commercial real estate himself, Caleb brings a unique perspective and solid advice to his local, national and international clients. Caleb also is the host of the Commercial Real Estate Unfiltered Podcast.

Caleb was a part of the 2022 Colorado Governor's Fellowship and former Board Member of the Better Business Bureau of Southern Colorado. He had the privilege of serving as the 2019 President of the Southern Colorado Commercial Brokers (SCCB) Association and is a part of the Pikes Peak Small Business Advancement team developed in partnership with the Colorado Springs Chamber and EDC. He also served on the ReTool COS Committee and serves as a Consultant with the Small Business Development Center in El Paso County.

With almost 20 years in the non-profit sector, Caleb’s desire is to use his platform and resources to bring awareness to social justice issues and to vulnerable and oppressed people on the margins. He was the Founder and President of The Table Initiative, a non-profit organization that was dedicated to building relationships between global communities. He was also the recipient of the Golden Rule Young People’s Goodwill Ambassadorship Award presented by Dr. Clyde Rivers and Ambassador Mussie Hailu in 2014 for his work and commitment to the people of Ethiopia.

Doug Woody, Vice President of Project Development at Bryan Construction, spearheads innovative project solutions for aerospace and secure facilities across Colorado and the Western United States. With over 25 years of construction management experience spanning commercial, municipal, residential, federal, and Department of Defense projects, Doug specializes in delivering ICD 705-compliant facilities that meet the aerospace industry’s rigorous standards. As a trusted partner, he collaborates closely with clients to navigate the complexities of design-build ecosystems, ensuring precision, safety, and mission-critical outcomes. Leveraging Bryan Construction’s expertise in sustainable building and advanced project management, Doug drives impactful solutions that address client challenges and strengthen communities.

Blessing ‘Yemi’ Mobolade was sworn in as the 42nd Mayor of Colorado Springs on June 6, 2023. This is his first four-year term as mayor. He is the first Black man and immigrant to be elected mayor of Colorado Springs and one of the youngest.

Mobolade moved from Indiana to Colorado Springs in 2010, where he started a church as part of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. After identifying a need in downtown Colorado Springs for cultural gathering places, he became one of the first entrepreneurs to invest in downtown after the Great Recession when he co-founded The Wild Goose Meeting House in 2013.

Seeing a greater need for collaboration within the faith community, Mobolade began working as director of outreach and engagement at First Presbyterian Church, where he would go on to co-found COSILoveYou, a nonprofit that unites more than 100 area churches under the common mission of serving the Colorado Springs community.

In 2017, Mobolade co-founded Good Neighbors Meeting House in the Patty Jewett neighborhood to provide an additional gathering place in the downtown area. He also began to leverage his success as an entrepreneur and business owner and began working as the vice president of business retention and expansion at the Colorado Springs Chamber & Economic Development Corporation. Here he was instrumental in caring for local employers and attracting new companies during a period of record job growth for Colorado Springs.

In 2019, Mobolade served the City of Colorado Springs as a small business development administrator. In this role, he established tools to assist entrepreneurs with starting a business, COSOpenForBiz.com and Permit Partner, and led many collaborative efforts across the community’s public and private sectors. Mobolade stepped down from this position in March 2022 to officially launch his mayoral campaign.

Mobolade was born in Nigeria to two bi-vocational pastors. His father was in finance and his mother was a secondary education teacher. At age 17, he immigrated to the United States, following in the footsteps of his brother to pursue the American Dream through education. He has bachelor’s degrees in business administration and computer information systems from Bethel University (Mishawaka, Ind.) and master’s degrees in management and leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University (Marion, Ind.) and theology-intellectual leadership from the A.W. Tozer Theological Seminary, part of Simpson University (Redding, Calif.).

He lives in Colorado Springs with his wife, Abbey, a nurse and nursing educator, and their three young children.
