Ryan Good has been a driving force in Denver’s real estate industry for

more than 17 years. As Managing Partner of Good Investment Partners,

Ryan provides the vision for the firm’s leadership and operational teams

while building strategic partnerships with investors and key stakeholders.

Known for his ability to align the right opportunities with the right

partners, he leverages longstanding relationships to source opportunities

in various market sectors and segments.

Prior to founding Good Investment Partners, Ryan served as Executive Vice

President and Partner for the largest privately held real estate firm in

Denver. He was instrumental in the significant growth of the company and

ultimately disposition of all assets that led to multiple record-setting sales.

Through this process, Ryan developed a deep understanding of what

next-generation businesses need to grow and succeed.

Over his career, Ryan has been involved in more than 1,000 real

estate transactions valued at over $1.5 billion dollars.

Donna brings more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership, real estate development, property management and asset management of high-profile commercial office, retail and mixed-use projects to Pacific Retail. In her role, she will be guiding the strategic growth of the company, supervising the company’s daily business operations and leading key initiatives. Previously, Donna was the Chief Operating Officer for Continuum Partners based in Denver, CO. There she was involved in overall business operations and strategic oversight of their Block A, 9th & Colorado and Market Station development projects. While in Colorado, she served on the Civic Ventures Board for the Downtown Denver Partnership, as well as the Upper Downtown Task Force, 16th Street Mall, Development Council and the Urban Exploration Steering Committee. Prior to joining Continuum, Donna served as Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management at Pacific Retail and oversaw the KKR-owned portfolio of shopping centers in New York and Illinois. She was responsible for over $100 million of capital improvements and new tenant development initiatives and worked with municipalities to create entitlement opportunities for new dynamic walkable-livable environments. Donna’s previous experience includes development roles for Meadowlands Xanadu, a 2M square foot retail, restaurant and entertainment mixed-use project developed as a Public/Private and for Tishman Speyer Properties, where she oversaw over $100M of public space, retail, common areas and tenant improvements related to the redevelopment of Rockefeller Center. Donna resides in Denver with her husband, Tim. She has two college-aged sons, Andrew and Christian. She enjoys outdoor adventures including hiking, skiing, rafting and biking and loves to explore new cultures, art, dining and music through her travels throughout the United States and internationally.

Mr. Bush is a founder and senior partner in LCP Development. Founded in 2014, LCP specializes in mixed-use infill development and redevelopment. Recent projects include Oxford Station, the two-building, 238 unit TOD apartment project in Englewood, Link 35, a mixed–use 66 unit apartment project in RiNo and 1525 Sloans, the renovation of a 50,000 SF office building and construction of 6,000 SF of ground up retail. Previously, Mr. Bush was a shareholder and Executive Vice President of Lowe Enterprises, Inc., a national real estate investment, development and management company. Mr. Bush joined Lowe in 1986 and was responsible for the company’s commercial development and acquisition activities in Colorado, Texas, and the Midwest, representing approximately six million square feet and more than $500 million in total value on behalf of its various pension fund and institutional clients. Major projects included the acquisition, entitlement, and development of Interpark70, a six building 750,000 SF industrial project and the redevelopment and renovation of Park Central, a 535,000 square foot office complex in downtown Denver. Mr. Bush was the 2002 President of the Colorado chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), previously served on the National NAIOP Board of Directors and is LEED certified. Mr. Bush is a fourth generation Colorado native and lives in Littleton with his wife and two children. Education: University of Denver, MBA; Bowdoin College, Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Dean Barber joined the Confluent Development management team in 2017 as the Executive Vice

President of Development Management. With 30 years of development experience, Dean’s capability

spans product types that include build-to-suit, multi-tenant office, medical office and surgery centers,

hospitals, retail, hospitality, multi-family, senior housing, light industrial business parks and large mixed-

use land developments.

Dean leads the overall execution of all Confluent Development projects. With Confluent Development

making a respected name for the level of complexity in their projects, Dean’s role focuses on the firm’s

development management services, which continues to scale the organization both locally and

nationally with best-in-class processes critical to the firm’s continued success and growth.

Previously, Dean served as the Senior Vice President of Development Management for McWhinney,

where he oversaw the execution of the firm’s commercial, hospitality and multi-family developments.

During his tenure there, he developed more than 35 projects resulting in more than 3.25 million square

feet of commercial space with notable projects including the revitalization of Denver’s iconic Union

Station and the redevelopment of the historic Dairy Block in Lower Downtown Denver.

Dean holds Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis

Obispo and has completed coursework in the M.S. in construction management program from Colorado

State University. He is an active participant in the professional community through membership in

NAIOP and previously served on the board of Northern Colorado Economic Development Corporation.

As a partner at Etkin Johnson, Dave Klebba leads the company’s development team, bringing a wealth of experience to his role including the successful development of more than 2.5 million square feet of office, industrial and multi-family projects across the nation. His forward-thinking approach combined with Etkin Johnson’s progressive development strategies help attract Colorado’s most innovative companies to its real estate portfolio.

Ray is the President and minority owner of HPM, Inc a General Contractor that opened in April of 2017.

HPM provides GC services to both public and private clients in the state of Colorado.

Previous to starting HPM, Ray worked for the Kiewit Companies for 22 years serving all across the

United States. He has worked as a Area Manager where he managed the DC office of Kiewit Federal, a

Project Executive, Project Manager, Superintendent and Engineer. Key projects that Ray has worked on

include: Project Executive on the VA Replacement Hospital in Aurora Colorado, Project Manager for the Rebuilding the Situation Room at the White House, Project Executive of a new Helicopter Facility at Camp David, Project Manager of Level3 Fiber installation from Boise to Seattle and Seattle to Sacramento, Chief Estimator on the Central 70 project and Nike World Headquarters. Ray is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado. He has been married for 21 years to Jennifer, and has two daughters, Helen who is 3 and Sophie who is 1.

Sean Hanlon consistently achieves positive outcomes for clients,

whether through contract drafting and negotiation, settlement,

dispositive motion, trial, or appeal.

With a decade of litigation and trial experience, Sean is focused on

counseling clients through the whole life cycle of commercial construction

projects. Understanding the litigation of construction disputes, Sean and

his team of project attorneys anticipate problems and protect clients’

interests in drafting and negotiating construction and design contracts.

Through informed project counseling, Sean works to resolve disputes

before they cause project delays. When litigation or formal dispute

resolution is necessary, Sean consistently achieves positive outcomes for

clients, whether through trial, dispositive motion, or settlement.

Proven Experience: Sean has first-chaired 32 trials, 10 for Holland & Hart

clients, and another 22 during his secondment as a special prosecutor with

the Denver City Attorney's office, including 12 jury and 10 bench trials. In

addition to counseling owners, prime contractors, lenders, and loan

servicers, Sean handles a variety of general commercial litigation matters.

He has also successfully represented clients in appellate matters in

Colorado at the state and federal levels.

Ms. Aldrete is the Senior Vice President for Real Estate at Denver International Airport (DEN). In this

capacity she is responsible for quality commercial development on 17,000 acres of DEN owned land. Ms.

Aldrete’s career has focused on brownfield, P3, redevelopment projects with a wide range of

complexities including challenging finance structures, deep reaching public engagement, urban

engineering solutions, and cutting edge urban design concepts. She has worked in both the public and

private sectors.

A native of Denver, Laura earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado, Boulder and

continued on to receive master’s degrees in Latin American Studies, and Urban and Regional Planning

from the University of California, Los Angeles. Laura is a bilingual Spanish speaker.

Austin Kane is Vice President, Regional Director working out of Denver,

Colorado. He oversees Unico’s real estate investments in Colorado and

Texas. Austin co-directs and executes asset strategies on more than 3.6M

rentable square feet of class A office and retail space and is Unico’s point of

contact for new business opportunities in his region.

Prior to joining Unico in 2013, Austin was a broker with the Frederick Ross

Company for more than 10 years. In this role, he worked with institutional

landlords from across the country. During his tenure with Frederick Ross,

Austin completed more than 250 lease transactions. He also worked closely

with management to mentor young brokers and connect with the larger

Denver community.

While with Unico, Austin has overseen multiple successful leasing efforts on

repositioned properties, setting a bar within individual competitive sets in

multiple markets and submarkets. Additionally, Austin has identified

multiple off-market office investment opportunities that have closed as well

as a significant off-market development play that is currently in progress.

Austin was elected President of the Denver Metro Commercial Association

of Realtors in 2013, and was the recipient of Allen P. Hackstaff Award for

outstanding community involvement. Austin serves on the Downtown

Denver Partnership Business Improvement District as Secretary and is a

member of the Executive Committee for the 5280/Downtown Loop. Austin

also is a member of ULI.

Austin believes that real estate is a service business, and he excels at creating

positive, lasting relationships.

David Haltom is a commercial real estate executive and serves as Vice President of Patrinely

Group, a national investment, development and management firm focused on Class A

commercial office, multifamily, industrial, and data centers. David is responsible for all

development in the company’s Rocky Mountain region from origination through execution.

He has over 17 years of U.S. and international experience in development and design for

multifamily, office, industrial, and hotel/condo. David received a B.A. from Yale

University and a Master of Architecture from Glasgow School of Art in Scotland.

Jeremy uses in-depth financial analysis to demonstrate a business case for sustainable and energy efficient strategies on individual projects and across real estate portfolios. Utilizing stok’s Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) and Sustainability Financial Impact Analysis (SFIA) tools, he highlights the importance of identifying a project’s economic value drivers and demonstrating how sustainable design can support them. With a BA in Financial Management, a Masters in Urban Planning with a thesis focused on Life Cycle Costs of Passive House buildings, and substantial, rigorous industry research, Jeremy helps clients realize financial benefits from high performance buildings at scale. Most recently, Jeremy developed a framework for quantifying the external benefits of high performance buildings, including productivity, retention, and occupant health and wellness.

Genevieve is a senior executive with Greenworks Lending and leads new markets and partnerships for the firm. Prior to her role at Greenworks, she spearheaded the design and implementation of Connecticut’s newly created C-PACE program at the Connecticut Green Bank from 2012 -2014 and was its Director from 2015-2016. Genevieve drove the growth of the program from 6 to over 115 communities, directly originated and facilitated over $100 million in financing, and designed Connecticut’s open-market platform for private lenders. She holds a Master of City Planning and Certificate in Environmental Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a BA in Urban Studies from Columbia University.

Mark Faul is the vice president of The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company’s Denver, Colorado office. He has over 33 years of construction experience, all with Whiting-Turner. Mark opened the Colorado office in 2002 and has been instrumental in the development of several diverse construction markets including higher education, healthcare, science + technology, mission critical, retail, industrial, and office buildings. The company does work in Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), Design-Build, CM at Risk, and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods. Since 2002, the Whiting-Turner Colorado office has grown from approximately $3.5 million annually to approximately $200 million annually in the Colorado market. Mark’s passion is the development of the Whiting-Turner people working out of the Colorado office and ensuring that their clients are delighted. Mark is member of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Denver Partnership, HCC, and the Regis Jesuit High School Capital Projects Committee. Mark is also committed to supporting Colorado Village Collaborative, Earthlinks, and the Colorado Epilepsy Foundation.
