Jack Fraker, based in Dallas, Texas, is Newmark’s President and Global Head of Industrial and Logistics, Capital Markets. Fraker is responsible for driving all segments of industrial business, specializing in investment property sales and tenant representation.

Throughout his 35-year career, Fraker has been a consistent top national producer in industrial investment sales, representing some of the country’s largest corporations, global investors, pension fund advisors and REITs. Not including his participation in a larger team, Fraker has personally completed industrial capital markets transactions totaling 1.5 billion square feet and $85 billion in more than 60 U.S. cities, Mexico, Europe, Japan and South America, as well as approximately 12,000 acres of development site transactions.

Before joining Newmark, Dallas-based Fraker worked at CBRE for nearly two decades—most recently as Vice Chairman, Managing Director and head of Global Industrial and Logistics. Fraker also previously served as an Executive Vice President in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets practice and held a position on the board of directors.

Parker McCormack

Parker joined S2 Capital in January 2025 as Chief Investment Officer of Industrial and is a member of Investment Committee. In this capacity, he is responsible for executing the various industrial investment initiatives of the firm as well as the management of the investment team. Prior to joining S2, Parker was a Senior Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, where he previously was responsible for industrial sales product throughout Texas. During his time at JLL he was involved in more than $8.0 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Before that, he worked as an associate at Ernst & Young, where he performed audit testing procedures on both private and public clients.

James Melody leads Hanover Company’s industrial land acquisition and development efforts in Texas, with a focus on opportunities in Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio and Austin. Prior to joining Hanover Company in 2022, James was a Director of Industrial Development at Lovett Industrial, executing on over three million square feet of warehouse space across Texas. Before Lovett, James was at Clarion Partners in New York City, where, as a member of the East Coast acquisitions team, he contributed to the purchase of over $1.0 billion in commercial property investments. James holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Texas.

I am responsible for procuring speculative land development opportunities in Dallas, TX & Nashville, TN and executing transactions with national corporate build to suits. I look to be a resource for any of our customers as it relates to ANYTHING regarding industrial real estate development and investment.

I pride myself on my time management, organization, ability to persistently follow through for our customers, and thorough diligence to understand our customers business model in regard to the overall supply chain.

I demonstrate an assertive consul personality by carrying personality traits of being highly extroverted, observant, and assertive with my personal identity. I am a team-oriented leader with an entrepreneurial spirit. I am result oriented by being decisive and demanding.

I am an active member in the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), where I currently serve as the Co-Chair for the Membership Development Committee. I previously served on the Emerging Leader Steering committee. I hope to achieve my IAMC Fellowship in the next few years, participating in a number of leadership courses within the organization.

I am also the Co-Chair of Events for Industrial Women in Real Estate (IWIRE) North Texas where I organize and plan events for the organization.

I am also a member of the NAOIP North Texas chapter, The Real Estate Council (TREC), CRCLE.

In 2024, I decided to take it upon myself to expand an organization into the Charleston community called the Future of Real Estate Charleston (FORE). This is a networking group focused on the next generation of real estate.

I was previously involved in the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), previously a member of Charleston Women in Trade (CWIT) serving on the Scholarships committee, previously a participating Board member for the South Carolina International Trade Conference (SCITC) serving on the Scholarships committee, as well as the Programs committee. I also previously sat on Propeller Club Board of Governors... I have also been an active member in Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) on the local and national level, as well as the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR). Through my years in the CRE world, I have served on many committees and councils in these organizations.

Brett Zimmerman

As Principal of M2G Ventures and Head of the Investments Team, Brett Zimmerman oversees M2G’s

strategy, process, and partnerships across the firm. He manages all investment activities, including

sourcing, structuring, and capitalizing new opportunities, as well as establishing and growing debt and

equity relationships. His responsibilities also include researching and underwriting potential investments,

and investment management throughout the lifecycle of the deal.

Prior to joining M2G Ventures, Brett worked at Pennybacker, where he served as Director on the

investments team originating equity investments on a direct and joint venture basis. He focused on

investments in the logistics sector across select US growth markets, and his track record includes over 40

deals within the industrial, multifamily, office and retail product types across seven growth markets and

the acquisition of 8M+ square feet of logistics property. Brett received his bachelor’s degree in finance

from the University of Denver and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute Industrial Product

Council.

He is responsible for project leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, acquisition/disposition services, and development services for the firm’s Industrial Division officing in Fort Worth. Since joining Stream in 2016, Forrest’s market knowledge and unparalleled level of service have played an instrumental role in closing more than 15,000,000 square feet of industrial, flex, land, and construction transactions, which accounted for over $925,000,000 in transaction volume.

Forrest attended Texas A&M University, where he received his Master of Real Estate from Mays Business School and an undergraduate degree in Finance and Real Estate.

Mr. Sahay joined GTIS in 2022 as Managing Director, Industrial/Logistics, based in Houston. He is responsible for growing the firm's Texas self-development pipeline, which he has built from the ground up to seven active projects totaling approximately 2.5 million square feet. Prior to joining GTIS, Mr. Sahay was a Market Officer at IDI Logistics, a national industrial warehouse developer, where he oversaw all asset management, acquisition, disposition, and development activity in the Texas region. During his tenure at IDI, he supported the acquisition and development of more than 14 million square feet nationally, including approximately 8 million square feet in Texas. Mr. Sahay has 17 years of real estate experience, including 13 years focused on industrial development.

Colby Everett serves as Managing Director of Aspen Oak Industrial, where he manages day-to-day operations and execution. Prior to AO, Colby opened the Dallas office for Lovett Industrial and was the Market Leader for the DFW and Phoenix markets, where he oversaw the sourcing, capitalization and development of over 5 million square feet. Before LI, Colby worked at Invesco Real Estate, where he underwrote over $1 billion of pursuits, across asset classes. Colby also spent time at CBRE Phoenix on a leasing and sales team which was completing over 100 transactions annually and was in the top 1% of the firm in production, nationally. Colby earned his B.S. from Northwestern University, and is a member of NAIOP NTX, TREC, NAIOP Arizona and AZDRE.

As Senior Director of Development for the Dallas VanTrust office, Max Mueller is primarily responsible for the identification, evaluation, and execution of development and build-to-suit opportunities in VanTrust’s primary asset classes. Additional responsibilities include coordination with municipalities, leasing negotiations, and the management of architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors.

Prior to joining VanTrust, Max worked at Logistics Property Co. for 9 years, focusing on industrial development throughout the Texas and Mexico regions, making him a valuable asset to our VanTrust team.

Max graduated from Texas Christian University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, with a concentration in Real Estate.

has expanded the firm’s capabilities by launching its full-service renewable energy
