Prior to joining Stream, Doug served as an office agency leasing broker for several institutional clients and then as Managing Principal for Cushman & Wakefield’s Texas operations, where he led the business to record performances in consecutive years. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s internal operations and client facing engagements, fostering collaboration across service lines within the region.

Robbie Baty serves as a Vice Chairman and the Office Tenant Representation Leader of Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas-Fort Worth market. The Dallas office holds a market-leading position for assisting clients with large, complex transactions including new leases, renewals, restructurings, and subleases. In this role, Baty is responsible for the overall strategic direction, recruiting and growth of the Office Tenant Representation service line. Currently, the team consists of 20 brokers ranking in one of Dallas’ largest brokerage firms.

Additionally, Baty has helped companies with their headquarters locations for the last 17 years. His primary focus is Dallas-Fort Worth, also assisting clients with their portfolios across the country. Baty specializes in representing office tenants of all sizes in site selection, lease negotiations, build-to-suits, and municipal incentives negotiations. Over his career, he has distinguished himself as one of the top tenant representatives in the North Texas market, being honored as the NAIOP 2016 North Texas Office Broker of The Year.

Mr. Eckel serves as a Managing Director and city leader responsible for all facets of living, office, retail, and mixed-use development and acquisitions opportunities within the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Since joining Hines in 2017, he has led and/or contributed to numerous development and redevelopment projects across multiple product types exceeding $1B in value.

Eckel serves on the board of directors of Uptown Dallas Inc., is actively involved with the Deep Ellum Foundation, is a member of TREC, and is an alum of the Associate Leadership Council Class of 2021.

Eckel holds a BS in Design in Architectural Studies from Arizona State University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas.

In this role, he is tasked with executing the recruitment and growth initiatives of HLC, as well as mentoring the new wave of office brokers within the company. Brian specializes in assisting public and private companies with developing and implementing tailored real estate strategies for their multi-market portfolios. Brian earned his MBA and BBA from Sam Houston State University and is a member of the TouchDown Club of Dallas, Vistage Worldwide, and the Commanderie de Bordeaux. He lives in Dallas with his wife Bethany, their daughter Bailey, and twins Abby and Barrett.

His team works with institutional owners of commercial real estate through acquisition, development and property tax protests. Meritax Advisors manages a portfolio of $50 Billion in real estate value. Ryan is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and licensed property tax consultant. He attended Le Moyne College in New York. Ryan grew up in Syracuse, NY before relocating to Texas in 2012. He lives in Dallas with his wife Chelsea, daughter Olive and son Archer.

Howard brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting, audit and assurance, including more than two decades at a Big Four accounting firm. He has served as the lead client service partner to a number of public and private real estate companies ranging in size from $10 million to $13 billion in assets. Howard has experience with all major real estate classes, including office, multifamily, industrial, retail and hotels. Howard also has worked with property managers, land developers and construction companies.

In addition to real estate operators and developers, Howard also has extensive experience working with funds, including real estate and other private equity funds, as well as with portfolio companies. He has assisted clients with fund formation, structuring, ongoing accounting and reporting.

Howard has assisted clients with strategic operating and financial decisions regarding company formation, market analysis, tax structuring and planning, accounting systems, financing, investor relations, compliance and financial reporting. He has extensive experience working with REITs, partnerships and LLCs.

He has also advised companies regarding SEC accounting and reporting standards, business combinations, valuation, consolidation, stock compensation, leasing and sales, internal controls, compliance and corporate governance.

Howard also has international experience, having worked for four years in Shanghai, PRC, where he served multinational clients who invested in Chinese real estate. While there, he served as the lead partner for a United States IPO of a local Chinese real estate company.

Howard is an active member and has held leadership roles in several industry organizations, including the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth (REC of FW). He has served his community as a board member for the Dallas Mayor’s Committee for the Employment of People with Disabilities and the Arts District Friends, as well as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters in Irving. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Houston.

Over the last 22 years, Scot has completed over 270 investment sales assignments ranging in size from 26,000 sq. ft. to 1,850,000 sq. ft. valued at approximately $5.0 billion.

Scot was an Executive Managing Director with Cushman and Wakefield and a Top Producer. Prior to C&W he was an Executive Vice President at Grubb and Ellis. He had been a Top Producer within Grubb & Ellis Company either locally or regionally or nationally every year since he joined the company.

He was a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston, a Senior Vice President at Jones, Lang, LaSalle, and a Senior Director at Cushman Realty Corporation. Mr. Farber’s career includes the disposition of high-profile real estate assets across the country.

Mr. Farber began his commercial real estate career over twenty seven years ago on the pension fund advisory side; directing and negotiating the disposition, leasing and management of portfolios, consisting of office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties, with an aggregate value in excess of $450MM and negotiated 200 leases with an aggregate value in excess of $35MM.

Greg Perry

Greg Perry is currently RREAF Holdings Vice President of Hospitality Investments, monitoring

RREAF’s operational hospitality portfolio. Greg brings a wide variety of hospitality asset

management experience across all segments of the hotel chain scale in domestic and

international locations.

Prior to RREAF, Greg was a Vice President and lead asset manager at Akoya Hospitality,

overseeing luxury hotels and resorts in the United States and abroad. Before that, he led

underwriting and acquisitions at Civitas Capital Group for all hospitality assets in the United

States with a key focus on sourcing new investment opportunities.

Throughout his career, Greg developed, consulted, and managed hotel-centric commercial real

estate portfolios across the US, Caribbean, Central America, Europe, Middle East, and in Sub-

Saharan Africa with a total value in excess of $3 billion. These portfolios primarily consisted of

hospitality and multi-family assets, retail centers, offices, and light industrial sites.

Greg spent the early years of his career consulting with HVS, the hotel industry’s preeminent

appraisal firm, in the US and Dubai working on engagements in all hospitality asset classes and

all phases of development. He holds a Master’s degree in International Real Estate from Florida

International University and an undergraduate degree in Education from Florida Atlantic

University.

At home, Greg enjoys being a husband and father for his wife and three children including

coaching his daughter’s elementary school basketball team.
