As Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at SITE Technologies, Austin Rabine drives innovation in property assessment technology and national facility maintenance. A lifelong entrepreneur, he launched his first business in grade school and went on to start ventures in trucking technology, snow removal, and paving before focusing on AI-driven solutions for property owners.

Before co-founding SITE Technologies, Austin held leadership roles in his family’s business, Rabine, within project management, operations, sales, and strategy, gaining a deep understanding of the facilities/construction industry. As President of Rabine Paving America, he spearheaded an initiative that led to the creation of SITE Technologies—now one of the fastest-growing AI-driven property assessment platforms in the world. Under his leadership, SITE Technologies was recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest-Growing Companies in 2022 (#642) and again in 2024 (#811). Austin was also recognized as an EY Midwest Entrepreneur of the Year in 2023.

Austin is passionate about leveraging technology to help property owners assess, prioritize, and budget for their portfolios with greater efficiency. He also serves on the board of the Cheryl Rabine Foundation, Judson University's World Leaders Forum, and is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jeanette, and their daughter, Sutton, as well as snowboarding, surfing, golfing, and traveling.

Kevin Brennan is a Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. Brennan directs all investment, operations, portfolio management, disposition, and development activity in the Midwest.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Brennan worked in the Capital Deployment Group at Prologis. While at Prologis, Mr. Brennan was directly responsible for the evaluation and underwriting of industrial acquisition and development transactions throughout the Central Region of the United States. During the course of his career, Mr. Brennan has been involved in over $3 billion in industrial transactions.

Mr. Brennan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is a board member of NAIOP.

Josh Udelhofen

Josh Udelhofen is a Senior Vice President for Trammell Crow Company’s Midwest operations. In this role, Josh oversees the firm’s industrial development and investment initiatives in the Chicago region. He was previously based in St. Louis, where he was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and field execution activities in the St. Louis and Kansas City markets.

Prior to joining TCC, Josh held senior leadership positions with two St. Louis-based development firms, Altus Properties and The Koman Group. During his tenure at these well-respected firms, Josh oversaw the development of over $600MM in development across multiple product types. Notable achievements include the development of Missouri’s first LEED Gold office building (Centene Plaza), the highest multifamily per-unit sales price (Arterra), and two St. Louis Development of the Year recognitions (Cupples 9 and 700 Market).

Ken brings 20 years of commercial real estate expertise in operations, project management, and industrial properties to Karis Cold. Ken oversees deal teams, execution projects, and the property management function, while also conducting outreach to source user commitments. Prior to joining Karis Cold, Ken was a senior vice president at Bridge Industrial. Leading the property management division, Ken oversaw property managers and engineers for a multi-million-square-foot portfolio. Prior to Bridge, he managed a portfolio of industrial, flex office, and medical buildings in multiple markets for HSA Commercial Real Estate. Ken graduated from the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business and is a member of the BOMA Industrial Circle. He volunteers with Saving Tiny Hearts Society, fundraises for The Jared Kuper Diabetes Foundation, and is a two-time Chicago Marathoner.

Adam Moore

As Senior Regional Director for First Industrial’s Chicago/Milwaukee Region, Adam

Moore is responsible for leasing, acquisition, development and other corporate

customer initiatives throughout the region.

Mr. Moore has over 20 years of experience working in the commercial real estate

sector, during this time he has been responsible for over $1 Billion in transactions.

During his time with First Industrial, he has completed an average of 40 lease

transactions per year while increasing portfolio occupancy and quality through

acquisitions and development.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Moore served as Marketing/Leasing Director for

First Industrial's Chicago/Milwaukee region, working with tenants on new leasing

opportunities throughout the area.

Previously, Mr. Moore served as a Vice President for Krusinski Construction

Company where he was responsible for business development and commercial

development activities. Earlier, he was a Director at the brokerage firm Cushman

& Wakefield, Leasing Agent for Prime Group Realty Trust and a Broker for Equis

Corporation.

An active member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), Mr.

Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from DePauw University.

Molly is a partner in the Chicago Office of Siegel Jennings, a national property tax law firm. As a litigator and trusted advisor, she collaborates with Owners, Asset Managers, Acquisition teams and Tax Departments to identify, create and execute property tax reduction strategies. She becomes a member of her clients’ management team. Her goal is to maximize and protect the full potential of real estate assets, minimize related tax liabilities, and resolve disputes with tax authorities and government entities.

Molly’s client experience ranges from family owned 1031 portfolios to national commercial investment funds, including special use properties such as hospital campuses to multi-million-dollar manufacturing facilities.

Her comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate market was developed in part through her time as a real estate broker in the Chicago area prior to starting her legal career. Molly regularly represents clients in hearings before review boards, local assessors’ offices, the

Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board, and the circuit courts.

Brent Jordan serves as Vice President at ARCO/Murray, where he leads teams delivering distribution and light manufacturing facilities in the Chicagoland and Denver markets, as well as other regions across the United States. Since joining ARCO/Murray in 2018, Brent has contributed to over $760 million in project volume, totaling more than 11 million square feet. He is known for streamlining operations, building strong client partnerships, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance both project delivery and overall team productivity.

In addition to his leadership, Brent is deeply committed to mentorship and talent development. He actively supports AIRE’s Emerging Leaders program, helping guide young professionals entering the commercial real estate industry.
