Bell Works

Bell Works Chicagoland is the reincarnation of the 150-acre former AT&T campus in Hoffman Estates. Today, Somerset Development is in the midst of transforming it into Chicagoland's first "metroburb" -- a self-contained metropolis in suburbia. The redevelopment plans for Bell Works Chicago will create an exciting, walkable downtown-style setting in the village, complete with 1.13 million square feet of office space, 80,000 square feet of conference facilities, storage and amenities, and 60,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space.

The inspiration for Bell Works Chicagoland comes from Somerset Development's first Bell Works initiative: the reinvention of the former Bell Labs research facility in Holmdel, NJ. Today, Bell Works New Jersey is teeming with life, from a variety of startups, tech companies, and traditional office users to an array of retailers, restaurants, and community services.
