Mr. Teague is a Principal and a Founding Partner for Selwyn Property Group, Inc. He was formerly the National Team Leader for Lauth Property Group's Retail Development program and Senior Managing Director for Faison Associates and Trammell Crow Company. A resident of Charlotte, North Carolina, Mr. Teague has more than 25 years experience in commercial real estate, and has developed over 8 million square feet of commercial properties. He is a member of the ICSC, CCIM, and Charlotte Board of Commercial Realtors, and is past Board Chair for Charlotte Preschool Partnership, the Central Avenue Bilingual School, and JDRF. He is on the Board of Directors of Burroughs and Chapin Company, Thompson Child and Family Focus, and Thomas Jefferson’s Poplar Forest.

Mr. Teague received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude from Washington & Lee University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Charles Lindsey McAlpine started his first business at age 19, which quickly grew to $40 million in revenue. Since then, McAlpine’s experience and determination have grown through the inception of multiple, successful companies including his current role as Managing Partner of CitiSculpt, a commercial real estate development firm headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.

McAlpine participates in the Urban Land Institute, National Apartment Association, National Association of Realtors, and National Homebuilders Association. He has served in a variety of leadership roles at civic and philanthropic organizations including as the President of the University of North Carolina Charlotte’s Alumni Board of Governors and the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Crosland School of Real Estate.

With 25 years of experience as an owner, representative, investor and advocate in all types of real estate, McAlpine and his companies have developed more than 75 projects, which are valued in the billions. Today, McAlpine continues to earn respect through his long-range portfolio growth, investment strategies and expertise around Opportunity Zones.

Damon Hemmerdinger is Co-President of ATCO, the owner and developer of Camp North End. He first visited this property in early 2014, and finally closed on the purchase in late 2016. Camp was “his idea,” and he supports the project team in all aspects of the work to develop the project. In addition, Damon leads ATCO’s investment and development business, oversees its finance and accounting function, and manages its strategic and corporate affairs. In addition to its work in Charlotte, ATCO is actively developing four projects in Austin TX and operates a portfolio of office and residential property in New York City. He, his wife, and their two daughters live in the Forest Hills Gardens neighborhood of Queens, NY.

Cristi Lewis is an audit partner based in CohnReznick’s Charlotte office. She is a member of the firm’s Construction Industry Practice. Cristi has more than 15 years of public accounting experience encompassing financial statement audits, accounting, business consulting, agreed upon procedures engagements, regulatory compliance and benefit plan audits. Her industry experience includes construction contractors, commercial real estate, residential multi-family housing, and governmental agencies (including PHAs). She has also worked with many small business clients.

Throughout her career, Cristi has been tasked with planning and performing audit, tax, and agreed upon procedures engagements while also providing training, supervision and work reviews for audit associates. She has extensive experience planning and executing audits in compliance with GAGAS, HUD audit guidelines, and OMB A-133. Her real estate and construction industry experience includes commercial and multi-family residential, land development, specialty contractors and property management. She has also worked extensively on due diligence engagements for an SEC client relative to the acquisition of contractors across the country.

Todd Mansfield was named president and chief executive officer of Crescent Communities in 2011 after serving as a member of the board of managers and lead director. Mansfield has more than three decades of real estate operations and investment experience. During his career, Mansfield has overseen deployment of more than $8 billion in equity investment capital.

Todd’s experience also includes serving for 11 years as chairman and chief executive officer of Crosland and as executive vice president of Disney Development Company, where he had operating responsibility for Disney’s development and corporate real estate activities worldwide. He led the team that initiated development of the 5,000-acre Town of Celebration and was involved in the planning and execution of Val d’Europe, the transit-oriented town east of Paris.

Mansfield also was previously a managing director of Security Capital Group in London, where he launched and operated a private equity investment fund that acquired seven real estate operating companies in the parking, self-storage, office, and residential sectors in Europe and Australia.

Active in the community and industry, Todd serves as chair of the board of directors of the Foundation For the Carolinas. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Med Equities Realty Trust (NYSE: MRT). Formerly, he served as global chairman of the Urban Land Institute, chair of The Nature Conservancy NC Chapter, chair of Charlotte Center City Partners, and as a director of American Residential Properties, Inc. (NYSE:ARPI), and Atrium Health.

He earned a master’s of business administration from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College. Mansfield is co-author of “Craving Community: The New American Dream,” published in 2008. Todd and his wife, Kathy reside in Charlotte and have 3 children.

As CEO of Dominion Realty Partners, LLC Andy oversees development, acquisitions, strategic planning, construction and financing of eco-friendly commercial and residential projects throughout North Carolina, Virginia and South Carolina. Prior to creating Dominion Realty Partners, Andy joined Daniel Corporation in 1987 and served as Senior Vice-President while overseeing the Southeast and Mid Atlantic regions for that company.

Over the past ten years, Dominion Realty Partners, LLC has developed and acquired over two billion dollars worth of commercial office buildings, multi-family communities, high-rise condominium projects and mixed-use developments throughout the Southeast region.

Before entering the real estate field, Andy played on the World Professional Tennis Tour (ATP) for five years. Andy won over nineteen professional titles and reached the semifinals in doubles of the US Open and the doubles finals of the Australian Open. Andy is a graduate of Woodberry Forest School in Virginia and played collegiate tennis at North Carolina State University. His recent awards and designations include: Two-time All American and All ACC in Tennis at North Carolina State University, Two-time past President of Raleigh Racquet Club and five year Board Member, Member of North Carolina Tennis Hall of Fame, George Whitfield Hall of Fame inductee, Mary Milam Lifetime Tennis Achievement Award Winner, 2011 North Carolina Tennis Association President’s Award recipient, 2013 -2014 USTA National Board of Directors - Delegate at Large, USTA Southern section Delegate at Large, Secretary of the Board of Directors USTA Southern Section, USTA Junior Competition Committee member, USTA Varsity Collegiate Committee member, Chairman of NAIOP Urban Redevelopment Forum, Two-Time President of Triangle Area Office Building Association and Chairman of NC Tennis Association Capital Association Campaign. During the past seven years Andy has raised over $9,000,000 for tennis programs, facilities and opportunities for those less fortunate. Andy resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife Carol and their children, Rhyne and Alex.

As President & CEO of Northwood Ravin LLC, David manages the day-to-day operations of the company and works witht he senior management teams in establishing and implementing strategic goald and initiatives. Northwood Ravin concentrates on developing, constructing, and managing luxury for-rent and for-sale infill and mixed-use housing throughout the Southeast. David previously worked at Crosland for 14 years and served as President of Crossland Residential which operated a multi-family protfolio of over 48 communities with a market

group, Chris has more than 30 years of experience

providing comprehensive tax services to private equity

and their portfolio companies. In his role as the National

Tax Leader of the Firm’s Private Equity Services group,

numerous private equity groups depend on Chris’ guidance

in structuring both the purchase and sale of portfolio

companies. Chris is also experience in providing tax due

diligence services.

His industry experience includes manufacturing,

distribution, construction and real estate. Chris’ technical

experience is focused primarily in the partnership tax area,

having dealt with numerous issues including interpreting

income allocation and distributions provisions that utilize

waterfall and target capital approaches.

Chris is focused on adding value to his clients by identifying

relevant tax opportunities and involving the Firm’s tax

specialists as needed, including state and local tax,

international tax and our credits and accounting methods

groups.

Prior to joining Cherry Bekaert, Chris spent nine years with

a Big Four firm and seven years as a partner with a national

firm.
