Located in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, 300 South Brevard is a 15-story office building that offers one of the region’s largest Class A availabilities at 360,000 contiguous square feet, with efficient 40,000 square floorplates ideal for a headquarters location. Since its purchase of the building in 2015, Stream has completed an extensive $15 million renovation. Notable highlights include: an updated lobby entrance off the light rail, a transformed elevator tower, an entirely new double-height glass lobby at the intersection of MLK Jr. Blvd and Brevard St., double-height glass curtain wall along Brevard St., updated building facade, new main lobby with added retail spaces and collaborative areas throughout, and a submission for LEED Gold Certification.
