Boynton Gateway, developed by CV Properties and Cannon Hill Capital Partners and designed by SGA Architects, is a LEED Platinum, Fitwel, WiredScore Gold new development located in the life sciences cluster off of I-93 in Somerville, MA. Comprising a total of 336,000 square feet over nine stories, the development delivers a state-of-the art lab space capable of supporting a wide range of life science, office, active uses, and ground-floor retail tenants. On the top floor, tenants will find a 14,500 SF best-in-class fitness center, conference rooms, training facilities, a pantry and catering capabilities, as well as a tenant lounge and flexible multipurpose areas that help to ensure an inherent work-life balance for its occupants. A two-minute walk to the Green Line’s Union Square Station, this site capitalizes on its proximity to Kendall Square, Cambridge Crossing, and the emerging Somerville life sciences cluster.
