Mr. Bookhout serves as Senior Vice President of Development & Investments. He plays a lead role in the company’s mixed-use development division, with responsibility for sourcing, evaluating, underwriting, acquiring and executing projects in the Mid-Atlantic region and the Carolinas. Prior to joining Greenberg Gibbons in 2021, he was Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic & Carolinas Regions for AvalonBay Communities, where he specialized in mixed-use projects that feature multifamily housing over retail and led teams that delivered more than 2,300 units. Mr. Bookhout holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas, and a Master of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. He is a Certified Public Accountant and serves on the UNC Kenan–Flagler Business School’s Board of Advisors, and has previously served on the Board of Directors for AIRS-Empire Homes and the Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore. He is a member of ICSC and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Mr. Fidler is a respected member of the Maryland business community. He is Co‐Chairman of

Chesapeake Realty Partners, a diversified real estate development business, Founding Partner of

Boulder Ventures, a venture capital fund active in the Mid‐Atlantic and Colorado, and President of the

family office for the Macks and Fidler families.

Chesapeake Realty Partners has developed nearly 10,000 apartments. CRP is presently building Avenue

Grand at White Marsh – 324 units adjoining The Avenue and White Marsh Mall in Baltimore County;

SouthLake Apartments – 325 units in a 1,300 home PUD developed by CRP and The Michaels Company

in Bowie, Maryland; and Woodmore Grand – 163 units in Woodmore Town Center, Prince George’s

County. Recent projects include: Belvoir Square – 283 apartments and 10,000 s.f. of retail space in Fort

Belvoir, VA; Waterside at Reston – 276‐units in Reston, VA; Paragon Columbia – 320‐units in Columbia,

MD; The Winthrop – 295‐units in Towson, MD; 1901 South Charles – 193‐units in South Baltimore, MD;

and 2 East Wells – 153‐units with 6,000 s.f. of retail space in South Baltimore, across from our 1901

South Charles Street location.

In 1998, the Macks and Fidler families contributed 3,300 apartments to Home Properties (NYSE: HME) in

an UPREIT transaction. He served on the HME Board from 2004‐2011. In 2018, he contributed 670 units

in 3 communities to BroadTree Residential, a successor to Home Properties, in another UPREIT

transaction. He now serves on the BroadTree Board.

CRP has also developed more than 30,000 lots and was the largest non‐national home builder in the

Baltimore metro area into the '90's. Current for‐sale projects include: SouthLake (described above);

Coastal Village and Saltwater Landing – 800+ lots in Selbyville, DE; Creekside Village – 820 lots developed

with ATAPCO Properties in Glen Burnie, MD; Simpson Oaks – 184 lots in Columbia, MD; Banyan Bay –

305 lots on a 251‐acre waterfront property in Stuart, FL (Martin County); Parkeside Preserve – 70 single‐

family homesites and 86 townhome lots to be developed in Annapolis, MD; and Severn Meadows – 116

townhomes in Crestwood, MD.

Other active real estate projects include: WeWorkU (the first WeWork co‐office community on a

University campus at University of Maryland, College Park); and numerous self‐storage projects under

the RightAway Storage brand.

Mr. Fidler is also an active venture capital and private equity investor. He is Chairman of Private Client

Resources and serves on the Boards of AgriFiber, BroadTree Residential, and BurnAlong. He was a

member of the Board of First Mariner Bank from its recapitalization in 2013 until its merger into Howard

Bank in 2018.

Mr. Fidler serves on the Board of Johns Hopkins Medicine, is Vice Chair of The Baltimore Community

Foundation, and an officer of The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore. In 2016‐17,

he offered monthly Public Commentary on WYPR radio and sponsors “Future City” with Wes Moore,

also on WYPR. Mr. Fidler also held leadership positions in numerous other community organizations.

Mr. Fidler received his law degree from New York University School of Law (cum laude) and his BA from

Brown University.

Mr. Fidler and his wife of 41 years, Genine Macks Fidler, are residents of Naples, FL.

Jeff is responsible for expanding joint venture opportunities and overseeing a pipeline that exceeds $1 billion of mixed-use and multifamily developments throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He has led the development of various communities, including Liberty Harbor East, Anthem House, Cathedral Commons, Union Wharf, The Fitzgerald, Flats170 at Academy Yard and Arbors at Arundel Preserve.

Prior to joining Bozzuto in 2004, Jeff was Director of Development for Signature Properties in Baltimore City. Jeff is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, a board member of the inner-city youth UMAR Boxing Program: “No Hooks Before Books,” and the multifamily council chair for the Maryland Building Industry Association. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Maryland, College Park where he graduated magna cum laude and he co-founded the school’s Real Estate Development Club.

Founder and President of Garver Development Group, Peter excels

at protecting the interests of his real estate clients. He creates value

through his focused and respectful manner of working with the many

players. His proven track record with mixed use, corporate and senior

housing work includes over 6 million square feet of development since

the late 1990’s.

Peter has led development work for a REIT, private corporate

clients, public entities and non-profits. He is a licensed Real Estate

Salesperson and a LEED Accredited Professional. A licensed architect,

he practiced for twelve years prior to his work as a developer. Peter

earned a Masters of Architecture degree from the University of Virginia

and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin.

Peter is active with the ULI-Baltimore, where he was co-founder of its

Regionalism Committee; NAIOP where he sits on its national Private

Developers Forum; the Mt. Washington Improvement Association as

Chair of the Zoning Committee and past President; and the Friends

School of Baltimore as part of the Parent Leadership Committee for its

Capital Campaign. An accomplished open-water swimmer, he was top

fundraiser for the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Swim seven years running,

and now supports cancer research at Johns Hopkins as part of Swim

Across America.

Prior to joining Elm Street Development in 2004, he worked in commercial real estate brokerage and development for nine years. Mobley holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina and a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University.

Doug Copp is the director of preconstruction services for Kinsley Construction, Inc. He first joined Kinsley in 2001 with extensive experience and relationships in the Maryland marketplace. His degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts with a Physics Concentration from Lock Haven University. His certifications include Green Advantage Commercial and ASHE Health Care Construction.

Adam Kleeman

Adam Kleeman has more than 18 years of experience providing audit, accounting and consulting services in the commercial and multi-family real estate industries. Based in CohnReznick's Baltimore office, he has extensive experience working with investors, developers, owners and management companies of various sizes and complexities. This experience includes audits of publicly-traded real estate investment trusts (REITs) and Community Development Entities (CDEs).

Most recently, Adam has focused his efforts on servicing clients that utilize New Markets, historic and low-income housing tax credits to subsidize the financing of real estate projects. He has also managed engagements as the external auditor for publicly traded companies and reported on internal controls over financial reporting as required by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).

Education: B.A. – Government and Politics, University of Maryland.
