As Chief Executive Officer of STG Design, Sandra leads the largest integrated architecture, interiors, and

planning firm headquartered in Austin, Texas, with additional offices in Nashville and Houston, serving

the world's most innovative companies across the U.S. and internationally. She fosters seamless

collaboration in architecture, interiors, and consulting disciplines. As an innovator in effective project

delivery, Sandra has refined the way companies work with design firms by elevating design excellence,

establishing efficiencies and consistencies through team composition and ideal delivery approaches,

customized and scalable to each client’s real estate objectives. Her main objective at the helm of STG is

growth for STG’s employee owners through expansion of services, project teams and the clients they

serve.

She holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University,

as well as executive education certificates from the Harvard Design School Office of Executive Education

and Columbia Business School Executive Education. She currently serves as Presiding Officer, Texas

Military Department, Real Property Advisory Council. A member of AIA, Parét is licensed in 38 states,

and she is a Registered Interior Designer.

Prior to joining STG Design, Sandra Parét was Senior Vice President at AECOM, Global Commercial and

Corporate Market Sector practice director. She led strategic planning for the market sector practice,

working closely with regional leadership to align AECOM talent with client requirements. Her expertise

relied on understanding clients’ business challenges and real estate assets and then focusing on

consistent design and delivery across geographies and internal business structures. Prior to AECOM,

during her 18-year tenure at HOK, Sandra held several leadership positions, including Managing Principal

of the Dallas office and Global Strategic Accounts lead for corporate clients.

Her thought leadership includes contributing to a Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) publication:

"Future Office: Next Generation Workplace Design,” as well as Future of Work research, publication and

speaking engagements.

Maija Kreishman, AIA, IIDA, is Senior Principal at Michael Hsu Office of Architecture (MHOA), where she has been a critical member of the firm since 2007. In addition to managing a broad range of architecture and interior projects, Maija oversees strategic visioning, studio culture, operations, marketing, and business development.

Maija’s passion for food and travel has shaped her design perspective and developed in her a penchant for hospitality design. Prioritizing experience, her design approach seeks to engage and connect the user to a space by prompting a response to interiors, materials and furnishings. Currently, Maija is drawing design inspiration from her recent travels to South Africa, Latvia, Amsterdam, and Iceland.

A native of Houston, Texas, Wes’ 45+ year career started out at an early age as he discovered his abilities as a draftsman which quickly grew into a family development and construction business. Wes has lived in Austin since 1993 and founded Foursquare Builders & Foursquare Commercial to serve the ultra-luxury custom home and condo markets, high-end commercial construction, and real estate development. Wes is active in the Associated Building Contractors where he serves on the Government Affairs Committee. He has also led his firm to multiple “Builder of the Year” awards at the local and state level, as well as, being recognized at the national level for their Builder Safety Program. Wes currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Zach Cole Foundation as well as BGiving where he focuses his philanthropic efforts. His past Board experience includes AIA Austin, as well as the Local, State, and National Boards of Directors for the Home Builders Association.

As the Architecture Practice Leader in Austin, Jacqueline provides strategic leadership and oversight for the studio’s operations and project delivery, ensuring exceptional client results.

Jacqueline’s family background in design and construction inspired her to pursue the industry early. She values integrating architecture and construction, believing that while architects create inspiring designs, successful projects require the coordinated efforts of the entire team.

Throughout her tenure at Beck, Jacqueline has demonstrated strong leadership and project management. Her portfolio boasts projects such as Omni Barton Creek Resort and Spa, Texas Bankers Association Headquarters, and Duke University’s Wallace Wade Stadium.

Jacqueline is involved in the Austin community. She serves as Chair-Elect of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), mentors through RECA’s Leadership Development Council, advises the City of Austin Technical Advisory Review Panel, and participates in Austin AIA, Women in Architecture.

She passionately serves on the Elizabeth Ann Seton Board, benefiting the NICU at Ascension Seton Hospital, and is engaged with the McDonald Observatory Board. Jacqueline, a proud University of Texas at Austin graduate, enjoys supporting the Longhorns with her husband and two children.

Wyatt Frantom, FAIA is an experienced cross-disciplinary collaborator and award-winning designer. An Architect licensed in Texas and California, and a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects, Wyatt serves as Principal and Design Director with Perkins&Will.

With over 25 years of experience designing, leading, and executing innovative projects in the U.S. and abroad, Wyatt has gained a deep understanding of markets and the global design culture while working to deliver world-class architecture. As a forward-thinking and collaborative industry leader with Practice Area specialization in Office Buildings, Headquarters, Corporate Campuses, and Higher Education, Wyatt has brought his passion for design and for environmentally-responsive building to a broad range of project types.

An accomplished architect, Wyatt has spoken regularly at conferences across the country, has taught architectural design and regularly serves as critic at universities, and on design and award juries within the industry. Wyatt received a Master of Architecture degree from Rice University, a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University, and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from Harvard University.

Wyatt and his projects have been recognized and published widely; including honors by the Chicago Athenaeum, the AIA COTE Top Ten Award, the ULI Charter Award, and numerous AIA State and local design awards among others; delivering LEED Platinum as well as WELL-certified projects. He has been recognized as recipient of the 2014 BD+C National 40-under-40 Award, the 2014 AIA National Young Architects Award, the 2007 AIA Houston Young Architect Award, and the 1997 AIA Columbus Student of the Year Award. In 2019, Wyatt was elevated to the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Architects. Fellows are recognized with the AIA's highest membership honor for their exceptional work and contributions to the profession and to society - exemplifying architectural excellence.

Marci Hoxworth serves as Executive Vice President of Civilitude, where she leads the firm’s people, process, growth, and partnerships. Acting as the operational driver behind the firm, she works alongside leadership to scale performance, strengthen culture, and position Civilitude as a trusted partner in shaping Central Texas.

Marci operates at the intersection of development and infrastructure, bringing together public agencies, private developers, and community stakeholders to move projects forward in complex regulatory environments. She is particularly passionate about projects that create long-term civic value, from mixed-use districts to affordable housing and public infrastructure.
