Seattle-based Unico Properties, long a presence in Denver with nearly 3.5M SF in the metro area, aims to grow its presence further here with the launch of a local development arm, which plans to build a mixed-use spec project at 615 Platte St. The project is pre-certified LEED Gold and will include about 10k SF of retail and 80k SF of office space, along with nearly 200 parking spaces, the Denver Business Journal reports.
