A trio of buyers has acquired 13 acres at the 32-acre Denargo Market redevelopment in RiNo for $32M. The partners are KAGE Partners, Brue Capital Partners and Tice Capital, founded by Trevor Tice, who also founded Corepower Yoga. So far the buyers don't have any specific development plans for the site, the Denver Business Journal reports. Austin-based Cypress Real Estate Advisors, which has developed and sold parts of the Denargo Market site in recent years, was the seller. [DBJ]
