TKO Libations, a new local craft brewery, will open 3k SF at Castle Hills Village Shops & Plaza in Lewisville during Q2.

Jack Allen with Wellington Realty represented the tenant and said TKO searched within The Colony, Plano, Frisco and nearby areas. Bright Realty represented the landlord.

TKO Libations brews all-natural ales, lagers, non-alcoholic sodas and other beverages with locally sourced ingredients. The brewpub will also offer beer and wine from selected partnerships with other local breweries and wineries. No on-site food is planned, but the brewery will explore food preparation and sales for the future.

TKO will join other beverage makers — Cobra Brewing Co. and Witherspoon Distillery — in Lewisville.

CORRECTION, FEB. 22, 2:50 P.M CT: A previous version of this story incorrectly stated that TKO will sell liquor. They will not.
