Granite Properties knows exactly how to get patrons to Granite Park: good food. Granite Park will welcome three restaurants during Q1 2017 to The Boardwalk section of the 90-acre master planned development.

These three restaurants account for roughly half of the restaurant space available at The Boardwalk, allowing for up to three more eateries, depending on size. North Texans will soon stroll a central paseo at the front entrance of the development or sit fireside adjacent to water fountains, dine on the patio or let the kids run wild in the play area.

The Lakewood and Park Cities locations of Chip's Old Fashioned Hamburgers will be joined by a third outpost at The Boardwalk, totaling 4k SF. The Dallas-based seafood joint known for its fried catfish, Hook Line and Sinker, will also open its third location with 3k SF.

The pizza-loving minds that brought you Taverna Rossa, Palio's Pizza Cafe, Cadillac Pizza Pub and Heritage Pizza Co have another concept up their sleeves. Thirty Three Restaurant Group will open 7k SF as a brew pub and pizza eatery called Union Bear.

Swearingen's Chris Mims repped Chip's. The Retail Connection's Dennis Leibovitz repped Hook Line and Sinker. The Retail Connection's Mitch Traub repped Union Bear. Retail Street Advisors' Aaron Stephenson and John Geisler repped Granite Properties.

The master plan combines 3M SF of Class-A office space with a 299-room Hilton hotel, retail shops and restaurants at the southeast corner of Dallas North and Sam Rayburn tollways.
