Here’s Lincoln Centre’s handlers: Cushman & Wakefield of Texas GM Jack Gardner, administrative assistant Ashley Watson, chief engineer Scott Grissom and assistant property manager Paige Monacelli. Winning a TOBY is about more than just the appearance or architecture of a building, BOMA executive director Teresa Foster tells us. It’s all about excellence in property management. Criteria to earn the honor is fierce. Among the areas of judging are all aspects of management from leasing, engineering, janitorial, security and concierge services. According to the TOBY judges, Lincoln Centre earned an A-plus across the board.
