According to CompStak, Las Colinas rents have increased nearly 18% since 2010, with landlord concessions fairly steady at 19-20% of the deal value. The largest bump in rent occurred between 2012 and 2013, corresponding with the opening of a Las Colinas DART station, and rates have continued to go up since as some tenants prefer this centrally located area over the highly-priced Uptown and Preston Center.
