Keurig Dr Pepper’s corporate office in West Plano is on the market as the beverage giant moves ahead with plans to relocate its headquarters to Frisco

The property, built in 1998 for Dr Pepper, contains a three-story office building with 262K SF of office space, as well as plenty of structured and surface parking. CBRE was named the exclusive adviser for the sale.

The listing also includes 5.3 acres ripe for development adjacent to the property, CBRE said.

Once a new owner takes hold of the premises, Keurig Dr Pepper will lease back the entire office building for 24 months.

The building is in West Plano’s exclusive Legacy submarket and is within walking distance of The Shops at Legacy, Legacy Town Center and Legacy West Urban Village, CBRE noted in its public offering of the property

The building is 1.5 miles east of the Dallas North Tollway and 1.5 miles south of the Sam Rayburn Tollway

“The Keurig Dr Pepper Corporate Office offering presents investors with an exceptional opportunity to purchase a high quality, headquarters quality office asset at a substantial discount-to-replacement cost,” CBRE said in its marketing materials.

Other corporate or regional headquarters within the Legacy submarket include Bank of America, Liberty Mutual, Capital One, FedEx, HP Enterprise, Toyota and JCPenney
