Verint Systems, repped by Cushman & Wakefield’s Robbie Baty, leased 6k SF at 2595 Dallas Pkwy. And Garber renewed its 5k SF lease and expanded by nearly 4k more, bringing it to just under 10k SF at 3010 Gaylord Pkwy. Jackson Cooksey’s John Beach repped Garver.
