Crescent Real Estate’s newest Uptown development, McKinney & Olive, just scored another big-name tenant. Cushman & Wakefield leased two floors in the 20-story building set to open late this summer. The commercial real estate giant will lease 41k SF and join advertising agencies Saatchi & Saatchi and Team One. It's a strategic move to centralize the brokerage's offices after its recent merger with DTZ. With Cushman's deal, McKinney & Olive has leased 88% of its 530k SF.

There's more coming: Crescent managing director John Zogg plans to announce several retail leases in the next month. John set our hopes high after speaking to the bright future of Downtown at our event earlier this month. He repped the landlord while Cushman & Wakefield's Craig Wilson, Randy Cooper, Mike Wyatt and Matt Heidelbaugh repped the tenant in-house.
