AllianceTexas is a 27,000-acre master-planned industrial community north of Fort Worth.

The company filed plans with the state to begin work on its regional headquarters, an 841K SF facility that will include distribution and office space at 4894 Litsey Road in the AllianceTexas development. The project is expected to begin in May and take almost three years, according to the permit.

An $18M incentive package from the city of Fort Worth requires at least $180M in construction costs invested in the project site, while another $180M must be invested in business personal property, according to previous reporting from Community Impact.

Humans and robots will staff the facility, but the incentive agreement requires at least 150 full-time workers be hired by Dec. 31 of the first operating year. These employees must make at least $85K per year.

Operations at the 117-acre McMaster-Carr site are expected to begin in 2028, according to the permit.

AllianceTexas has seen demand from industrial users soar. LG Electronics unveiled its first U.S. production facility for electric vehicle chargers in January. The Texas comptroller recommended approval of a multimillion-dollar incentive package for Bell Helicopter to bring a $429M advanced manufacturing plant to Alliance earlier this month.
