T-Mobile expanded its lease at Duke Bridges II at 7668 Warren Parkway in Frisco. T-Mobile will occupy the entire building, bringing its lease from 131K SF to 158K SF.

CBRE’s Jeff Ellerman and Scott Hobbs represented the tenant. PM Realty’s Shea Byers and Kurt Cherry represented Griffin Capital Co., sponsor of Griffin Capital Essential Asset REIT. The expansion of its lease at the Class-A space will allow T-Mobile to accommodate an additional 350 employees at this location.


KDC hired Michael Kaufman as chief financial officer, Ryan McManigal as senior vice president of development and Greg Trimarchi and Pete Van Amburgh as development associates. Colin Fitzgibbons was promoted to senior vice president of development, and Tracey Hatcher was promoted to vice president of design and construction.


HDR Partners purchased 1.6 acres at the northwest corner of Old Denton Road and Western Center Boulevard in Fort Worth from Realty Capital Management. Realty Capital Management’s Mark Boone represented both the buyer and the seller.


Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of three multifamily properties totaling 351 units and over $20M.

Tech the Halls (SkyWalker Property Partners) purchased a 136K SF data center on 4.7 acres at 6001 Campus Circle West in Irving from a multinational financial services firm. Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors DFW’s Ryan Crabtree represented the buyer. CBRE’s Steve Berger represented the seller.

Wise Foods Inc. leased 34K SF of warehouse space in Railhead Business Station, 800 Railhead Road in Fort Worth, from Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada. Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services’ Nick Talley represented the landlord. Holt Lunsford Commercial represented the tenant.


Bean Bros. LLC, dba The Seat Shop, leased 16K SF of warehouse space in Twin Creeks Business Center, at 1305 North Watters Road in Allen, from Breit Industrial HS TX Property Owner LP. Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services' Susan Singer and Michael Grant represented the landlord. NAI Robert Lynn’s David Peterson represented the tenant.


Venture Commercial Real Estate garnered four leases for NDC Holdings’ 290K SF Grand Prairie Corners retail development. Mattress Firm, Jason’s Deli, Ideal Dental and Artisan Nail & Spa leased a combined 14K SF in the development at State Highway 161 and Mayfield Road in Grand Prairie. Venture Commercial’s John Zikos and Amy Pjetrovic represented the landlord. Retail Connection’s David Fazio represented Mattress Firm. KMAC Group’s Kevin McIntosh represented Jason’s Deli. CJ Dunn Commercial’s Cindy Dunn represented Artisan Nail & Spa. Dental Space Advisors’ Evan Reynolds represented Ideal Dental.


Illes Foods renewed and expanded its 74K SF lease at Prologis Valwood One at 2022 McKenzie Drive in Carrollton to total 156K SF. JLL’s Tom McCarthy and Elizabeth Jones represented the tenant. Mitch Pruitt represented the landlord.


An undisclosed company signed a 28K SF lease at 2020 Westridge Drive in Irving. Fritsche Anderson’s Mike Quinn and Site Selection Group’s Lee Wagner represented the tenant. Younger Partners’ Carter Crow and Todd Jones represented the landlord.

KWA Construction completed 1919 Apartments in the Cedars neighborhood in Dallas. The 86K SF, 102-unit building has a focus on high-tech amenities such as app-controlled thermostats and keyless entry to the units. 


JLL’s Tim Leonhard and Chris Crump secured a $45M loan from Fannie Mae for BSR Trust to purchase Windhaven Park Apartments in Plano.


Stream Realty Partners finished the renovation of the 24-story, 549K SF Pinnacle Tower in Dallas. The cost of the trophy property’s renovation was undisclosed. Notable amenities include a tenant lounge with a service bar and wine lockers and complimentary shuttle service to and from the Galleria and local restaurants.
