Where's Farmers Brothers Coffee Taking its 500k SF on I-35W?

Get ready to see more of these trucks on the road as Farmers Brothers Coffee is moving from Torrance, CA, to Northlake with a new 500k SF deal near Texas Motor Speedway on I-35W. Both Denton County and the Town of Northlake approved incentives for Farmers Brothers to make the move. No time frame has been announced, nor a precise location along I-35W, but there are two vacant 1M SF spec facilities on the ground in that vicinity already leading to speculation that it could be either one of those. Calls to Hillwood (which developed one of the 1M SF facilities) were not returned. The coffee manufacturer is the second to leave Torrance for North Texas; Toyota Motor Co is making its move to Plano for its North American HQ. [GNW]
