Digital Matrix Systems plans to relocate its corporate headquarters from Addison to Preston Park Towers West in Plano.

The firm, which offers financial institutions and customers access to financial and risk data, is moving from 15301 Spectrum Drive in Addison to a 22K SF office at 4975 Preston Park Blvd. in West Plano.

After a substantial search for its future headquarters, DMS chose Preston Park Towers West, with the site able to provide 80% of DMS employees with shorter commutes to work.

The new site also offers employees upgraded amenities, including an on-site gym, dining area and covered parking, as well as access to the nearby Dallas Tollway and George Bush Turnpike.

“There’s a ton of energy and excitement right now among our employees,” DMS Chief Financial Officer Jeff Miller said in a statement.

“We’re all thrilled about the new space and everyone feels like their voice was heard. As recruiting tech talent becomes a more competitive process, we’re incredibly proud that we have an average employee tenure of nine years at DMS. This first-class space puts us in a prime location to continue to hire and retain top-tier talent in North Texas.”

CBRE's Mike Cleary, Mike Kay and Campbell Puckett oversaw site selection and lease negotiations for the tenant, while the building owner, TerraCap, hired Lincoln Property's Campbell Henry and Chris Axley to oversee negotiations.
