Mayne Stage, the Rogers Park concert hall and pub owned by Col. Jennifer Pritzker, is transitioning from live concerts to private events as Pritzker continues to dominate development around Morse Avenue.

The last bookings at Mayne Stage were fulfilled March 31. Pritzker's Tawani Enterprises announced it wanted to focus on real estate development, and hired Pat and Toni Hanrahan of Joseph Leigh Designs to operate the space, according to DNAInfo.

Mayne Stage, formerly known as the Morse Theater, was built in 1912. Pritzker spurred a multimillion-dollar renovation in 2010, just as the Morse Avenue section of Rogers Park was on the cusp of increased activity. Pritzker is also building a condo development across the street from Mayne Stage, at 1313 W Morse. [DNA]
