| Young Real Estate Professionals hosted their annual holiday party on Thursday at The Underground in River North. We snapped Argo Tea's Kevin Henning, Burnham National's Casey McCormick and Carson Kyhl, and JMB Realty's Matt Butler. Kevin says Argo is expanding its footprint from Chicago, including locations in New York City. Matt says his company is looking for value-add opportunities throughout the US. | |

Greg just leased space at 1913 N. Milwaukee to Golden Rise Bakery and is listing buildings at 1227 N. Milwaukee and 1948 W. Chicago. | |
