YREP Goes Underground

Young Real Estate Professionals hosted their annual holiday party on Thursday at The Underground  in River North. Kevin says Argo is expanding its footprint from Chicago, including locations in New York City. Matt says his company is looking for value-add opportunities throughout the US.
Root Realty's Brent Horvay, here with AEI Consultants' Peter Delp and Matanky Realty Group's  Greg Stein, is listing a single-tenant office/garage space in Avondale at Belmont and California. Greg just leased space at 1913 N. Milwaukee to Golden Rise Bakery and is listing buildings at 1227 N. Milwaukee and 1948 W. Chicago.

We got some big smiles from CBRE's John O'Hara, The Harp Group's Corey Hamabata, and The Habitat Co's Katherine Elliot. John just moved over from Seay and Thomas, and he'll be working on litigation  for CBRE in all property types. The Habitat Co  just landed an assignment managing the Bristol condos  in River North.
